Downsides
  • Does not accept reservations

Let me start by saying that Pizza Star offers the perfect balance for pizza enthusiasts like me who have a mix of carnivorous and herbivorous friends. With its array of vegetarian options, even my vegan friend was able to munch on a delicious Margherita pizza while the rest of us devoured meaty masterpieces.

But let’s get to the main attraction – their wood fired pizza. Oh, baby, that crust! It’s crispy yet chewy, perfectly charred with that smoky flavor that can transport you straight to Naples. I swear, if I close my eyes while taking a bite, I can almost hear the gondolas floating down the canals.

Now, let’s talk dessert. Pizza Star knows how to satisfy a sweet tooth. Their Nutella calzone is like a heavenly gift from the pizza gods themselves. Picture warm, melted Nutella nestled inside a fluffy pizza dough pocket, sprinkled with powdered sugar. Have mercy!

But here’s the catch – Pizza Star doesn’t accept reservations. Now, this may not be an issue for the spontaneous types, but for those of us who like to plan our pizza feasts in advance, it can be a real bummer. I mean, who wants to risk their chance of getting a slice of their mouthwatering wood fired magic?

Nevertheless, if you’re willing to brave the no-reservations policy and embrace the unpredictability, Pizza Star is an absolute must-visit for anyone seeking the best wood fired pizza in middletown. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you.
