I stopped by the other night and I was immediately greeted with a complimentary glass of red wine. That’s always a nice touch you don’t find in many places.
The menu is full of different pizza options, so there’s something for everyone. Even the vegetarians in your group won’t be disappointed as they some quite a few good vegetarian options as well.
The pizza itself is delicious – it has just enough cheese, the crust is thin and crispy and the sauce flavorful. Each bite was even better than the last!
As if that wasn’t enough, they also have an excellent dessert selection too! I had to pass on it though because I was stuffed to the brim from all of that amazing pizza!
The only downside to Ciao! Pizza and Pasta is no delivery- you’ll have to go there yourself. But trust me, it’ll be worth it – this place makes some of the best pizza in east bay, bar none.

My latest visit to this pizza joint was even better than before. The crust was delightfully crispy on the outside, yet still airy and fluffy on the inside. The sauce had a perfect balance of tanginess, sweetness and savoriness that made my taste buds do a little dance.

The environment was great too. The staff was cheerful, friendly, and eager to make sure we had everything we needed; all our drink glasses never went empty! There’s also a nice selection of craft beers on tap as well as interesting wines by the glass (well, they would have been interesting if I knew anything about wine).
