I was also impressed with their range of sauces, ranging from zesty marinara to creamy Alfredo.
But best of all was the quality of the pizza itself – it had just enough cheese and each topping seemed perfectly placed. I loved how each slice had an even balance of flavors without any one topping overpowering another.

I ordered one of their famed “Build Your Own” pizzas, with the works. Even though I’m vegetarian, I was able to get all my favorite toppings without compromising on taste; and for those who do eat meat, there’s plenty of variety to choose from.
The atmosphere at Bricks Corner is fantastic. They have several big-screen TVs scattered throughout the restaurant, so you can watch all your favorite games while eating delicious pizza. And when that’s not enough, they also serve beer and hard liquor!
My only complaint about Bricks Corner is that they don’t offer delivery like other pizza joints in Salt Lake. But honestly, it’s worth the trip over to experience all that Bricks Corner has to offer. Not only will you leave satisfied after you enjoy a good meal and catch a game, but you’ll also be bragging to your friends about how you found the best pizza in Salt Lake!
#8 The Pie Pizzeria – Underground
- Great place to watch sports

- Has some vegetarian options
- Serves alcohol
- Nice tourist spot
The restaurant itself is an interesting place. It’s located in the underground of a downtown building and it has a cool, speakeasy vibe. The walls are covered with graffiti art, which adds to the unique atmosphere.
The pizza is the real star at The Pie Pizzeria – Underground though. They have some really delicious toppings, like grilled pineapple and smoked gouda – yum! But what really stands out are their crusts; they’re so light and airy that when you bite into them they practically melt in your mouth.
I tried two pizzas while I was there: a classic pepperoni and a unique combination of white sauce, bacon, and mushrooms (which I highly recommend). Both were absolutely delicious!
The service workers were friendly too – it was great to have someone who could answer all my questions about the different ingredients and make sure my experience was enjoyable.

From the moment I stepped into Settebello, I knew I was in for a treat. The aroma of fresh dough and melted cheese greeted me like an old friend. The friendly staff led me to my table, which was expertly adorned with checkered tablecloths and a pepper shaker that looked like it had seen some serious action.
As I perused the menu, my eyes widened at the variety of toppings and combinations available. From classic margherita to adventurous prosciutto and arugula, Settebello knows how to push the boundaries of pizza perfection. Being a creature of habit, I opted for the margherita with a twist – fresh basil *and* basil-infused olive oil. Who knew a leafy herb could make such a difference?
And then there’s the crust. Oh, the crust! It was thin, but not too thin, with just the right amount of chewiness. It supported the weight of the toppings without getting soggy, a delicate balance that few pizzerias can master.

To top it all off, the atmosphere at Settebello was lively and fun. The dim lighting and chatter of fellow pizza enthusiasts created the perfect backdrop for my culinary adventure.
