The pizza itself was a delight to behold. Every pie was cooked to perfection and the dough was perfectly thin and crisp, yet still nicely chewy. The sauce was flavorful but not overpowering, and the toppings were always fresh and delicious. With so many topping combinations to choose from, there’s something for everyone here!
I must also mention that the service was excellent. Everyone on staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. They even took time to explain their cooking process to me in detail which really impressed me!

My journey at Easy Pie began with their signature Leaning Tower of Pizza. Served in an impressive tower-like stack, each slice is overflowing with tasty toppings, creating an unforgettable flavor combination. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the cozy atmosphere and the mouthwatering smells of delicious pizza. We were promptly seated, and the waiter was friendly and knowledgeable.
When it came to ordering, it was a difficult decision to make because there are so many amazing things on the menu. In the end, we decided on the Grandma’s Special – a white pizza with garlic, olive oil, ricotta, mozzarella and Pecorino Romano cheeses.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting and cozy. It had a wood-fired oven that added to the homey, Italian vibe of the restaurant. The service was extremely friendly, and I felt welcomed from the minute I walked in.
The pizza here is absolutely delicious! My favorite is their classic margarita pizza. It’s made with freshly made tomato sauce with mozzarella cheese and finely chopped basil on top. I walked in and immediately noticed how inviting the atmosphere was, with décor that takes you back to Italy. After chatting with the friendly staff, I was served up a fresh, thin-crust pizza that was flavored with some of the best ingredients around.
The crust tasted like it had been cooked to perfection – crispy yet light and airy on the inside. The sauce was flavorful and not too sweet or tart, while the cheese was perfectly melted and complimented the amazing toppings of bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, and pepperoni.

My favorites were the margherita pizza with basil leaves sprinkled on top, and the chicken parmigiana calzone. Both were cooked to perfection – crunchy crust, gooey cheese – yum!
Nick’s also has some delicious side dishes. Their garlic bread is particularly noteworthy; it’s made from freshly baked French bread and topped with more than your share of butter and garlic. I could’ve had seconds (and thirds!)
