Having sampled pizza from all corners of the world, I can honestly say that Wailea is no slouch when it comes to great pies. In this article I’m going to take you through my review of ten places that offer the best pizza in Wailea.

Throughout this journey I’ll share my experiences and insights in a light-hearted, humorous manner. We’ll have fun learning more about the different options available and at the end, you’ll know exactly which place to visit for an amazing pizza experience!

#1 Pizza Madness Maui

The experience starts with the delicious aroma of freshly made dough and fragrant sauces. The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a great meal. I had the pleasure of trying their signature Pizza Madness pie, topped with pepperoni, sausage, olives, mushrooms, bell peppers and onions. Each ingredient was perfectly placed on top of perfectly cooked dough that made my mouth water – it’s definitely the best pizza I’ve tasted in Wailea!

The crust was extraordinarily light and fluffy with just enough crunch to provide a wonderful texture to each bite. The sauce was savory yet sweet – not too overwhelming but flavorful enough to make it stand out from all the other pies I’ve tried around the world. Even more impressive were the toppings! The pepperoni was sliced thin and still retained its smoky flavor after being baked. The sausage links were juicy yet not overly greasy like some pizzas can be. And the vegetables were fresh and added just enough crunch to each slice.

I highly recommend Pizza Madness Maui if you’re looking for some of the best pizza in Wailea – they know how to make an award-winning pie!

#2 Matteo’s Osteria

Let me tell you why. First, you can enjoy some decent brews and adult beverages with your pizza which is always a plus. They even have some hard liquor if that’s your thing!

For those who are traveling with kids, they have options just for them. The kid’s menu makes it really easy to keep the little ones happy while the adults enjoy the best pizza in Wailea. And vegetarians won’t be disappointed either as there are a few veggie-friendly options available.

But what made my experience at Matteo’s Osteria truly unforgettable was the dessert! Hands down one of the best desserts I’ve ever had—it was insanely good. This pizza stop definitely would make a great tourist spot for anyone visiting Wailea.

My only complaint about Matteo’s Osteria is that they don’t offer delivery—but hey, it’s worth going there in person to get your hands on this incredible pizza!

#3 Penny’s Pizza and Pasta

The atmosphere of Penny’s Pizza and Pasta is warm and inviting. The staff is always friendly and attentive, adding to the wonderful experiences that every customer can expect. From their classic Italian recipes to their modern interpretations, they have something for everyone.

One of my favorite things about Penny’s is that they serve alcohol, including hard liquor. This definitely takes the experience up a notch! It’s also great that they offer a kid’s menu so that everyone in the family can enjoy a nice meal here. And if you’ve got a sweet tooth like me, then you’ll love that they offer dessert too!

What could make this place even better? Delivery service! Unfortunately, at this time Penny’s does not offer delivery. I’m sure this would be popular amongst locals who don’t want to drive there but still want some delicious pizza! Hopefully this adds in the near future.

Overall, I highly recommend Penny’s Pizza and Pasta as one of the best pizza spots in Wailea. Whether you’re traveling through town or live nearby, this place is definitely worth checking out for an enjoyable evening with friends or family!

#4 Outrigger Pizza Co 1

When I first stepped in the door, I was immediately hit with a wave of delicious aromas that almost made me weak in the knees. The decor and atmosphere was inviting, warm and cozy. It certainly helped to make the experience even more enjoyable.

I decided on the ‘Hawaiian Delight’ pizza with freshly made Doughboy crust – it did not disappoint! Every ingredient was perfectly cooked and tasted fantastic. The crust was light and airy, but also had a nice chewiness to it.

In addition to their pizzas, Outrigger Pizza Co 1 also serves up some amazing garlic knots which are definitely worth ordering! All their sides were top notch too – from the homemade marinara sauce to the extra cheesy melted mozzarella cheese on top; each component added its own unique layer of flavor that left me wanting more.

Outrigger Pizza Co 1 is definitely my go-to spot for what I believe is the best pizza in Wailea!

#5 South Shore Tiki Lounge

The atmosphere at South Shore Tiki Lounge is great; complete with cheerful locals and tourists enjoying the view. I got to try out a variety of pizzas, from traditional favorites like pepperoni and sausage to some unexpected vegetarian options – all delicious!

Plus, they serve alcohol and hard liquor, making it a great spot for a fun night out. For the kids, there’s a kid’s menu so no one is left out of the pizza party. And don’t forget dessert – they have something sweet for everyone too!

The only downside is they don’t offer delivery service. But honestly, I consider that an advantage since you get to enjoy the sights and sounds around Wailea while you wait for your food.

All in all, South Shore Tiki Lounge is definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for some of the best pizza in Wailea. The atmosphere alone is worth the trip!

#6 Manoli’s Pizza Company

The atmosphere of Manoli’s is warm and inviting, the staff are friendly, and the pizza is simply out of this world! The base of their pizzas is a thin, chewy crust that’s cooked to perfection in a woodfired oven.

Toppings-wise, they offer everything you could want – classic pepperoni and sausage, or more creative choices like artichoke hearts and goat cheese. When I’ve visited Manoli’s, I’ve sampled a variety of different combinations and every single one has been amazing.

Additionally, they also have some great sides to choose from including garlic breadsticks and refreshing salads. Finally, it would be remiss of me not to mention the speciality cocktails which go perfectly with the pizza. They even have mocktails for those looking for something non-alcoholic.

All in all, Manoli’s Pizza Company truly does have some of the best pizza in Wailea (and beyond!). If you’re ever in the area, make sure to give them a visit – you won’t regret it!

#7 Round Table Pizza

From the minute I stepped in the door, I could immediately tell that this place was special. From the décor to the friendly staff, this pizza joint had more of a “homey” feel than any other pizza spot I’ve been too.

The menu at Round Table Pizza was extensive and it really catered to all tastes – there were options for vegetarians, omnivores and even vegan guests! It was great to see such variety.

I knew I’d made a good choice when I tried my first slice; it was absolutely delicious! The crust was thin and crispy, while the sauce had just enough tanginess without being overpowering. The toppings were fresh and flavorful; it’s obvious that they care about quality here.

Overall, Round Table Pizza is by far the best place for pizza in Wailea! Whether you’re looking for a quick dinner or an afternoon snack, this spot won’t disappoint. Highly recommended!

#8 Pizza Hut

When I arrived at Pizza Hut, it was already bustling with customers. I made my way to the counter and ordered their specialty pizza – a delicious mixture of pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions, and garlic.

The pizza was cooked to perfection – with a nice crunchy crust that had just the right amount of char. The toppings were fresh and flavorful — every bite was delicious!

I also tried some of their other menu items — like their salads, wings, and breadsticks. Everything was great but nothing compared to the pizza.

All in all, I must say that Pizza Hut offers some of the best pizza in Wailea. With such quality ingredients and good service, it is no surprise that this place is so popular. If you’re looking for a tasty slice of pizza, look no further than Pizza Hut!

#9 Fabiani’s Bakery and Pizzeria

The pizza here is cooked to perfection. It has a beautiful golden crust that’s crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The sauce is flavorful and not too acidic, while the toppings are generous and fresh.

Plus, there’s so much variety! You can get traditional favorites like pepperoni or Hawaiian-style with pineapple and ham. If you’re feeling adventurous, try their signature creation: the Fabiani pizza – it’s got all kinds of mixed cheeses, wild mushrooms, prosciutto…it tastes like nothing else I’ve ever had!

What really stands out at this place is the atmosphere. As soon as you walk in, you feel welcome – tables are covered with red-and-white checkered tablecloths and jazz music plays softly in the background. You can tell they take pride in their work here; everything from the waitstaff to the ingredients used in their pizzas are top-notch quality.

If you’re looking for some of the best pizza in Wailea (and beyond!), Fabiani’s Bakery And Pizzeria is definitely worth checking out!

#10 Ferraro’s Bar e Ristorante

The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere and is quite the tourist spot. Even better, they serve alcohol – even hard liquor – making it an ideal place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The menu is filled with delightful options, including some vegetarian dishes, as well as a separate kid’s menu. I enjoyed the pizza here immensely – it was cooked to perfection and left me wanting more!

But what really impressed me was Ferraro’s dessert selection – simply put, it was insanely good! I don’t think I’ve ever had such heavenly desserts before.

My only gripe with Ferraro’s Bar e Ristorante is that they don’t offer delivery service. That would be great for those days when you just want to stay in the hotel and munch on some delicious pizza!

But all in all, I’d say this is one of the best pizzerias in Wailea. If you’re looking for an incredible Italian experience, then look no further than Ferraro’s Bar e Ristorante.
