And let me tell you, as a food critic with a refined palate, I was ready to put their claims to the test. But first, let’s talk about the benefits of this place.

One major plus is that Via Chicago serves alcohol. And not just your average beer and wine, they have hard liquor too! So, while waiting for your cheesy goodness to arrive, you can enjoy a refreshing cocktail. Just don’t overdo it, you wouldn’t want to pass out face-first on your deep dish.

I mean, I’ve had pizza in Italy, New York, and even in a random hole-in-the-wall joint in Iceland, but let me tell you, this place has mastered the art of thin crust deliciousness.

First off, I couldn’t help but appreciate the fact that they serve alcohol. Because let’s be honest, what pairs better with pizza than an ice-cold beer or a glass of wine? The only thing better would be if they had a pizza-flavored cocktail!
