Then my mouth dropped open when I saw their enormous pizza oven! It was the size of a small house – you could fit a family of four in it!
I decided to order the classic Margherita pizza, and I was not disappointed. The sauce had just enough tanginess and sweetness, and the cheese was melted perfectly. The crust was thin and crispy with a hint of charring around the edges – exactly how it should be. Plus it didn’t have any soggy spots which is something I have encountered in other pizzerias! It truly was some of the best pizza I’ve ever tasted.
