The sauce was perfectly seasoned and had a great balance of sweetness and spice that showcased each topping. The cheese was extra gooey and delicious, and the crust was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.
I tried one of their signature pies called “The Works”, which was topped with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, olives and onions. Every topping played off the other ingredients in a way that made every bite an absolute joy to eat.
As if the pizza couldn’t have been any better, Giuseppe’s has some of the most friendly staff I’ve ever encountered in my travels. Everyone from the owner to the waitstaff took great care to make me feel welcome, including taking time out of their busy day to explain each ingredient used in their recipes. The atmosphere at Giuseppe’s is also quite inviting; it’s perfect for a casual dinner or even a special occasion.

The service was also top-notch– the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, which always adds a nice touch.

The menu offers something for everyone, from classic cheese pizzas to specialty pies like White Pizza with Ricotta and Sautéed Spinach. Their in-house recipes have been made with love for over 30 years, so you can be sure that the flavors are going to hit the spot!
To top it off (literally), the toppings are fresh and flavorful – I especially loved their signature pepperoni pizza with extra cheese! It’s definitely some of the best pizza I’ve ever had.

The first thing that caught my attention was the atmosphere. The restaurant is quite cozy, definitely designed to make you feel like you’re on a beach in Detroit. The walls are decorated with colorful, beach-themed artwork and the staff all wear matching Hawaiian shirts – it’s a great touch!
Next, the pizza – oh man! It was amazing! The crust had a perfect balance of chewiness and crispness, and the toppings were out of this world. The cheese tasted so fresh and creamy, while the veggies were cooked to perfection. I even tried one of their specialty pizzas – a deep dish number with jalapeño and bacon – and it was incredible!
Overall, Detroit Beach Pizzeria has truly earned its spot as the best pizza in Monroe MI. Highly recommended for anyone who loves pizza and wants an enjoyable atmosphere to enjoy it in.

To start, their menu strikes the perfect balance between the traditional and exotic, offering something for everyone. I tried their famous clamdigger pizza, and I must say it was divine! The crust was light and crisp and the sauce had just the right amount of seasoning.
The atmosphere at The Clamdigger is unbeatable as well. It’s got a great tourist vibe but also serves hard liquor so you can have your drinks with your meal if you’d like. Plus, there’s a kids’ menu for the little ones to enjoy while the adults enjoy the game on TV. And speaking of TV, this is a great place to watch sports—they keep all their TVs tuned in to whatever big game is going on!
The only downside is that they don’t do delivery – but that seems like a small price to pay considering how much they offer diners in terms of quality food and experience.
All in all, The Clamdigger deserves its reputation as one of Monroe MI’s best pizza joints! If you get a chance to visit, definitely make sure you stop by!

The atmosphere at Anson’s is great. It has TVs everywhere, so it’s a great place to stay and watch sports while you chow down on some amazing pizza. Plus, they serve alcohol as well as hard liquor for those of us looking for something a bit stronger. And if you have kids, Anson’s even has a kids menu!
The pizza itself was really great – I always go for the classic cheese pizza with extra pepperoni. The dough was cooked perfectly, and the tomato sauce had just enough seasoning that my taste buds were in heaven. Plus, if you’re an adventurous eater like me, they have a ton of unique topping options too.
My favorite part about this place? They have insanely good desserts! Even better than their pizza (if you can believe it). Their bread pudding is out of this world – I would come back to Monroe MI just to get another slice!
The only downside to Anson’s is that they don’t deliver – so bringing your own food is the only way you can enjoy Anson’s pizza in the comfort of your own home! But honestly, it’s worth the trip to Monroe MI and back just to try this delicious pizza.

The pizzas here are something special. The dough is perfectly chewy, and it has just the right amount of tanginess from the house-made tomato sauce. The toppings were always fresh, never too soggy or overdone. Best of all, they know how to keep classic flavors like cheese pizza simple–but so perfect.
I had a chance to talk to the owner when I visited Tiffany’s Pizza, and she shared some great stories about their family recipes that have been passed down for generations. That loyalty to tradition really shows through in each bite!

I’m usually pretty hard to impress, but the pizza at this place blew me away. The crust was light and puffy, yet just crunchy enough to make it stand out. The restaurant itself is quite pleasant too, with its cozy atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot for a low-key dinner or a gathering of friends. On top of that, their service is exemplary – they were friendly, quick and attentive throughout my meal.
