Aside from having an impressive selection of toppings and crusts, they also let you customize your pizza however you’d like- giving you full control over your slice.
The atmosphere inside was great – it wasn’t too loud or too crowded, which is always a welcome sign when eating at a restaurant. And the staff was so friendly and accommodating! They really went out of their way to make sure everyone had a great experience.

I was first drawn to Viona’s by the delicious aroma of the gourmet pizzas baking in their brick ovens. The inviting smell made me eager to try one of their unique creations. So, I ordered a “Signature Italiano” pizza, which came with pepperoni, Italian sausage, red onion, artichoke hearts and a sprinkle of feta cheese.
When my order arrived at my table I was amazed by how perfect it looked. The dough was cooked to a golden brown perfection and the toppings were evenly distributed throughout each slice. Every bite I took offered an exciting blend of flavors that went together perfectly!
But what really sets Viona’s apart from other overland park pizza places is their amazing customer service. From the moment I entered until I left, every staff member was friendly and helpful – even when it came to explaining the different menu items! And if you can’t decide what pizza you want, they have a great selection of sample slices available for tasting.

On my first visit, I quickly noticed the inviting atmosphere, from the rustic wood tables to the warm fireplace. My party and I were seated promptly, and we all agreed that the attentive waitstaff made us feel right at home.

The crust was perfect – thin and crisp with just the right amount of chewiness – and the sauce had a great depth of flavor nothing short of sublime. And every topping combination I sampled had been carefully curated to create an amazing flavor profile I’ve yet to match.

The pizza here is unique and truly delicious. The crust is thin, crispy and has the perfect amount of char. It also has a hint of smokiness that gives it an amazing depth of flavor. The cheese is nice and gooey and just melts in your mouth. And the toppings are fresh and flavorful, with something for everyone.
The staff here is equally as impressive! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. They answered my questions about the menu items in detail, gave me recommendations on what to try, and even threw in some free samples so I could get a better idea of what they were offering.
It’s no wonder that Martin City Brewing Company Pizza & Taproom – Mission Farms has become one of my favorite places to grab a slice when I’m in Overland Park. Not only do they make some of the best pizza around, but they also have an amazing atmosphere and awesome customer service! The smell of freshly cooked pizza wafts through the air as soon as you enter the restaurant. The staff are friendly and accommodating, making you feel right at home.
The menu features a wide variety of pizzas, so it’s easy to find something to eat. Whether you like traditional toppings like pepperoni and cheese or something more creative like artichoke hearts and balsamic vinaigrette, Pizza Shuttle has it all!
I tried one of their popular pizzas – the Hot & Spicy Supreme. It had a thin crust that was both crispy and chewy in exactly the right proportions. The topping combination was perfect; it had a nice kick from the jalapenos that wasn’t overpowering, but tasty enough for even spice-lovers to enjoy.
The service was outstanding; our order came quickly and hot out of the oven every time. Even though we were there during peak hours, there was no wait at all unlike some other restaurants where you have to wait forever for your food to arrive!
Overall, everything about Pizza Shuttle made me want to go back again! The delicious pizza with its perfect crust alone is worth the trip – but don’t forget about the friendly service too! I can confidently say that this is definitely one of the best places for pizza in Overland Park.

I first stepped into SPIN! Pizza expecting to be disappointed, but I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was inviting and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The pizza at SPIN! Pizza is mouthwatering. Every slice has just enough cheese and toppings to satisfy my craving without being too greasy or filling. Each slice was cooked perfectly – the crust was crunchy on the outside yet still soft on the inside, with a hint of garlic buttery goodness.
I also had their signature salad which was fresh with a wonderful mix of vegetables and subtle flavors. Their sauces are also top notch – they have some interesting house-made options that are worth trying out!

But it’s not just about atmosphere, it’s also about the delicious food. Ricco’s pizza is a really great combination of thin crust and flavorful toppings. The sauce has a bit of kick, the cheese is perfectly melted, and the fresh ingredients all combine flawlessly to create an experience that never gets old. They definitely do not skimp on quality!
And don’t even get me started on their famous garlic bread! The crunchy exterior gives way to a soft and chewy interior – so delicious! I usually can’t help but order at least three baskets before finishing my meal!
