Benefits
  • Has a kid’s menu

  • Nice tourist spot
  • Offers dessert
  • Great place to watch sports

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the cozy atmosphere. Morgan’s has a classic pub-style vibe with TVs playing sports and dim lighting that provides just enough light to see your meal. But enough about the atmosphere, let’s talk about the food.

I ordered their signature pizza – a thin crust pie topped with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions and lots of cheese. The pizza was cooked perfectly and had amazing flavor. The crust was crisp yet slightly chewy and held up well to all the toppings. And the melted cheese was pure heaven! It completely covered everything so every bite was filled with cheesy goodness.

But what really sets Morgan’s apart is their one-of-a-kind sauces they offer on the side – a tangy garlic cream sauce, smoky chipotle bbq sauce and creamy ranch dressing. All three sauces added such delicious flavor to the pizza that it almost didn’t need any other toppings.

Overall, I have to say that Morgan’s Bar & Grill is home to some of the best pizza in Libertyville! If you’re ever in town or passing through, be sure to stop by for a slice or two – you won’t be disappointed!
