I’m something of a connoisseur when it comes to pizza, as I’ve tasted pies from every corner of the globe and have sampled all sorts of fun toppings from beef to pineapple. After much deliberation, I’ve put together a list of 12 places in Oc MD that serve up the best pies in town.

#1 DeVito’s Italian Deli & Sub

The first thing that struck me about DeVito’s was the atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and the interior has a cool Italian vibe, complete with red and white checkered tablecloths and dim lighting. The playlist is great too – it still makes me smile when I think about listening to old Italian classics!

But, of course, the food is what really matters when it comes to pizza. Well, let me start by saying that DeVito’s is definitely worth the trip out to Oc MD! Their thin crust pies are cooked perfectly in wood-fire ovens and loaded with fresh toppings like creamy mozzarella cheese and delicious meats. The sauce is tangy and flavorful, while the dough has a nice bite to it that doesn’t leave you feeling overly full after eating a slice.

To top things off (literally), I’m always impressed by how generous they are with their toppings – there’s never any skimping here! Plus, their prices are reasonable for the quality of ingredients used.

#2 Flavors of Italy NY

The restaurant is beautiful and modern on the inside, with a fun vibe that makes me feel like I’m in New York. The staff were all friendly and helpful, so I knew I was in for a great experience from the moment I arrived.

I decided to try out their classic Margherita pizza, and it was absolutely amazing! The crust was perfectly crispy, the sauce was full of flavor, and the cheese was gooey and melty. The fresh basil topping just made it even more delicious – definitely some of the best pizza I’ve ever had!

My second favorite item on the menu has to be their garlic bread sticks, which were also cooked to perfection. Topped with olive oil, rosemary, and freshly grated parmesan cheese – they made an excellent side dish to my Margherita pizza.

#3 Trattoria Lombardi’s Restaurant

The restaurant itself is situated in a beautiful tourist spot, so it’s easy to take in the sights while enjoying my favorite food. I was even more pleased to find that they serve alcohol – and hard liquor! Having been to many pizza restaurants with a limited selection of beer and wine, this was an unexpected surprise.

The menu also provides something for everyone; there are vegetarian options, a kid’s menu, and desserts for those who want something sweet after their meal. My personal favorite on the menu was their cheese pizza; the sauce was the perfect blend of sweet and savory!

Although there are many positives about Trattoria Lombardi’s Restaurant, one downside is that they don’t offer delivery services. This can be quite inconvenient if you’re short on time or unable to dine in.

All-in-all, Trattoria Lombardi’s Restaurant has some of the best pizza in Oc MD worth trying out if you have the chance!

#4 Albertino’s Brick Oven Eatery

To start, the atmosphere at Albertino’s is simply amazing. Even though it’s a tourist spot, I felt right at home. The music selection wasn’t too loud either, so I could actually enjoy my meal and conversation with my companions.

Now let’s get to the best part – the food! My goodness was it delicious! They had several varieties of wood-fired pizza available, all baked perfectly in their brick oven. Every bite was as good as the last and I honestly can’t pick a favorite flavor. It all tasted so fresh and flavorful that we ordered a few extra slices for the road just because we couldn’t resist!

And of course it wouldn’t be complete without factoring in their other menu items. Every dish looked mouthwatering and both the adults and kids found something they would like from their kid’s menu. And if that weren’t enough, their desserts were insanely good! The tiramisu was especially noteworthy – it melted in my mouth and I could have eaten it all night long.

Albertino’s also serves alcohol (and hard liquor!) which I thoroughly enjoyed after my meal. Just make sure you don’t take too much advantage since there is no delivery option here!

Overall, Albertino’s Brick Oven Eatery has truly earned its place as one of the best pizza places in Oc MD. If you’re ever in town make sure you come check them out – you won’t regret it!

#5 Mione’s Pizza & Italian Restaurant

From the moment I stepped through the door, I could tell I was in for a treat. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, just like a true Italian pizzeria should be.

The service was great too – quick, friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone who works there was passionate about their job, which made the whole experience even better.

Now to the main event: the pizza! It was clearly made with the highest quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. The cheese was stringy and gooey in all the right places, while the crust had some crunchiness but wasn’t too hard on the teeth. The toppings were bold yet delicious, adding more depth of flavor without being overwhelming. All in all, it may just have been one of my favorite pizzas I’ve ever tasted!

A visit to Mione’s Pizza & Italian Restaurant is an absolute must if you’re looking for some of the best pizza in Oc MD!

#6 Ponzetti’s Pizza

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant and let me tell you, it was amazing. First off, the atmosphere is perfect for a touristy spot or for grabbing a slice before watching sports with your friends. The liquor selection was also superb – they had everything from beer to hard liquors!

When it comes to their menu, Ponzetti’s Pizza definitely has something for everyone. They have delicious pizzas to choose from and they even have a kid’s menu, so if you’ve got picky eaters in your family you can bring them along too! Plus, they offer some pretty sweet desserts after – just what every pizza fan needs.

The only downside is that they don’t have delivery. But I guess you can’t expect all places to offer everything.

From my very first bite, it was clear that Squarz has perfected the art of pizza-making. The crust was crispy and flavorful, barely able to contain all of the delicious ingredients piled onto the top. The sauce was perfectly balanced between sweet and savory, with a delightful kick of spice that left me craving for more. And the cheese was perfectly melted, gooey and flavorful.

My favorite part about Squarz is that they aren’t afraid to think outside the box when it comes to their pizza toppings. From classics like pepperoni and sausage to unique combinations like roasted potatoes and truffle oil, there’s something for everyone here! And every pizza I’ve had came out hot and fresh within minutes.

#8 Piezano’s Pizza

I had heard amazing things about this place before I got there, and I wasn’t disappointed. From the moment I stepped foot in the door, it was clear that they take their pizza-making seriously. The walls were adorned with awards and certificates of excellence – clearly Piezano’s Pizza is doing something right!

The crust was crispy and slightly charred around the edges, just the way I like it. The sauce was a perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess, and the cheese was melty and creamy. As for toppings, I tried a few different pies with various combinations of olives, mushrooms, peppers, onions, sausage, pepperoni and more – all delicious!

Overall, Piezano’s Pizza is a must-try for anyone visiting Oc MD who is looking for some delicious pizza. If you ask me – It’s definitely some of the best pizza in Oc MD!

The atmosphere at Grotto is electric. From the moment customers enter, they are greeted with music and laughter from employees that clearly love their job. When it comes to making pizzas, the kitchen staff here are masters of their craft! The toppings are always fresh and flavorful, the crust is perfectly crispy, and the sauce is pure heavenly bliss.

My personal favorite pizza here is the classic pepperoni. To me, it’s just perfection on a plate – the perfect combination of sweet tomato sauce, salty pepperoni, and a crunchy base that just melts in your mouth with each bite. But I have to say that every pizza I’ve had at Grotto has been beyond compare.

Speaking of beyond compare…the customer service here is unbeatable! Everyone from the hostess to the cashiers make sure you have an enjoyable experience at Grotto Pizza. They’re always smiling, quick to help you with anything you need, and even crack jokes or provide advice on what kind of pizza to get.

From the moment I stepped into this pizza-paradise, I was amazed at how delicious the pies were. The cheese was gooey and melted in my mouth and the crust was just the right amount of crispy. Plus, they have a wide variety of toppings to choose from. And their custom pizzas are out of this world!

The staff at Ocean Bites were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They gave me some great recommendations based on what I’m looking for, which made it even easier to find something that suited me best.

The first thing that strikes me when I enter Pizza Tugos is the sheer amount of pizza varieties they offer, from classic Italian to New York-style slices. No matter what your preference is, you’re guaranteed to find something you’ll love here.

One of my personal favorites is the Sicilian-style slice. It’s made with an airy and light crust topped with a variety of delicious toppings like pepperoni, mushrooms, and olives. The combination of flavors makes it one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had!

The atmosphere at Pizza Tugos is also top notch. It’s always a lively and cheerful place where friends can come together for some great conversation alongside some fantastic food.

Their pizza is truly out of this world, from the thin crust to the fresh ingredients. The flavor is something I’ve never experienced before! Every bite was just as delicious as the last. If you haven’t given Four Seasons Pizza a try yet, trust me – you won’t regret it.

The atmosphere of Four Seasons Pizza OC is also top notch. It’s a perfect spot to catch up with friends and family. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, which makes for an enjoyable experience all around. Plus, their prices are incredibly reasonable considering the quality of their product.
