Whether you’re looking for cheese-only or one of the more daring selections I’ve reviewed, you won’t have to search too hard — it’s all here in Florence. My personal favorite is definitely a surprise — and I’m ready to show you why!

#1 Stefano’s Italian of Florence

The restaurant went above and beyond my expectations, serving not only delicious pizza, but also offering alcoholic beverages (including hard liquor!). With a kid’s menu and some vegetarian options, this place really does have something for everyone.

If you’re feeling adventurous, I’d highly recommend the dessert – it’s insanely good. As an added bonus, Stefano’s makes for a great tourist spot – complete with beautiful decor and a lively atmosphere.

The only downside to eating at Stefano’s is that they don’t offer delivery – which can be annoying if you want to stay home in your PJs and enjoy some delicious pizza! But it’s certainly worth the trip to go there in person.

Overall, Stefano’s Italian of Florence is probably the best pizza restaurant in Florence SC. It has such a fantastic variety of food and drinks that I’m sure everyone will find something they like.

#2 Rebel Pie

There’s nothing quite like walking into Rebel Pie and feeling the warmth of a true Italian pizzeria. The smell of freshly made dough, the sound of bubbling cheese and sizzling pepperoni fill up the air. The menu is vast, with every type of pizza imaginable! I personally recommend their classic Margherita pie with extra cheese – it’s simply delicious.

I love how much care is put into making each individual pie. All ingredients are locally sourced, so you can guarantee that your meal will be fresh and flavor-packed. Every ingredient works together in perfect harmony to create a unique flavor.

The atmosphere at Rebel Pie is also top-notch – from the wooden beams on the ceilings to the cozy brick walls, it all comes together to create a wonderful setting for enjoying your pizza feast. Plus, there’s plenty for kids to do while parents relax and enjoy their meal.

All things considered, Rebel Pie is hands down the best pizza place in Florence SC! It’s definitely worth checking out if you’re ever in town – you won’t regret it!

#3 Pizza Mio

The first thing I noticed upon entering the restaurant was how spotlessly clean it was – and this is very important in a pizza joint. The décor was kind of basic, with vintage posters and memorabilia on the walls, but that’s all part of the charm.

The staff were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about their menu. They answered my questions with enthusiasm and provided me with great suggestions for toppings that I hadn’t thought of before.

Of course the most important part of any pizza restaurant is its pizza, and Pizza Mio did not disappoint! The crust was perfectly thin, crispy and chewy at the same time; the sauce had a delicious sweet-spicy flavour; and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. This really is some of the best pizza I’ve ever eaten!

The prices are also very reasonable – you won’t have to break the bank to enjoy a delicious meal here. And when you’re done eating, don’t forget to grab a slice (or two!) of their famous sourdough focaccia bread to finish off your meal in style.

#4 Southern Hops Brewing Co.

I was so impressed with the delicious, freshly-made pizza right out of their wood-fired oven. Not to mention the great selection of beers, wines and hard liquor they have available. Plus they have a kid’s menu, so it’s family friendly too!

My only complaint is that they don’t deliver – I wish I could order up some pizza and drinks right at home! But when you’re looking for a great dining experience, Southern Hops Brewing Co. is definitely worth the effort.

Don’t forget about dessert either; their homemade ice cream is out of this world!

#5 Mellow Mushroom Florence

As soon as I stepped inside, I could tell that this place was special. The decor was hip and inviting – the perfect spot to enjoy some authentic Italian-style pizza. The staff were incredibly friendly, eager to meet my every request.

When it came to the pizza itself, I was not disappointed. Their large selection of mouth-watering toppings meant that there was something for everyone – including me! Plus, their dough is made with the freshest ingredients and their specialty pies are out of this world.

I’d have to say that my favorite part of Mellow Mushroom Florence is their nice touch with the presentation. Sure, it may sound silly but when you’re a food critic trying to find the best pizza in Florence SC, presentation counts for a lot. This place really took it up a notch with beautifully plated slices that look almost too good to eat… but believe me, I did!

To sum things up: if you’re looking for an exceptional pizza experience in Florence SC, make sure you head over to Mellow Mushroom Florence – it’s definitely worth a visit!

#6 Pizza Hut

Their menu boasts not only classic pizzas like cheese and pepperoni but also a wide selection of specialty toppings and crusts. From the traditional thin crust to the extra-thick stuffed crust – they’ve got it all. I especially enjoyed their ‘Create Your Own’ option, which offers endless topping possibilities.

The quality of their pizza is top notch! The dough was cooked perfect as were the crunchy peppers, melted cheese and savory sauce. Every bite was delicious!

As far as downsides go, unfortunately Pizza Hut does not offer delivery services—the trade-off being that you get to enjoy your pizza hot and fresh in their cozy dine-in area (which I highly recommend by the way!).

In summary, my dining experience at Pizza Hut has been nothing less than magnificent. Their delicious pies have certainly earned them a spot at the top for best pizza in Florence SC!

#7 Marco’s Pizza

When I walked in, it felt like a cozy Italian trattoria. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the place smelled amazing! I quickly ordered a classic margherita pizza and waited impatiently for my order. When it arrived, it exceeded my expectations! The crust was perfectly cooked and crispy with just the right amount of chewiness. The sauce was fresh and flavorful, and the mozzarella cheese was melted to perfection.

I savored every bite of that delectable pizza, as well as some homemade tiramisu for dessert. Between the atmosphere, service, food quality, and most importantly, taste – I give Marco’s Pizza five stars! If you’re ever in Florence SC looking for a great pizza experience- Marco’s Pizza is definitely worth checking out!

#8 Papa Johns Pizza

I was especially impressed with their crust. It has a perfect crunch and is made from the freshest dough. I also loved their selection of fresh toppings, ranging from traditional pepperoni to gourmet veggies.

The ingredients are always super fresh and utterly delicious! The cheese is particularly memorable – it’s melted to perfection and makes every bite unforgettable.

The service at Papa Johns Pizza is great too! Everyone there seems really friendly and welcoming, making for an enjoyable dining experience.

Overall, I’m giving Papa Johns Pizza 5 stars out of 5! If you’re ever in Florence SC looking for some of the best pizza around, this is the place to be!

#9 Chuck E. Cheese

The atmosphere of the restaurant is that of a children’s playground, with colorful decorations and a giant floor-to-ceiling mouse mascot. But don’t let the bright colors fool you – this place has some serious pizza! The crust is light and airy, just like it should be, and the sauce is flavorful with just the right amount of kick. The cheese has a wonderful creamy texture with just enough saltiness to make it interesting.

But what really sets their pizzas apart from other places in Florence SC? Their signature topping: Chuck E. Cheese’s own specially seasoned meatballs! They are cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of spices to give them an amazing flavor.

There’s something for everyone here – vegetarians can enjoy a veggie pizza or a slice topped with roasted vegetables while carnivores can indulge in one of our specialty meatball pizzas. No matter what kind of toppings you choose, you won’t be disappointed.

The staff at Chuck E. Cheese is always friendly and welcoming – they make sure that your food comes out quickly and hot, so you can get down to the business of eating as soon as possible! I arrived at the restaurant with an air of anticipation – I had heard so many wonderful things about this place. Right away, I could tell that this was going to be a great experience.

The staff members were very welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. As for the food? Let me just say that it exceeded my expectations! The crust was cooked to perfection, the cheese was nicely melted and fragrant, and the sauce was flavorful without being overpowering.

My favorite dish of the night was easily their signature specialty pizza – a combination of diced tomatoes, caramelized onions, mushrooms, and bits of bacon all atop a creamy garlic sauce. The flavors blended together perfectly! It’s definitely one of my top picks for the best pizza in Florence SC.

All in all, my experience at Pizza Hut was fantastic – I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great pizza in Florence SC!

#11 Little Caesars Pizza

I have to admit, I was a bit dubious when I first heard of this place. I mean, what kind of pizza could be found in such an unassuming town? But boy, was I wrong! From the moment I walked through the door, the atmosphere swept me away- there were vibrant colors and the smells of hot cheese and fresh dough wafting through the air.

The staff were friendly and accommodating and their menu had something for everyone. My personal favorite was the specialty ‘Little Caesars’ pizza- packed with a delicious blend of cheese, pepperoni, Italian sausage and garlic buttery crust. Each bite was more flavorful than the last- a perfect balance between savory and sweet.

After trying each type of pie on offer, it’s no surprise that Little Caesars has kept topping my list as one of the best places to get a great slice in Florence SC. The prices are also super affordable- so if you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience with some of the best pizza around at unbeatable prices, then Little Caesars is definitely your spot!

#12 Papa Johns Pizza

The pizza I ordered from Papa Johns was, quite simply, delicious. The crust was perfectly baked with a light flavor and a crunch that only comes from hours of practice perfecting their craft. The cheese melted on top of the pizza like cream in my mouth, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful.

But what really puts this place above the rest is their unique spin on traditional pizza flavors. They have everything you could want, from classics like Margherita and Quattro Formaggi to adventurous creations like the Prosciutto e Funghi or the Patate Pizza. It truly is something you’ll never find anywhere else!

I also enjoyed my experience at this restaurant; the staff was welcoming and friendly, making sure I had an enjoyable time while I waited for my food. The atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting as well – it’s not too noisy so that you can enjoy conversation while eating your meal.
