The restaurant itself is very cozy and warm, with a family-friendly atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the brick oven the pizzas were cooked in – it gave them a nice smoky flavor that you can’t find anywhere else.

To start off, they have some great appetizers like calamari and bruschetta that are sure to please your taste buds. For my main course, I had their signature pizza which was topped with sausage, pepperoni, onions and mushrooms. The crust was perfectly charred and the toppings fresh and flavorful. I’m not sure if it was the atmosphere of this small, family-run restaurant that made me fall in love or the mouth-watering aroma of freshly-baked pizza. Either way, my taste buds were in for a treat!

The crust was perfectly cooked and had some bite to it; crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The sauce brought out the flavor of all the different cheeses, which added to its yumminess. The toppings were generous and fresh, and really sealed the deal for me.

To top off my experience at Little Caesars Pizza, their customer service was impeccable; they truly went above and beyond to ensure I had an enjoyable experience there. They also employ local Pueblo Co residents so that’s a plus!
