Now, let me start by saying that I take my pizzas very seriously. I’ve had all kinds, from the thin and crispy New York slices to the delicate and cheesy Neapolitan pies, but deep dish is a whole different beast. And let me tell you, Damgoode Pies has mastered it!

When I first walked into this place, I was greeted by the sight and smell of pizza heaven. The aroma of freshly baked dough and bubbling cheese filled the air, and I knew I was in for a treat. The decor was quirky and fun, with pizza-themed artwork adorning the walls and even a giant slice of pizza hanging from the ceiling. These folks sure knew how to set the stage for a good meal!

Imagine my delight when I discovered that this joint not only serves alcohol (a requirement for any self-respecting pizza lover), but also has some decent vegetarian options. And you know what they say, pizza without veggies is like a circus without clowns — it just ain’t right!

But wait, there’s more! American Pie Pizza also offers desserts. And boy, oh boy, their apple pie pizza is like a slice of heaven on earth. It’s like they took a classic dessert and said, Hey, let’s make it even better by putting it on a pizza! I mean, who needs a diet when you can have dessert pizza?
