First and foremost, their crust is phenomenal. It’s crunchy and full of flavor, as if it were freshly baked right out of an old-fashioned brick oven. And the sauce – oh my stars, it’s sublime! I don’t think I’ve ever tasted a more flavorful sauce outside of Naples itself.
The cheese they use is top quality and its melted perfectly throughout the pizza. It doesn’t overpower the rest of the ingredients but rather compliments them nicely. The toppings are fresh and generous in portions. They don’t skimp on anything here!
