It starts with their special sauce – it’s a blend of spices so unique and flavorful that I’m still puzzling over what exactly they put in there. They also top each pie-whether it be classic cheese, veggie, or one of the specialty pies-with fresh veggies, lots of gooey cheese, and just the right amount of meats and other toppings.

The crust is crunchy but not too burnt, which is something I haven’t seen too often outside Italy. The perfect ratio between dough and topping seems to come together like a symphony – it ain’t easy to do!

I’ve also sampled some of their specialty pizzas and surprisingly enough, they’re all really good! The Buffalo Chicken pizza was my favorite – covered with crispy fried chicken pieces, gooey blue cheese crumbles AND a drizzle of hot sauce – SO GOOD!

In terms of service, Rosati’s Pizza has been great every time I’ve come in. They always remember my order and make sure I get exactly what I’m looking for. The amount of melted mozzarella on top of that doughy goodness could rival a cheese fountain at a fancy wedding.
