I’ve been to some of the most renowned pizza shops in Naples and New York, but none have managed to match the deliciousness of Pie95. The pizza crust is perfectly thin yet still with a crunch that doesn’t fail to satisfy my taste buds. The meats are fresh and flavorful – and there’s so many toppings to choose from that you’ll be spoiled for choice.

The atmosphere of Pie95 is also great – it’s cozy and friendly, almost like being back at home. I had the pleasure to chat with some locals while deciding what kind of pizza I wanted, which only added to experience.

I was first drawn to the restaurant because of its inviting atmosphere. With warm, wood-paneled walls and cozy seating, it’s ideal for sitting down with friends or family for a nice meal. The pizza oven is proudly displayed in the center of the restaurant, allowing customers to get a behind-the-scenes look at how their pizzas are made.

The menu at Pizza Cave isn’t vast but it has something for everyone. From classic margherita pizzas to creative signature pies like ‘The Caesar’ featuring grilled chicken and parmesan shavings, they offer a wide variety of delicious pizzas. They also have salads and sandwiches if you’re not feeling pizza at the moment!

But let’s be real: I was there for the pizza! And what I got was nothing short of spectacular. The crust was thin and crisp with just enough chewiness, while the sauce had that perfect balance of tangy and sweet notes. All in all, each bite was decadent yet simple – an amazing combination that you don’t find often.

The atmosphere is great; it’s very lively with large windows that let in natural light and reveal a wide variety of interesting decorations. The staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to answer any questions we had.

The pizza itself is outstanding: perfectly cooked crust, rich and flavorful sauce, and lots of fresh ingredients. We tried the specialty “Moon River” which was an absolute delight – freshly-grilled chicken, onions, peppers, mushrooms, artichokes, and a drizzle of garlic oil. Even the pickiest eaters found something they could enjoy!

The prices are also quite reasonable for food of this quality. Overall I’ve given Moon River Pizza 5 stars out of 5 – it’s definitely my go-to spot when I’m looking for the best pizza in Jacksonville FL!

The moment I walked in, the savory smell of freshly baked pizza greeted me and I was in pizza heaven! The restaurant is decorated with old world charm, adorned with classic Italian trinkets and photos.

The ingredients they use are always top-notch—the pepperoni alone puts most places I’ve tried outside of Florida to shame.

Never fear though – I guarantee that whatever you get will be delicious! From classic pepperoni to spicy meatball to even vegan options, there’s something for everyone.

I’d also recommend trying one of their signature pies. Their Margherita pizza was the perfect balance between tartness from tomato sauce and creamy cheese flavor. I felt like I was eating authentic Italian pizza without having to leave Jacksonville!

The dough is always made from scratch and rolled out perfectly thin. The toppings are plentiful without being overwhelming and everything is cooked to absolute perfection in the pizza ovens. The restaurant itself had a great atmosphere that really put me in the mood for pizza. And when I finally got to order, I was beyond excited! They have a great selection of toppings and sauces to choose from that allow you to customize your own unique slice of pizza heaven.

The pizza itself was delicious! The crust had just the right amount of crunch and the cheese was melted to perfection. Every bite was full of flavor and it almost seemed like the flavors were exploding in my mouth. I can safely say that this is some of the best pizza I’ve had in a long time!

When it came time for me to order, I immediately knew what I wanted – Biggie’s signature pizza. And boy am I glad I did! From the perfectly cooked dough, to the tangy sauce, to the luxurious toppings of sausage and bacon bits, every bite was a symphony of flavor. I also tried some of their famous wings which were scrumptious. The homemade ranch dressing really took them over the top!

Tony D’s is a hidden gem in the city, and it’s been around since 1987. When you walk into this place, you know something special is happening. It has a warm atmosphere that feels like home and its staff is always friendly and welcoming.

The pizzas here are simply divine. Tony D’s uses only the freshest ingredients to make their pies, so every bite is packed full of flavor. Plus, they have an amazing variety of topping options – from traditional like pepperoni and mushrooms to more gourmet offerings like buffalo chicken and even breakfast pizza!

I especially love how the crust turns out so perfectly golden brown and crunchy every time – I swear no other pizza in Jacksonville can match it! From top to bottom, this establishment never disappoints – it’s truly some of the best pizza around.

The moment I stepped into this restaurant, I could tell it was going to be special. The delicious smell of their signature brick-oven pizzas filled the air. I couldn’t wait to dig in!

The menu had all the classic favorites and some unique specialty options as well. After much deliberation, I ultimately decided on the “V Pizza” – a traditional brick-oven pizza with San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, spicy salami, and an array of herbs. Let me tell you, this pizza did not disappoint! The crust was crunchy with just the right amount of char, while the toppings were simply delicious. It was truly one of the best pizzas I’ve ever tasted!

But wait…it gets even better! The owners also offer a full bar featuring their own craft cocktails. The “Sidecar” (a vodka-based drink) had just enough sweetness to balance out its tartness – making for an absolutely perfect pairing for my V Pizza experience.

The crust was perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of char to give it a heavenly taste. The sauce was out of this world, with just the right balance of sweetness and tanginess. I tried many different pizzas during my visit and each one was better than the last. They even have some unique offerings such as a margherita pizza topped with roasted garlic cloves and fresh herbs – YUM! One of my favorites though was a combination called “The Rojas Special” – an amazing mix of pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions and green peppers – DELICIOUS!

On top of all that good food, the staff at Rojas Pizza were incredibly friendly and made sure that I had everything I needed for a great experience. I walked into Carmines Pie House with high expectations, and boy, did they deliver! As a self-proclaimed pizza connoisseur, I was delighted to find out that they serve alcohol. Nothing goes better with a delicious slice of pizza than a cold beer. Plus, it helps wash away the guilt of devouring an entire pie.

Now, I’m not a vegetarian, but I appreciate that Carmines Pie House has some vegetarian options. It’s nice knowing that my herbivorous friends won’t have to sit there awkwardly picking off the pepperoni while drooling over my cheesy masterpiece.

But let’s get to the real star of the show – dessert. Oh my goodness, the desserts at Carmines Pie House are out of this world. I don’t know what kind of magic they put into their desserts, but I guarantee you’ll be dreaming about their homemade chocolate lava cake for days. It’s so good, it should be illegal.
