The ingredients are high-quality and the flavor combinations are truly unique. I had the pleasure of trying the “Pineapple and Sausage” pizza – a combination I never expected – but it was delicious and definitely one of my favorites.
The service was also top-notch, from the bubbly hostess to the attentive wait staff. Everything went smoothly and we were able to get our food quickly.
The atmosphere was great too – a cozy little spot with artwork on the walls and a lively energy in the air. We stayed for a while after our meal, having some beers and enjoying ourselves.
All in all, Twisted Gingers Brewing Co is certainly one of the best pizza places in Manayunk! Whether you’re looking for traditional flavors or something more adventurous, they have something for everyone. Highly recommend making a visit here next time you’re in town!

When I walked into Pizza Jawn, I was immediately met with the comforting smell of freshly made pizza. The atmosphere was lively and inviting, with a nice selection of both classic and unique toppings to choose from.
I decided to try their signature pepperoni and mushroom pizza. As soon as it arrived at my table, I knew I had chosen wisely! The dough was soft yet crispy, with a flavorful mix of tangy tomato sauce and cheesy goodness. The pepperoni provided just enough spice, and the mushrooms were cooked perfectly. After one bite, I knew this pizza was something special!

The atmosphere of the restaurant is truly special. It’s cozy, with friendly staff and it always has a good buzz in the air. The walls are decorated with colorful murals that give it an eclectic feel.
I started off my meal with one of their Stromboli Specials, which was delicious! The dough was light and fluffy, and the cheese and toppings were cooked to perfection- it may have been the best stromboli I’ve ever had!
But the highlight of my visit was definitely the pizza. I had their Supreme Pizza which came with a variety of toppings including pepperoni, peppers, mushrooms, onions and black olives. All of these ingredients blended together perfectly to create an irresistible flavor combo. It felt like I took a trip around the world without leaving Manayunk!
All in all, Riverside Pizza is definitely one of my favorite spots for great pizza in Manayunk- if you’re looking for the perfect slice, this is your spot!

As soon as I stepped into the restaurant, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff and immediately felt at home. The atmosphere is relaxed, yet sophisticated. The décor is tasteful and modern, but still manages to feel cozy.
The pizza was a thing of beauty! Each slice was loaded with fresh ingredients that were expertly combined to perfection. It’s clear that the chefs at Couch Tomato know their stuff when it comes to pizza-making!
The crust of the pizza was light and fluffy on the inside, but had a nice crunchy texture when bitten into. The sauce was flavorful and had just the right amount of tanginess that kept me coming back for more!
I also tried some of their signature garlic knots which were absolutely delicious! They were so good that I ended up ordering a few more for my friends as we enjoyed our meal together.

Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Roma’s Pizza and I must say, I was highly impressed. Upon entering, the warm atmosphere greeted me like an old friend. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating as well.
Now let’s get to the food. The marinara sauce was simply divine – a perfect balance of sweet and spicy flavors that left my tongue tingling! The cheese was also top-notch – my taste buds were in pizza heaven. As for the crust, it had a delightful crunchy texture on the outside with just a hint of fluffiness on the inside. All in all, it was easily one of the best pies I’ve ever tasted!

#6 Ricky & Maria Pizza and Pasta

I tried several different combinations at Ricky & Maria Pizza and Pasta, but my favorite has to be the pepperoni pizza. The pepperoni was nice and spicy, just the way I like it.

I recently visited Rock Hill for a pizza-tasting extravaganza, and I was bowled over by the sheer deliciousness of their pies. I stopped in for a ‘slice’ of their signature Margherita Pizza and quickly discovered that the ‘slice’ was actually a pizza in its entirety! Apparently they don’t skimp on the toppings here. It was full to the brim with fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and fresh basil. The crust was thin and light but held up to all of the toppings without getting soggy.
The friendly staff made me feel welcome right away and were more than happy to answer my questions about the ingredients used in their delicious pies.
I also tried some of their unique creations like the Pesto & Shrimp Pizza which isn’t something you can find just anywhere. It too was cooked to perfection with a crispy crust that held up to all of the amazing flavors.
To top it all off, I had one of their perfect Tiramisus for dessert which rounded out the meal perfectly.
All in all, this is hands-down one of the best pizza places I’ve ever been to and I would highly recommend Pizzeria L’Angolo to anyone looking for an authentic Italian pizza experience!

Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately taken aback by the warm, inviting atmosphere. It was evident that the owners truly care about their customers and are dedicated to providing an excellent experience.
The pizza itself is nothing short of magnificent! The crust is light and fluffy, while still maintaining that classic crunch. Every flavor from the cheese to the sauce is perfectly balanced and full of delicious flavors. Even my picky friends were in awe of how great everything tasted.

When I walked in, I was immediately clobbered by the delicious smells of freshly baked pizza. The place was clean and inviting, with wooden booths lining the walls and classic red-and-white checkered tablecloths. It was like stepping back in time to the old days of Italian pizzerias.
The menu was extensive, with an array of pizzas that would make any Italian proud. From traditional combos to more exotic creations, they had something for everyone’s taste buds. I opted for their signature pie: a combination of pepperoni, bell peppers, and spinach on a thin crust. Just seeing this beauty come out of the oven made me drool!
The pizza itself tasted as good as it looked – perfectly melted cheese combined with authenic flavors that only high-quality ingredients can create! The crust was light and crispy without being too crunchy. And although it’s hard to pinpoint the exact reason why Alex’s Pizzeria is so good, let me just say that it really is some of the best pizza in Manayunk.

When it comes to the actual pizza, I can honestly say that Jake’s & Cooper’s has some of the best in Manayunk. The crust is perfectly thin and crispy on the outside but fluffy on the inside. The cheese has an amazing stretch and flavor, while the toppings are always cooked to perfection. From my experience, my favorite combo so far has been their signature margherita pizza with a side of garlic knots!
