Walking into Rosati’s, I couldn’t contain my excitement. My taste buds were eagerly awaiting the cheesy delight that was about to grace my mouth. And boy, did Rosati’s deliver! Literally! But let’s not forget the pièce de résistance – the deep dish pizza. This thing was a monster! Loaded with gooey cheese, tangy tomato sauce, and a thick, buttery crust that could give any Chicago-style pizza a run for its money. It was like a warm hug from the pizza gods themselves.
Now, as a food critic, I’m used to making reservations at fancy-schmancy restaurants, but Rosati’s doesn’t accept them. So, I decided to put my patience to the test and wait. And wait. And wait. Let me tell you, if the pizza wasn’t so freaking amazing, I would have been hangry. But the wait was definitely worth it.
