It didn’t take long for me to dig in and sample their signature garlic-knot pizza – and wow, what an unbelievable flavor! It had a buttery garlic crust and a spicy cheese blend that melted in my mouth.
But what really sealed the deal for me was the homemade marinara dipping sauce they served with it. It had just enough tanginess to bring out all of the flavors on the crust and make it truly unforgettable.

I had the pleasure of visiting Carmine’s recently and I must say that it was one of the most pleasant pizza experiences I’ve ever had. The service was great – they were friendly, quick, and really helpful in giving me advice on what to order.

The crust is the star of the show here – light, airy and flavorful with a hint of sweetness from the freshly rolled dough. The sauce is perfectly balanced – not too acidic or too sweet – and it’s topped off with a generous amount of melted cheese.
The toppings are also top-notch: mushrooms, onions, peppers – all fresh as can be and cooked to perfection. And don’t even get me started on their specialty pizzas! It’s no wonder that the locals love this restaurant so much – they get to enjoy a taste of Italy right here in their own backyard. The pizza is made with fresh ingredients, a perfect blend of cheeses, and cooked in the wood-fired oven to give it an amazing smoky flavor. The thin crust is just right – not too thin and not too thick.
