Having tasted pizza from around the world, I know exactly what I’m looking for. I’m picky and love to have conversations with fellow food-lovers, which made visiting 12 pizza places in Franklin a great experience.

When I heard all the buzz about some of the city’s best pizzerias, I had high expectations – and they were met! Join me on my journey as we explore everything from gourmet thin crust pies to classic Sicilian slabs. It’s time to dive into discovering the best pizza in Franklin TN!

#1 Brixx Wood Fired Pizza + Craft Bar

The minute I walked through the door, I knew this was going to be an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, with the smell of freshly-baked pizza tickling my nose.

I started off with a classic Margherita Pizza which was made with fresh mozzarella and basil – the perfect way to test out their pizzas! It was cooked perfectly in their wood-fire oven, and tasted like a slice of heaven.

Next up, I tried their BBQ Chicken Pizza which had just the right amount of sweetness from the tangy barbecue sauce and balance of smokiness from their hand-crafted crust.

Finally, I dug into the Smoked Gouda Bacon Pie. The smoked gouda cheese added a pleasant creaminess that complimented the salty bacon bits wonderfully!

The friendly staff at Brixx Wood Fired Pizza + Craft Bar truly made this visit special; they were friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions that I had about their pizzas.

All in all, I’d definitely recommend Brixx Wood Fired Pizza + Craft Bar if you’re looking for an amazing pizza experience. They serve some of the best pizza in Franklin!

#2 Pizza Twist – Franklin, TN

The first thing that drew me in was the smell of freshly made dough and melted cheese. As I stepped in, I was immediately impressed with the modern twist on Italian decor. It felt like being transported to Italy without leaving Tennessee!

I ordered a Margherita pizza and it was absolutely delicious. The crust had a nice crunch and the tomatoes were bursting with flavor. The best part, though, was the mozzarella cheese – it was so creamy and flavorful, I couldn’t help but go back for seconds (and thirds!).

The staff at Pizza Twist are friendly and welcoming, making this an ideal spot for a family outing or a date night. Their menu is also diverse with offerings for all types of diets, so everyone can get something they love.

To sum up my experience: Pizza Twist – Franklin, TN is one of the best places to get pizza in Franklin! From the delicious pizza to the inviting atmosphere to the friendly staff, it’s no wonder why this place has become so popular!

#3 Marco’s Pizza

The atmosphere is quaint and inviting, but the real star of the show is the pizza. Every slice is cooked to perfection, loaded with fresh ingredients and smothered with all the best cheese. The crust has just the right amount of crunch and not a single bite is soggy.

The customer service at Marco’s Pizza was also top notch. The staff were welcoming and friendly, making for an enjoyable experience all around. Plus, Marco’s offers a great mix of beer and wine to pair with your meal.

#4 Quinn’s Neighbourhood Pub and Eatery

The setting at this pub is unique – it’s cozy, rustic, and inviting. The staff are friendly and helpful. And more importantly, the pizza is delicious!

I tried all the varieties on their menu – from the classic margherita to a generous portion of Hawaiian with ham and pineapple. Each slice was cooked to perfection; cheesy but not too greasy, with just enough crunchy crust.

The flavors were well balanced and all had great depth. Even their signature “Big Quinn” pizza didn’t disappoint! It was truly as big as it sounds, too – I barely finished a quarter of it!

I also have to mention their selection of beers. Perfectly paired with my meal, they made for an enjoyable evening that I won’t soon forget.

In short, Quinn’s Neighbourhood Pub and Eatery has some of the best pizza in Franklin – if you’re in town you need to check them out!

#5 Jonathan’s Grille

The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a great place to gather with friends. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, providing expert recommendations on their delicious pizzas.

As soon as I tasted the freshly made dough, I knew I had found something special. Their classic Margherita pizza is simply divine, with fresh tomatoes and herbs that burst in your mouth. But their Chicago-style deep dish pizza or Calzone presses the limits of what an amazing pie can be. Rich flavors, gooey cheese and tender toppings make this dish stand out from the rest!

They also offer several unique toppings like buffalo chicken or Italian sausage that will satisfy even the most adventurous diners. If you’re looking for something lighter or vegetarian, they have plenty of options to choose from too.

All in all, Jonathan’s Grille truly lives up to its reputation for having some of the best pizza in Franklin — and maybe even the world! Seriously, no matter what type of pizza you’re craving, you won’t be disappointed here.

First off, their pizza is like no other. The sauce has a unique flavor that perfectly balances the cheese and dough. The pepperoni is top-notch quality, and there’s always a generous helping of it on every slice.

The atmosphere at Fayzano`s Pizza is definitely one for the books. Whether you’re eating in or taking out your pie, there’s always buzzing energy that just sets the mood for a great meal. Plus, they have an amazing selection of beer to liven up the experience even further!

The prices are also quite reasonable—you get more than enough bang for your buck without breaking the bank. There’s something for everyone here, as they serve both thin-crust and hand-tossed styles of pizza with a wide variety of toppings!

At the end of my visit, I was left feeling nothing but satisfaction. Fayzano`s Pizza really does have some of the best pizza in Franklin—there’s no doubt about it!

#7 Soulshine Pizza

I recently visited their location in downtown Franklin and had the pleasure of trying several different pizzas. For starters, the Margherita was extremely flavorful and freshly made with fresh tomatoes and basil. This pizza had a delightful amount of zing without being too overwhelming.

The real star, however, was the pepperoni pizza. While I’ve tasted many other pepperoni pies during my travels, Soulshine’s really stands out thanks to its perfectly cooked crust, generous measurements of cheese and savory pepperoni slices. The flavors meld together wonderfully to create an experience that no other pizza place can match.

In addition to their delicious pies, Soulshine also serves up calzones, salads and wings that are all equally as enticing. The servers were more than willing to help me decide what I wanted to try and even suggested one of their signature dishes which I was very pleased with!

Overall, if you’re looking for some great pizza in Franklin then look no further than Soulshine Pizza! From delicious pies to friendly service, it’s no wonder why this restaurant has been gaining popularity over the years – it’s simply the best pizza in town!

The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and inviting. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made for a great experience.

As for the pizza – wow! All the ingredients are incredibly fresh and high-quality, from the thickly-sliced pepperoni to the hand-tossed dough. Every bite was bursting with flavor – I can see why they have been voted as making some of the best pizza in town!

My favorite item on their menu was their Lasagna Pizza. It was like having lasagna and pizza all in one, it was delicious! I almost wanted to order another slice, but I wasn’t sure if my stomach would be able to handle that much deliciousness.

If you’re ever in Franklin and craving a good slice of pizza, look no further than 3 Brothers Pizza!

#9 Sal’s Family Pizza

My first impression when I walked into Sal’s was that the place had a great atmosphere. The smiling faces of the staff and the smell of fresh dough being kneaded in-house made for an inviting experience.

The pizza itself did not disappoint! Every single slice that I tried had perfect crunch, amazing flavor and incredibly cheesy goodness! What truly sets Sal’s apart from the other pizza places in Franklin is their attention to detail. All of the ingredients they use seem to be top notch, and they have some unusual but delicious combinations on their menu.

If you’re looking for a memorable pizza experience, I highly recommend Sal’s Family Pizza! From the friendly atmosphere to their best-in-class pizzas, this place is a must visit for true pizza aficionados like myself.

#10 Mellow Mushroom Franklin

My first impression walking into the restaurant was that it felt homey and welcoming. The friendly staff made sure I was taken care of quickly and gladly answered my questions.

The food here is next level! From the classic pizzas to the creative, delicious specialty pies, everything tastes amazing. My favorite was a perfectly cooked thin crust pizza with mozzarella, basil, mushrooms and garlic. It had such a great flavor combination that I couldn’t stop eating it!

I’ve never seen such an extensive beer selection in a pizza restaurant, either. There are all kinds of craft beers available on tap or by the bottle. In addition to the beer selection, they have some unique cocktails like basil margaritas and berry sangrias.

Overall, I highly recommend Mellow Mushroom Franklin for its fabulous atmosphere, fantastic food and incredible beer selection! It really is the best pizza in Franklin!

#11 Pieology Pizzeria Franklin

The crust is light and fluffy, definitely the best I’ve had outside of Italy. The toppings are abundant and fresh – delicious! And the marinara sauce has a hint of herbs that really brings out the flavour.

I tried their special Pieology Creation for my meal, and it was certainly inventive! Piled high with artichoke hearts, feta cheese, spinach leaves and roasted red peppers, each bite was like a burst of flavourful joy in my mouth.

The staff at Pieology are also great – very friendly and helpful. They were more than happy to answer my questions about the menu. Plus, they have a few gluten-free options which always helps when there’s someone in your group that needs it.

Overall, Pieology Pizzeria Franklin is an excellent choice for anyone looking for the best pizza in Franklin. They have something for everyone – whether you’re a fan of traditional Italian pizzas or looking to experiment with something unique! Highly recommended!

I’ve been to Italy and all over the US, trying all kinds of pizza. Mineo’s definitely stands out from the rest. The pizza is cooked perfectly every time and the toppings are always fresh and delicious! The wings are pretty awesome too – always crispy and juicy.

The atmosphere at Mineo’s is cozy and inviting yet casual enough for a quick lunch or dinner. The staff is friendly and always willing to answer any questions about the menu.

I’d highly recommend Mineo’s Pizza & Wings as a must-try restaurant if you’re looking for the best pizza in Franklin!
