Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The walls were decorated with colorful artwork that helped set a cheerful mood. I immediately knew I was in for a great meal.
The menu had an impressive selection of specialty pizzas, each one more tempting than the last. I eventually went with the classic margherita pizza which, hands down, was one of the best I’ve ever tasted. The tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese were flavorful and perfectly melted together – just how it’s supposed to be.
All of their other dishes were excellent as well including their salads, sandwiches, pastas and breads. Their prices are quite reasonable too – definitely within my budget for a food critic!
Overall, Palazzo Di Pizza is one of the best pizza places in Royal Oak MI and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for some delicious Italian cuisine!

Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately impressed by the aroma of fresh dough and spices. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving me a tour of the kitchen while pointing out their selection of locally-sourced ingredients.

The moment I walked through the door of Perry’s Pizza, I knew I was in for something special. There was an energy about the place that told me this was a serious pizza joint.

As I walked into the restaurant, the aroma of freshly cooked pizza was heavenly. As soon as I laid eyes on the delicious pies in their cases, my stomach growled with anticipation.
The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure my every need was taken care of. They even had some specialties that many other pizza shops don’t have – Saroki’s Crispy Chicken & Pizza offers poutine pizza for those looking for something a bit different!
After placing my order, the staff got to work making a pie that would knock my socks off. The crust was thin and crispy, just like I expected from a good Italian style pie. The sauce was flavorful and well seasoned, with just the right amount of kick to it. The toppings were fresh and plentiful; from Canadian bacon to pepperoni, it seemed like no flavor combination had been overlooked.
I especially enjoyed the blend of cheese used – it had both mozzarella and provolone in it, giving a great balance between stringy texture and full-bodied flavor. All combined, these components made the perfect bite.

The atmosphere at Benito’s Pizza Royal Oak was cozy and comfortable with old-school photos of Italy on the walls. Plus, the staff were some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met in a pizza joint.
My only complaint (if you can call it that) is that after eating their pizza I felt like I’d eaten too much! But, since I’ll be back for sure, this really isn’t something I’m too concerned about.

The atmosphere was great – with a warm, inviting decor and friendly staff. But, of course, it’s all about the pizza! And oh boy, did they deliver!
Their Neapolitan-style pizzas are cooked in a traditional wood-burning oven that really brings out all the wonderful flavors. Every bite is like a little taste of Italy – it’s just superb! I especially recommend their margherita pizza with its classic combination of tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and basil. Perfection!
And the best part? The prices are totally reasonable. You don’t have to break the bank to enjoy one of Bigalora’s delicious creations.
I’d definitely recommend Bigalora Wood Fired Cucina to anyone looking for some of the best pizza in Royal Oak MI. After my experience here, I can confidently say that this place is as good as it gets!

The first thing that caught my eye was the decor. It felt warm and inviting, like I was stepping into an Italian villa. The waitstaff were friendly and helpful, and they certainly knew their pizzas!
When the pizza arrived, it didn’t disappoint. Trattoria Da Luigi uses quality ingredients to create a mouthwatering pie. Their crust is light, fluffy and airy with a delicious crunchy texture – it’s definitely something special. The traditional tomato sauce had a nice flavor without overwhelming the other ingredients. The toppings were cooked to perfection – not too greasy or burned.
I have to say, Trattoria Da Luigi really hit the mark with their pizzas. They are some of the best in Royal Oak MI! Not only was the pizza amazing, but the atmosphere and service were great too. I stopped by this place expecting the same sub-par chain pizza that I’ve had somewhere else before. Boy, was I in for a surprise! The pizza here had a crispy crust, perfectly melted cheese and an abundance of yummy toppings – all of which tasted like a slice of heaven.
The best part about this place was the friendly staff. They welcomed me with open arms and made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal. And they weren’t just all talk; they backed it up with great service and even better pizza!

I recently visited the MOD Pizza location in Royal Oak, and I was beyond impressed. The atmosphere of the restaurant was upbeat, vibrant and welcoming. The employees were very friendly and gave me a warm greeting when I walked in.
But you didn’t come here for a review of their ambiance, you came here for a review of their pizza! And let me tell you – it certainly did not disappoint. MOD Pizza offers an extensive menu with endless topping options that are sure to please everyone, even the pickiest eaters. I had the pleasure of trying their signature “MOD” pizza which included a combination of smoked mozzarella cheese, fresh basil and garlic-infused olive oil – it was out-of-this-world delicious!
The crust was perfectly thin and crispy – just how I like it! Plus, they have gluten-free crusts available, too. On top of that, MOD Pizza’s prices are quite reasonable – nothing beats good pizza at an affordable price!

I always have a difficult time choosing what to order because the menu has so many delicious options. The staff is always very helpful and willing to share their recommendations, which I’m always happy to take!
On my last visit, I opted for the Baked Calabrese pizza and it was absolutely amazing. The mushrooms added a delectable depth of flavor that I simply couldn’t get enough of. Plus, the garlic-infused crust was perfection.
I also love that there are vegan and vegetarian options available because not everyone can eat meat. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed if you choose one of these options! The Vegetable Pizza is especially tasty – the roasted cherry tomatoes add just the right amount of sweetness!
