My first visit to Herbivores was an experience I’ll never forget. As soon as the warm, yeasty scent of the freshly-made dough wafted through my nostrils, I knew I was in for a treat.

I decided to order the Vegetarian Delight – and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The crust was light, crunchy and flavorful, perfect for my first bite. The toppings were generous and fresh, with a perfect blend of spices that all worked together harmoniously in each bite.

But don’t worry if you’re not into vegetarian fare; Herbivores’ selection of meat pizzas are just as scrumptious! They have something for everyone: from their classic pepperoni pizza to their unique Hawaiian BBQ Chicken pizza.

Vegans don’t have to worry – there are some thoughtful vegetarian options on the menu so everyone can enjoy this delicious experience!

#3 MY BAR + Pizza and more!- LGBTQ Friendly Hot Spot

I’m not just talking about the pizza either. The atmosphere is amazing. There’s a great sports bar vibe going on, with plenty of TVs so you can watch all your favorite teams. And best of all, they serve hard liquor! That’s something that most pizza joints don’t do so I was absolutely delighted to find it here.

The service is also top-notch. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming – especially the management who go out of their way to make guests feel at home. It’s a great place for tourists too since it’s right in the middle of town.

The only downside is that they don’t offer delivery, but trust me – you’ll want to visit MY BAR + Pizza and more! once you taste their delicious pizzas. They are simply the best in Kona, made with fresh and flavorful ingredients. If you’re looking for the best pizza in Kona, this is the place to go!

I recently visited Mahina Pizza and was more than impressed with their wide selection of fresh, delicious pizza. The classic cheese and pepperoni were top-notch and were definitely some of the best I’ve had in a long time.

#7 Bianelli’s Gourmet Pizza

I’ve been to some incredible places in my travels, but this place has earned a top spot on my list of favorites. The atmosphere is inviting and the staff was friendly. Plus they serve alcohol, which is always a bonus!

The menu had something for everyone – even vegetarians – so no one felt left out. And their pizza…it was simply the best I’ve ever had! The ingredients were fresh and each pie was cooked to perfection. The crust was light and airy, while the toppings were delicious and plentiful.

If you’re looking for a great tourist spot or just want some excellent pizza in Kona, Bianelli’s Gourmet Pizza should definitely be at the top of your list. The only downside is that they don’t deliver, but it’ll be worth it when you taste their pies!

I visited their store in Kona to try the pizza for myself and let me just say, it was an amazing experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, not to mention the fact that they were able to expertly craft a pizza according to my exact specifications. I tried the classic cheese pizza and it was as delicious as imagined! The crust was light and airy, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful.

The other pizzas looked equally tempting so I decided to come back again the following day. This time I opted for their Hawaiian Supreme Pizza and it was equally enjoyable. The combination of pineapple, ham, bacon and mushrooms added an unexpected yet tasty surprise that only improved upon my first visit’s experience.

Overall, Domino’s Pizza is definitely one of the best pizza places in Kona with its high-quality ingredients and excellent service. If you’re ever in town looking for some great pizza, this is definitely the place to go!

#9 Pizza Hut Express

I visited the restaurant expecting the same greasy, mediocre pizza I had tasted at most other Pizza Hut Express locations, but was pleasantly surprised by what I found. The vegetarian options were great and the staff was friendly and welcoming. It’s definitely a nice spot for tourists to come by, although delivery isn’t an option.

The flavor of the pizza was divinely inspired with ample cheese and just the right amount of oregano and garlic. Even though this Pizza Hut Express isn’t located inside a shopping mall or airport like other locations, it still offers a truly fantastic experience.

All in all, you can trust that this is some of the best pizza in Kona!

#10 Kona Pasta Company

I was impressed by the wide selection of pizza offered by this restaurant. The thin crusts had a great taste, while the deep dish varieties were cooked to perfection. The toppings were abundant and flavorful, and each slice was as delicious as the last.

The servers at Kona Pasta Company were friendly and knowledgeable about all of their menu options. They took my order quickly, checked in on me throughout the meal, and made sure I was satisfied with everything before I left.

The speed with which my pizza was delivered to me was also impressive. It arrived hot and fresh from the oven every time! And it didn’t take long for them to make my custom orders either – they definitely understand that speed is just as important as quality.

Overall, I’d highly recommend Kona Pasta Company for any pizza lover looking for a tasty meal in the area. I can honestly say that it’s one of the best pizzas I’ve had anywhere in the world!
