#1 Uncle G’s Pizzeria & Restaurant

First, let’s talk about the ambiance. With its cozy atmosphere and classic Italian décor, this restaurant will make you feel right at home. It’s warm and inviting—perfect for a night out with family or friends.

When it comes to the food, the only thing better than the atmosphere is the pizza! The wood-fired oven creates a perfect crust that is both fluffy and crunchy. Plus, they use top-quality ingredients like mozzarella cheese, premium pepperoni, and fresh-picked vegetables to make their pies truly delicious.

Every time I order from Uncle G’s, I’m always impressed by how fast my pizza is prepared and served. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that your dining experience is as perfect as possible.

#2 Addeo’s Fire & Ice

First of all, the atmosphere is great. It’s cozy without being cramped, and the air smells of freshly baked pizza dough. I loved how each table had its own bucket of condiments, so no one has to fight over the shaker of Parmesan.

The menu boasts a huge selection of pizzas, from classic Margherita pies to more adventurous toppings like pineapple and goat cheese. I settled on their signature Fire & Ice pizza, which was an absolute delight! The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, but with just enough thickness to it that it wasn’t too flimsy. The topping combination of spicy pepperoni paired with fresh mozzarella created an astonishing amount of flavor.

I’d love to come back to Addeo’s again if I’m ever in Shelton CT! Their pizza may very well be the best in town!

The first time I visited Casa Nova, the entrance was already filled with people that had been there before, so I knew it must be good. When I got inside, I was surprised to find a cozy restaurant full of friendly people who were all eager to tell me about their favorite pizzas. The staff were all wonderful and clearly passionate about the pizza they were serving.

When it came time to order, the choices were overwhelming! Everything sounded amazing and it was hard to decide what I wanted! In the end, I went with their signature Margherita pizza. It definitely didn’t disappoint! The topping combination was perfect, and the crust had just the right amount of crunch.

I’ve since returned several times for more delicious pizzas from Casa Nova – all of which have been some of the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. Not only is the food top-notch here, but you get a great atmosphere too – cozy but vibrant at the same time.

#5 Roseland Apizza

I went in expecting the usual mediocre pizza, but what I found was a truly unique experience. From their delicious beer menu to the mouth-watering meatball apizza, Roseland Apizza has something for everyone! And if you’re vegetarian like me, they have some great veggie options too.

Plus – they’ve got dessert! Who doesn’t love a nice slice of pie after a great meal?

The only downside is that they don’t offer delivery, which could be a problem for those without easy access to the restaurant. But all in all, it’s one of the best pizzerias I’ve visited in Shelton CT!

#6 Carmine’s Ristorante Italiano

The first thing that struck me about Carmine’s was the atmosphere. The restaurant has a cozy and intimate dining area, which provides a great setting to enjoy your pizza in peace.

Now let’s get down to the nitty gritty – their pizza! I’m always looking for pizzas that are cooked perfectly with high-quality ingredients, and Carmine’s did not disappoint! The crust was light and fluffy and the toppings were flavorful. Plus, it had plenty of cheese – something that is often lacking in many pizzas.

I also had the chance to sample some of Carmine’s other dishes such as lasagna, risotto, and spaghetti. They were all delicious and had unique flavors that set them apart from other Italian restaurants.

The atmosphere at Mamma Mia is fun and inviting. The staff are friendly and always willing to help if you can’t decide what to order (which happens to me often!). Plus, they have a wide selection of beer and wine to pair with your meal.

Overall, any time I’m in Shelton CT I make sure to stop by Mamma Mia Pizza – it’s simply the best choice for pizza lovers!

What really sets Antonio’s apart is their commitment to making pizza with love and care. All pizzas are crafted with passion by experienced dough tossers who take great pride in their work. It’s this level of commitment that truly elevates Antonio’s Italian Style Pizza above all other pizza places in Shelton CT!

#9 Caloroso Eatery & Bar

The restaurant serves all kinds of Italian classics alongside their amazing homemade pizza. And to top it off, they have a great selection of beer and hard liquor, making Caloroso the perfect spot for a celebration or night out with friends.

For those with the little ones, there’s a kid’s menu that will keep even the pickiest eater happy. There are also some good vegetarian options, so nobody will ever feel like they’re being left out. But if you really want to impress your dinner guests, I recommend ending the meal with one of Caloroso’s insanely delicious desserts.

My only complaint is that Caloroso Eatery & Bar doesn’t offer delivery service. That being said, it makes for a great tourist spot and is an awesome place to watch sports games and grab a few drinks! My advice; go visit Caloroso Eatery & Bar soon and get ready to enjoy some of the best pizza in Shelton CT!

#10 Italian Pavilion Restaurant Pizza

The beer selection is impressive here and they even have hard liquor – something I find to be of great importance when eating pizza. The outdoor seating area is great for watching sports, and the kid’s menu offers a lot of options for families with children. Plus, there are some vegetarian-friendly options for those non-meat eaters out there.

As far as the pizza goes, it’s definitely some of the best I’ve ever had! Deliciously cheesy and magically tangy, you’ll definitely want to order a few slices no matter what size appetite you come with. To top it off, their desserts are insanely good and guaranteed to please your sweet tooth.

The only downside? They don’t deliver! You’ll have to go in person to enjoy this delicious Italian food. But believe me, it’s totally worth it!

#11 Legends Pizzeria

I was immediately impressed with the wide variety of pizzas on offer – from classic Margherita to exotic pizzas like BBQ Chicken and Buffalo Chicken. Every pizza I tried had an incredible combination of flavors, with the perfect blend of sauce and cheese, making it one of the best pizzas I’ve ever tasted!

The restaurant itself had a very cool atmosphere, with traditional Italian music playing in the background that helped create a warm and inviting ambiance. The decor was beautiful, with photos on the walls of Italy’s most famous landmarks like Rome’s Coliseum and Florence’s Duomo.

It was clear that all the ingredients used at Legends Pizzeria were fresh and locally sourced. I learned that they even have their own herb garden out back where they grow many of their toppings!

To finish off our meal, we tried the homemade Cannelloni and Tiramisu – both were exquisite! Overall, Legends Pizzeria is definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for some of the best pizza in Shelton CT!

#12 DJs Pizza

I’m not sure if it was the quality of the ingredients, the perfect blend of spices or the skill of the chef, but whatever it was, this pizza had something special about it. The crust was light and fluffy with a nice crispiness on the outside. The toppings were fresh and flavorful and seemed to meld together into one delicious bite. I couldn’t get enough!

The atmosphere at DJs Pizza was also top-notch. It’s a small and cozy place that feels like home away from home. You can have a leisurely dinner in their dining area or grab some slices for takeout on the go. Either way, you’re sure to be pleased with your experience.
