I’ve tasted pizza from 12 different places here and I’m excited to share all the great pies I’ve discovered. From classic Italian pizzas to unique creations, Wells ME has certainly impressed me with their pizza offerings.

This list of reviews isn’t definitive – it’s just my personal take on the best pizza in town. So if you’re looking for a place to grab a slice (or several!), come along with me as I take you on a delicious journey of the best pizza in Wells ME.

#1 Pizza Company

The crust was just the right thickness, the sauce had a subtle sweetness and the cheese was gooey and delicious all at once. The toppings were plentiful, with options ranging from pepperoni to pineapple. Every bite of pizza was like a party in my mouth!

Perhaps one of the greatest advantages to Pizza Company is their friendly staff. From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed by the warm smiles and helpful suggestions. And when it came time for dinner, I made sure to take advantage of their BYOB policy – talk about saving money!

In conclusion, Pizza Company really does have some of the best pizza around Wells ME. And while their lack of delivery is slightly inconvenient, I think that the deliciousness of their pizzas more than makes up for it. If you’re looking for great pizza in this town, then you won’t be disappointed with Pizza Company!

#2 Spillers’ Farm Store

The thin-crust pizza is cooked to perfection every single time, and the toppings are always fresh and flavorful. The ingredients are locally sourced as well, so you can trust that the product will be top-notch. I must also mention the friendly owners and staff; they really make you feel welcome and comfortable when trying out the pizza for the first time.

One downside – no delivery options! That said, Spillers’ Farm Store does offer takeout services, which makes it easy to get their delicious pizza from home.

All in all, if you’re ever in Wells ME looking for some of the best pizza around, then you absolutely have to check out Spillers’ Farm Store!

#3 Seacoast Pizza & Pasta

The service was outstanding! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helping me decide on the perfect pizza from their extensive menu.

The atmosphere can only be described as cozy and inviting. On one wall hung a large poster of Italy’s Amalfi Coast, certainly adding to the Italian vibe of the place.

And most importantly, the pizza itself was fantastic. The crust was perfectly cooked – crispy on the outside, with just the right amount of chewiness inside; and it was loaded with all the tastiest toppings. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

#4 Ogunquit House of Pizza

I’m not sure how they do it, but the combination of their fresh ingredients and perfect crust makes for a delicious meal.

The kid’s menu is a great addition and the restaurant itself is a great spot for travelers to explore. What I really like about Ogunquit House of Pizza is that it isn’t your typical chain pizzeria; it’s unique and creative.

Unfortunately, they don’t deliver. That said, I highly recommend stopping in if you’re ever in Wells ME! You won’t be disappointed!

#5 Cornerstone Artisanal Pizza & Craft Beer

I’ve tried all sorts of pizza from New York to Chicago to Rome, and nothing compares to the brick oven style pizzas here. All the pies are made with fresh, local ingredients — and boy, do they know how to use ’em!

The menu has something for everyone; there are hearty meat-lovers’ pizzas, delicious veggie options, and even a few vegan-friendly pies. Plus, if you’re planning on taking the kiddos out to eat they can choose from their own special menu. And don’t worry adults – Cornerstone Artisanal Pizza & Craft Beer also serves alcohol (and hard liquor!), so you can enjoy a cold one while you tuck into your slice.

As if that weren’t enough, when it comes time for dessert Cornerstone Artisanal Pizza & Craft Beer does not disappoint. Whether it’s classic Italian gelato or an old-fashioned cheesecake – you won’t leave disappointed!

One downside might be that they don’t do delivery, but trust me when I say it’s worth the trip! With its great atmosphere and friendly staff, this is an excellent spot for pizza lovers looking for an unforgettable dining experience in Wells ME area.

#6 Kennebunk House of Pizza

I had the mozzarella and pepperoni pizza, and my taste buds were in heaven! The cheese was so gooey and stringy, and it melted in my mouth. And the pepperoni was cooked to perfection – crispy, yet juicy.

The crust was crisp on the outside, but still chewy on the inside – exactly how I like it. The sauce was flavorful and balanced between sweet and savory – topped off with a generous helping of dried herbs to finish off the flavor.

I’m not sure what other restaurants have to offer in Wells ME, but Kennebunk House of Pizza certainly takes the cake for best pizza around!

#7 La Pizzeria

From the outside, it doesn’t look like much, but don’t let appearances deceive you. Inside, it’s a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

The pizza itself is out of this world! The crust is perfectly thin and crispy, while the sauce is delightfully flavorful. And the toppings? Absolutely divine! There’s something for everyone here – from classic margherita to creative specials that change seasonally – so you’re sure to find something you love.

I’d highly recommend La Pizzeria to all pizza lovers; it’s simply the best pizza in Wells ME!

#8 Duffy’s Tavern & Grill

What really sets Duffy’s apart is their insanely good dessert options. I had the Chocolate Malt Pizza and it was to die for! Not to mention they also have an amazing kid’s menu, making it the perfect spot to take the littles.

While this restaurant doesn’t offer delivery, which is a downside, its location makes it a great tourist spot and great place to watch sports. So if you’re looking for delicious pizza and a great atmosphere, Duffy’s Tavern & Grill is definitely the spot to hit up!

#9 Pizza Market Wells

The first thing that struck me about Pizza Market Wells is the atmosphere. It has a cozy, family-friendly ambiance, but it’s also the kind of place you’d take your friends to enjoy a night out. The staff is friendly and attentive, and always willing to answer any questions you may have.

The pizza menu at Pizza Market Wells is extensive, with something for everyone. Whether you like classic Italian-style pizzas or more gourmet toppings, they’ve got it. I was pretty impressed by the quality of their ingredients; clearly they take great care in making sure the pizza tastes amazing!

As far as taste goes, I can confidently say that this is some of the best pizza in Wells ME! Every bite was delicious and loaded with flavor. I especially enjoyed the “Veggie Supreme” pizza; it had an excellent combination of fresh vegetables and flavorful cheese.

All in all, my visit to Pizza Market Wells was an enjoyable one! If you’re ever looking for a great place for some delicious pizza in Wells ME, be sure to check out Pizza Market Wells – you won’t regret it!

#10 Roberto’s

The moment I walked through the door, I could tell I was in for a treat. From the atmosphere, to the staff, and of course the great food – this is a place that knows how to do pizza right.

For starters, they serve alcohol – including hard liquor! This is something you don’t often see at a pizza place, so it’s definitely a bonus. Plus, they have a kids menu which is perfect for families.

But beyond all of that, what really impressed me was the insanely good dessert. Whatever they put in there must be magical because it tasted out of this world!

The only downside is that they don’t offer delivery – but if you’re ever visiting Wells ME or just looking for somewhere to go with friends or family then Roberto’s should be your first stop!

#11 Home Town Pizza

The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was friendly. My taste buds were delighted by the variety of pizza offerings on their menu. I even got to have a beer with my meal, which went perfectly with the delicious slices!

A nice touch is that they also have a kid’s menu at Home Town Pizza, so younger guests can enjoy some pizza too. And I couldn’t leave without sampling their amazing desserts. They were just as delicious as the pizza!

The only downside I can think of when it comes to Home Town Pizza is that they don’t offer delivery service. But trust me, it’s worth it to head in and experience everything this restaurant has to offer in person!

All in all, if you’re looking for great pizza in Wells ME, look no further than Home Town Pizza!

#12 Angelina’s

I was welcomed with open arms and a cold beer. Can’t beat that! They have a great selection of beers and hard liquor, so everyone should be able to find something they like. Even better, they offer some vegetarian options so everyone can enjoy the pizza experience.

The pizza itself was delicious! It was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of cheese and toppings. The crust had a great crunch to it. Plus, Angelina’s has an insanely good dessert menu for those of us with a sweet tooth!

Unfortunately, they don’t offer delivery like most other pizza places, so it might not be the best spot if you’re looking for convenience. But if you’re willing to take the time to visit in person, then Angelina’s is definitely worth checking out — even if it just for a great night out on the town as it’s a nice tourist spot as well.
