This pizza joint has fantastic pizzas and friendly staff that really make it worth the visit. The restaurant is like walking into a New York neighborhood. It’s quaint, cozy atmosphere makes you feel right at home and the aroma of freshly baked pizza will tantalize your tastebuds.

The pizza itself was like something out of an Italian master chef’s dream. The crust was perfectly crisp with a light, airy texture. It was perfectly cooked – not too burnt and not undercooked – just right! And the toppings were plentiful and delicious. I had a classic pepperoni and mushroom combo that was absolutely delicious!

The portion sizes are generous as well; one slice is enough for two people to share. Plus, the prices are very reasonable making Hammer’s N.Y.Pizza a great value for your money.

The atmosphere is incredibly inviting and the staff are very friendly. Plus, the prices are just right for the quality of food that you get. The pizza itself is out of this world! It’s thin and crispy, with a great variety of toppings to choose from.

The pasta dishes are also really delicious – I especially liked their spaghetti topped with housemade meatballs. All in all, Rosanna’s Pizza & Pasta Shop | Italian Restaurant & Grocery is definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for some great Italian eats in Encinitas CA. Highly recommended!

I think the most impressive part of my experience at Corner Pizza was just how many topping options they had. The menu was filled with so many combinations that I almost couldn’t make up my mind! It’s a real paradise for pizza fans.

Another great thing about Corner Pizza is that it serves beer and wine, making it the perfect place to grab a slice and a cold one after work. Additionally, they had a few vegetarian options, so the green eaters in the group aren’t totally out of luck either.

The downside to Corner Pizza is that there’s no delivery service available. But trust me, it’s worth it to hop in the car and pick up your pie from here! It’s definitely some of the best pizza around here.

#6 East Coast Pizza

The atmosphere at East Coast Pizza is cozy and inviting. The pizza chefs are incredibly friendly, and they really take their time to make sure each pie is cooked to perfection.

I had the pleasure of trying their signature “New York” style pizza and it was absolutely delicious! The crust was thin but still managed to be chewy, the sauce had a nice kick, and the cheese melted in your mouth with every bite.

The toppings I chose were also incredible – pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and onions. It was the perfect combination of flavors that left me wanting more!

I can confidently say that East Coast Pizza has some of the best pizza in Encinitas CA! Their attention to detail and quality ingredients made for a delicious experience that I will always remember.

#7 URBN Encinitas

When I walked in, the place had a really cool vibe – it was busy and bustling, but still cozy and inviting. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which definitely added to the experience.

Now onto the pizza itself – this is why URBN Encinitas is renowned for! The crust was just perfect – golden brown on the outside, chewy on the inside – and the sauce had just enough kick to make it extra flavorful. Toppings wise, they had a great variety of options that could suit any palate. From pepperoni to roasted portobello mushrooms, from Italian sausage to asparagus – you name it, they have it!

My favorite part though was definitely the presentation. Every order came out looking like a work of art – every topping neatly laid out like pieces of an intricate puzzle. I felt like I was being served up a masterpiece!

All in all, URBN Encinitas has some of the best pizza in Encinitas CA. If you’re ever in town, this is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended by yours truly!

The atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting and comfortable – perfect for grabbing a slice or two. As soon as I stepped in, the smell of fresh tomatoes, herbs and delicious dough hit my nose like an Italian love letter.

The pizza itself? It’s amazing! Their thin-crust pies are cooked to perfection in a brick oven, giving them an incredible taste that only comes from slow-cooked dough and fresh ingredients. From their classic margheritas to their unique creations like the ‘Marinara Pie’, Blue Ribbon definitely knows how to make pizza.

To top it off, the service at Blue Ribbon Artisan Pizzeria is outstanding. The servers were friendly and attentive, even going out of their way to recommend my favorite type of pie – saying they would “hook me up.” And they did!

My first impression of the restaurant was that it had a cozy, inviting atmosphere and a friendly staff. The pizza was mouth-wateringly delicious! From the beautifully layered pepperoni to the perfectly cooked crust, I was transported back to Naples in my mind.

The secret ingredient they used in their sauce was something I’ve never tasted before – but I’m sure glad I did! It was bursting with flavor that left me wanting more with each bite.

The seating was comfortable and the decor tasteful, but what really made this place special for me were the unique pizza creations on offer. They had everything from spicy Italian meatball pies to veggie-packed masterpieces.

Finally, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the great selection of craft beers that could have easily paired with any of their pizzas. They had some incredibly unique offerings as well, ranging from traditional lagers to fruity blonde ales.

At first glance, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The old-school vibe of the restaurant was a pleasant surprise. But there were plenty of other surprises, too.

The menu had all sorts of unique toppings that you might not find at any other pizza joint – from exotic meats to unusual vegetables and every kind of cheese imaginable. Not only did they have an impressive array of topping options, but the prices were surprisingly affordable.

Once my order was ready and I dug into my slice, it became immediately obvious why this place is known as the best pizza in Encinitas CA. The crust was perfectly cooked and the flavors blended together seamlessly with every bite I took. It was honestly one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had!

I’d recommend The Besta Wan Pizza House to anyone looking for an amazing pizza experience and some good laughs, too – because their cheesy puns are just as delicious as the pies themselves!

It all began when I walked into the restaurant and was greeted by a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The pizza ovens lining the walls were an impressive sight, and made me feel like I had stepped into an Italian pizzeria.

The menu was expansive with plenty of delicious options to choose from. I quickly settled on the classic Margherita pizza with pepperoni added for extra flavor. The staff was helpful in guiding me through the ordering process and recommended a refreshing IPA beer to pair with my dinner.

When it arrived at my table, it looked exactly like what you’d expect from an Italian pizza – thin crust topped with mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce and basil. But after one bite I realized that this was more than just another ordinary pizza; it was hands-down the best tasting pizza I’ve ever had! The dough was thin yet chewy, the tomato sauce flavorful, the cheesiness perfect and the basil lent a wonderful freshness to each bite. Even the pepperoni added a nice zesty kick that brought all of the flavors together nicely.

When I walked into the restaurant, I was immediately taken in by its cozy atmosphere. The stone oven near the back of the restaurant served as a reminder that this place takes pizza yumminess quite seriously.

The waitstaff were friendly and attentive: they knew their stuff when it came to pizza! The menu offered a variety of delicious options, from traditional Italian favorites like Margherita to more inventive recipes like Four Cheese with Sundried Tomatoes. After some deliberation, I opted for the classic Pepperoni and Mushroom—a great choice!

The pizza itself was absolutely spectacular—each bite was better than the last. The crust had just enough crunch to it, while still maintaining its delicate texture; and the pepperoni slices were perfectly salted and seasoned. You could tell just by looking at it that this place really put lots of love into its products.

Of course, no meal at Vigilucci’s Trattoria Italiana is complete without one of their signature sweets: Tiramisu! As someone who prides himself on being a connoisseur of all things dessert-related, let me tell you: this dessert did not disappoint! It was creamy, light, and incredibly decadent—and totally worth every calorie!

All in all, Vigilucci’s Trattoria Italiana offers an unforgettable dining experience. Next time I’m in Encinitas CA — or any other place — I’ll definitely be stopping by for some of the best pizza around!

Where do I even begin with this joint? First of all, let me tell you, their pizza is so thin, I’m convinced they’re using magic instead of dough. Finally, someone understands that pizza and a cold brew go hand in hand. I kicked back with a nice craft beer, feeling like a pizza connoisseur.

They’ve got some pretty tasty veggie options that even a meat lover like me can appreciate. I couldn’t resist trying their Veggie Delight and boy, was it a delight! I never thought I’d say this, but the veggies stole the show. Who needs meat when you got fresh produce piled high on a perfectly baked crust?
