I was especially impressed with the variety of toppings they offered. The combination of flavors were heavenly and they definitely had something for everyone.
The crust was perfectly cooked and I loved how flavorful it was. It really put an exclamation mark on the deliciousness of each pizza!
The staff at Paola’s were super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that my experience there was pleasant – which it absolutely was!
My only issue with the restaurant is that they don’t offer delivery services, so I had to take my pizza to go. That wasn’t a major issue since I could still enjoy the amazing taste from wherever I chose to eat.
Speaking of take-out, let me tell you about their desserts! They have incredible menu of items that will make your sweet tooth sing hallelujah! Their homemade treats are divine and definitely worth trying out if you’re ever in Wayne PA.

I had heard really good things about this place and I was certainly not let down! From the moment I walked in the door, I was immediately overwhelmed by the wonderful aroma of fresh pies baking in their ovens.

When I walked in, the lively atmosphere and warm greeting from the staff immediately made me feel welcome. The decor is also interesting, as it has a vintage Italian vibe that takes you back in time. I was eager to try the pizza and was not disappointed when it arrived!
The crust was perfectly plump and thick without being soggy or crunchy. The cheese tasted fresh with just the right amount of stretchiness and flavor. As for the topping combos, they really blew me away! Each bite was bursting with intense flavors. The combination of toppings used were creative yet simple which is exactly what your taste buds crave when eating pizza!

I’m sure you think I’m crazy, but I don’t care. They have some seriously delicious slices here! The crust is soft and chewy and the sauce has a delectable flavor that will make your taste buds sing. The cheese is fresh, creamy, and just cheesy enough to make you smile. Even their specialty pies are impressive. I tried their “Wayne Pizza” which has all the flavors of Wayne, PA in one bite – it’s definitely worth a try!
The atmosphere at Campus Corner is great too. The staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to answer any questions or take special orders. Plus there’s plenty of seating for those looking to hang out and enjoy their pizza with friends.

I have to admit, when I first walked in, I was a bit skeptical. It was really busy, and it seemed like folks had been there for awhile waiting to order. But when I finally got my hands on a slice of their signature pepperoni pizza, all of my doubts melted away. The crust was light and fluffy with just the right amount of char – not too thick or thin. The tomato sauce was flavorful and the cheese was great – plenty of gooey mozzarella!

As far as the pizza itself, it doesn’t get much better. The dough is perfectly thin without being too crunchy or overly chewy. The toppings are cooked to perfection in a brick oven, leaving you with an unforgettable flavor. My favorite topping combination? It’s a tie between the classic pepperoni and garlic-roasted Brussels sprouts. You can’t go wrong with either one!

I’ve never seen such a variety of toppings, crusts, and sauces in one location – they truly have something for everyone. The atmosphere is laid back, with plenty of seating and TVs to enjoy your food while watching the big game.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating too. They offered me a sample of their signature Sicilian pizza, which had just the right amount of tangy sauce and sweet pepperoni to balance it out. It’s definitely one of the best slices I’ve ever had!

I was truly taken aback by the delectable thin-crust pie that I had there. The crust was perfectly crisp and thin, with a delightful chewiness that left me wanting more.
The toppings were also as satisfying as the crust. From fresh shredded mozzarella to sweet Italian sausage, each topping was cooked to perfection and added a unique flavor to the pizza. In particular, their pumpkin seed pesto added an interesting tangy note to the overall dish!
The atmosphere of Pizzeria Vetri adds to its charm. With warm yellow lights, rustic wooden tables and chairs and a lively bar scene — it’s just the right amount of cozy and chic.
To top it off, their friendly wait staff made sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit. They were able to answer any questions we had about their menu with ease.
At the end of our meal, I knew that Pizzeria Vetri had earned its place on my pizza “hall of fame”. It truly is one of the best pizzas in Wayne PA!
#11 Candelario’s Pizzeria & Restaurant
I had heard from friends and family that this was the place to go for some truly delicious pizza. I finally decided to take the plunge, and boy, am I glad I did!
The atmosphere at Candelario’s is so inviting. They have a great selection of drinks – beer, wine, you name it – and the staff are super friendly and helpful. But most importantly, they make some of the most amazing pizzas that I’ve ever tasted!
The dough is freshly made every day and has such a great feel when you bite into it – light yet still full of flavor. The sauce has just the right amount of sweetness with a beautiful tomato-ey smell that lingers on your tastebuds. As for toppings, they have anything you could possibly dream of – mushrooms, sausage, olives, peppers – it’s all there! And then there’s the cheese…it’s perfectly melty without being greasy or heavy.
Candelario’s Pizzeria & Restaurant definitely lives up to its reputation as having some of the best pizza in Wayne PA. From their cozy atmosphere to their delectable pizzas, it’s sure to be an unforgettable experience every time you visit!

The pizza here is truly unique – it’s cooked in a 700-degree coal fired oven, so it has that unmistakable smoky flavor. The crust comes out with an amazing crunchiness on the outside while still being light and fluffy on the inside. Each pizzas comes out tasting perfectly cooked and topped with generous amounts of cheese and other ingredients.
The wings are also really good! They too are cooked in the same coal fired oven, which gives them such a unique flavor you won’t find anywhere else. The wings come in a variety of seasonings to choose from; my personal favorite is their buffalo garlic Parmesan!
I can honestly say Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza & Wings serves some of the best pizza I’ve tasted in Wayne PA – or anywhere else for that matter! If you haven’t tried it yet, make sure you do soon…it’s worth every bite!
