After trying out 12 different places in town, I’ve narrowed it down to what I believe are the best. Who am I to judge? Well, while my credentials don’t stretch as far back as Giuseppe’s Pizza Parlor, I have eaten pizza from New York to Singapore.

#1 Milwaukie Pizza Co.

The atmosphere was perfect for a pizza night out with friends – relaxed, with TVs playing sports and enough light for conversation. The staff welcomed us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed.

The menu has something for everyone – from classic Italian combos to unique specialty pizzas. I decided to go wild and try the ‘Taco Pizza’ – a bold combination of taco sauce, beef, tomatoes, onions, olives and cheese. Let me tell you: it was delicious! The crust was just thin enough to get that perfect crunch in each bite.

My friends were equally pleased with their choices; one got a vegetarian pie topped with mushrooms, peppers and zucchini while the other enjoyed a seafood pizza loaded with shrimp and crabmeat. We all agreed that Milwaukie Pizza Co. has some of the best pizza in Lake Oswego!

#2 Hall Street Pizza Company

When I entered the restaurant, it had a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful with answering any questions I had about the different pizzas. Plus, the place was squeaky clean and smelled like freshly cooked pizza – what more could you ask for?!

It didn’t take me long to decide on a pizza from the extensive menu; in fact, it took me several trips to try them all out! My favorite has got to be their chorizo, jalapeno, and pineapple pie – that combination of spicy and sweet is just heavenly! Everything else on their menu is also delicious; especially, their white pizza with garlic cream cheese and spinach.

The crust on all the pizzas was crispy at the edges yet still light enough to fold. The toppings were generous as well; no skimping here! Each bite was bursting with flavor and texture, mouthwateringly good!

All in all, Hall Street Pizza Company definitely deserves its title of best pizza in Lake Oswego! If you’re ever in town looking for a great slice of pizza, this place should be your first stop.

#3 MOD Pizza

The dough is wonderfully light and fluffy, the toppings are fresh and there’s a huge selection of both classic and creative options. The chefs are always experimenting with new ingredients, so the menu is constantly changing – never boring!

Speaking of the chefs, they must be some of the most skillful pizza makers out there. Every pizza I’ve tried at MOD Pizza was cooked to perfection – charred just enough on the outside to give it that awesome smokey taste without burning it.

And what really sets MOD Pizza apart from other pizzerias? Well first off, you get to craft your own perfect combination for one flat price – no more overpaying for extras. Secondly, the staff couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating; they’re always happy to help you find something that fits your tastes.

In conclusion, if all you seek is great pizza in Lake Oswego, then you need not look any further than MOD Pizza. It’s my go-to place when I’m in town and I highly recommend it!

#4 Pizza Caboose

The service was top notch. Our server was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The restaurant itself is small, but it’s cozy with a rustic ambiance that puts you in the mood for some good eats.

When it comes to pizza, Pizza Caboose does not disappoint. The dough is light and fluffy, with just the right amount of crunch. The toppings are fresh and flavorful; they range from classic pepperoni to exotic options like figs and goat cheese. No matter what you order, each slice is a mouthwatering experience.

I also highly recommend their salads and garlic knots. The salads are crisp and crunchy, filled with colorful veggies that are sure to please your taste buds. The garlic knots were buttery, garlicky goodness that melted in our mouths.

All in all, Pizza Caboose offers an unforgettable dining experience that’s definitely worth the price tag! I’m already planning my next trip back!

#5 Chuckie Pies

I had the opportunity to sample their classic margarita pizza, which was simply divine. The thin crust was perfectly seasoned and the tomato sauce was so fragrant. The toppings were expertly balanced with just enough cheese and herbs to make it truly stand out from other pizzas I’ve tried.

The atmosphere of Chuckie Pies is also quite lively. The interior is decorated in bright colors, with plenty of seats for large groups or couples on a date. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.

What made this experience particularly memorable was that they offer craft beer on tap and some unique sides like fried zucchini blossoms! My overall opinion is that Chuckie Pies is definitely worth checking out if you’re ever looking for the best pizza in Lake Oswego.

#6 Flying Pie Pizzeria

The restaurant has a great atmosphere – the staff are friendly and the music that plays in the background is always cheerful. The pizzas themselves are unbelievably good – the crust is thin, crunchy, and perfectly cooked; the toppings are fresh and flavorful; and the cheese melts in your mouth.

I was particularly impressed with their specialty pizzas, which feature unique combinations of flavors. The Mediterranean pizza, for example, had a delicious mix of feta cheese, olives, tomatoes and herbs. Another favorite of mine was the Funky Chunky: savory chicken chunks topped with caramelized onions and goat cheese – it was simply delicious!

Overall, Flying Pie Pizzeria has better pizza than anywhere else I’ve tried in Lake Oswego. If you’re looking for a great slice of pizza in this city, look no further!

The interior of the restaurant is simple, but inviting. It almost felt like I was in a modern pizzeria where they take pizza-making to a whole new level–both in presentation and taste.

The menu offers a wide variety of pizza options. Each pie is made with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection in their state-of-the-art ovens. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, offering helpful suggestions for toppings and sauces based on my preferences.

My favorite part about MOD Pizza, however, was the taste! The crust was perfectly thin and crunchy with just the right amount of bready texture on the inside. The toppings were incredibly flavorful, each enhancing the overall taste profile without overpowering the other flavors. The combinations were unique, yet familiar enough that you could still recognize it as pizza!

I must say MOD Pizza really delivers when it comes to great tasting pizza. In my opinion, they are definitely one of the best pizza places in Lake Oswego!

#8 Flying Pie Pizzeria

The service is quite friendly, and the restaurant itself is a nice tourist spot. I appreciate that they have some vegetarian options, and they even serve alcohol!

But it’s the pizza that truly sets Flying Pie apart. The crust is always cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of crunch and flavor. And the toppings are always fresh, making my pizza experience truly delightful.

The only downside to Flying Pie Pizzeria is that they don’t offer delivery – so if you’re looking for your favorite pizza from the comfort of your own home, you’ll have to find another spot. But for me, it’s worth it to get out and experience the deliciousness at Flying Pie Pizzeria for myself!

#9 New York Rubens

The first thing that stood out to me about New York Rubens was their delicious homemade dough. It was light and fluffy, with just the right amount of crunch. The sauce was fresh, bold and tangy in all the right places. And their cheese? Oh my goodness! It was so gooey and flavorful, it practically melted in my mouth!

As for their toppings, they were generous and varied enough to please the most discerning pizza connoisseur. They had plenty of traditional combinations like pepperoni and mushroom, but also unique options like chicken bacon ranch and BBQ pulled pork. Whatever you’re craving, New York Rubens is sure to have it.

To top it off (no pun intended!), the atmosphere at New York Rubens made me feel right at home. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my meal. Plus the décor was modern yet cozy – perfect for a casual evening out or even a date night!

Overall, I can confidently say that New York Rubens has some of the best pizza in Lake Oswego! If you’re searching for an amazing pizza experience then look no further than New York Rubens – you won’t be disappointed!

#10 Pizzeria sul Lago

The moment I stepped foot into the restaurant I felt like I had been transported to Italy. The decor was rustic and inviting, with a brightly colored wall of Italian-style flags. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about their menu, which is filled with classic Italian dishes.

The pizza at Pizzeria sul Lago was simply delicious! It had a light, crispy crust that was just right for my taste. Topping wise, they offer an impressive array of fresh ingredients – from sausage and pepperoni to roasted vegetables – to make whatever kind of pizza you like! And let me tell you – it certainly went down a treat!

To top it all off, the restaurant also offers great value for money – they have a variety of pizza sizes available to fit your budget, as well as offering delicious desserts to finish off your meal.

I can confidently say that Pizzeria sul Lago serves up some of the best pizza in Lake Oswego – make sure you try it out when you’re in town!

#11 Deno’s Pizzeria

At Deno’s, you can order some truly unique pizzas. I’m still kicking myself for not ordering the lasagna pizza – it sounded too good to pass up! I opted instead for the Brooklyn Pie, which featured plenty of pepperoni, mushrooms and olives. It was so good that I actually licked the plate clean when I was done!

But aside from the tasty food, Deno’s also has a great atmosphere. It isn’t your typical pizza joint – it feels more like a cozy Italian restaurant with art on the walls and wine by the glass. The music is also just right – neither too loud nor too soft.

It all starts at the store. There’s a friendly, knowledgeable staff that helps you pick out the perfect pizza for your taste buds. I was initially overwhelmed by the variety of crust styles, sauces, and toppings to choose from. I finally decided on a classic cheese pizza with their signature sauce and was not disappointed!

Once my order was ready, I took it home to bake. The instructions were clear and easy to follow—it only took about 15 minutes in my oven before the pies were ready to eat! The result? Deliciousness!

The crust was thin enough to be crispy yet still thick enough to hold all of the gooey cheese. And their signature sauce had just the right balance of sweetness and acidity that gave it a unique flavor unlike any other pizza I’ve ever tasted. To top it off, Papa Murphy’s ‘N’ Bake Pizza uses fresh ingredients that can’t be beat.

All in all, my experience at Papa Murphy’s | Take ‘N’ Bake Pizza has convinced me they have some of the best pizza in Lake Oswego—and maybe even the world! If you’re ever in town looking for great pizza, this is definitely worth checking out.

Best Deep Dish Pizza – Chuckie Pies

When I first stepped into Chuckie Pies, I was hit with a delightful aroma of melted cheese and freshly baked dough. My taste buds were already doing a happy dance just from the smell alone. As I sat down at a cozy booth, I couldn’t help but notice the excitement on the faces of other patrons, eager to dive into their cheesy masterpieces.

I decided to go all in and ordered their Chuckie’s Special, hoping it would live up to its name. Let me tell you, Edward’s taste buds were not disappointed! The crust was thick and buttery, perfectly crispy on the outside while maintaining a soft and chewy center. It was like biting into a cloud injected with deliciousness.

The toppings on my pizza were piled high like a culinary masterpiece. The gooey, stretchy cheese blended effortlessly with the tangy tomato sauce, creating a symphony of flavors in every bite. And don’t even get me started on the sausage! It was like they took a meaty explosion and artfully spread it across the entire pie.

Aside from the pizza itself, the service at Chuckie Pies was exceptional. The staff treated me like a pizza philosopher, eager to hear my thoughts on their creation. They even offered me a tour of their kitchen, where I witnessed pizza dough acrobatics that would put any circus performer to shame.
