I’ve tasted some pretty great pizzas all over the world, from Italy to New York, and now I’m finally ready to weigh in on the pizza scene here in the Lone Star State. I’ve taken a tour of 12 of Fort Worth’s top eateries and have my opinions ready for you – all with a lighthearted and humorous touch.

If you’re in search of delicious, freshly-made pizza made with top-notch ingredients and delicious sauce, look no further than Pizza Verde. From the moment I stepped through the doors of this restaurant, I knew I was in for a treat.

The first thing that caught my eye was their wonderfully crafted thin crust pizzas. They use only the finest ingredients – like only using San Marzano tomatoes and Grande cheese – that are combined to make an unforgettable flavor experience like no other.

I sampled a few different types of their signature pies, including some of their most popular like the Pepperoni Frenzy (packed with spicy pepperoni!) and their new BBQ Chicken (which has just the right amount of kick). Aside from the pizza, there were plenty of other items on the menu worth trying too. Upon walking into the pizza joint, the mouthwatering aroma of Italian spices and fresh baked dough took over my senses. I couldn’t help but to take a deep breath in and let out a satisfied sigh.

The menu was vast, offering all kinds of flavorful options. I chose to go with their classic margherita pizza, which was as classic and delicious as it sounded. The crust was perfectly thin, yet crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The generous helping of sauce added just enough flavor without overpowering the toppings or crust. To top it off, the mozzarella cheese melted perfectly — what more can you ask for?

Overall, i Fratelli Pizza Fort Worth is definitely one of the best places for pizza in Fort Worth TX! From its cozy atmosphere to its wide range of pizzas, you really can’t go wrong here. I’d recommend this spot to any hungry foodies out there looking for some great Italian eats!

The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the pizza is really something special. I’m always greeted with a smile, and they take all of my requests into consideration to create a unique pizza that fits exactly what I’m looking for.

The crust is perfect – it’s crispy on the outside but still soft in the middle. The cheese is gooey and stretches like a dream when you pull apart the slices. Plus, there’s plenty of toppings – from classic pepperoni to exotic ingredients like truffles and chorizo. No matter what combination I try, everything tastes amazing!

I had the pleasure of trying the Margherita pizza and it did not disappoint! It had a crisp crust with just the right amount of char, flavorful tomatoes, and plenty of bubbly cheese. Their traditional Italian ingredients were top-notch, and they were cooked to perfection.

My dinner companion tried their signature Pie de la Pièce—a combination of pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, bell peppers, onion, black olives and jalapenos—and loved it! The flavors all melded together perfectly without overwhelming one another. The thinly sliced meats created an overall wonderful flavor that left us both licking our fingers.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the smell of fresh pizza and garlic wafting through the air. The walls were covered in pictures of happy customers enjoying their meals, which was a great sign.

I decided to try their namesake – Big Joe’s Pizza. It did not disappoint! The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, with just enough sauce and cheese for maximum flavor. Topped with plenty of pepperoni, it was everything a great pizza should be!

The atmosphere of the restaurant is perfect for a night out with friends. The walls are adorned with classic New York-style pizzeria décor and show off their true colors as passionate pizza makers.

When it comes to the food, I believe this restaurant has some of the best pizza in Fort Worth TX! The traditional New York-style thin crust is absolutely delicious and the generous toppings make each slice even more flavorful. I especially love their signature pink sauce — it’s one of a kind!

Besides the traditional slice, I’m also impressed by their other selections. From Sicilian style to stuffed crust, there really is something for everyone. Plus, you have to try their amazing garlic knots — they’re definitely worth the visit!

#8 Picchi Pacchi Pizzeria

The place itself has a great atmosphere, with an open kitchen with wood-fired ovens blazing away and inviting Italian music playing in the background. The staff was super friendly and eager to share stories about their pizzas.

When it came time for my order, I was amazed at the variety of pizzas available! From traditional Neapolitan pies to more adventurous creations like the ‘Spicy Picchi’, there seemed to be something for every taste. After much deliberation, I went with the Picchi Pacchi Classic – a classic Margherita made with San Marzano tomatoes fresh from Italy and topped with mozzarella di bufala.

The pizza was cooked perfectly – a crisp yet chewy crust surrounding a creamy melange of tomato and cheese flavors that exploded on the tongue. There’s no doubt that this is some of the best pizza in Fort Worth TX!

All in all, I highly recommend Picchi Pacchi Pizzeria if you’re looking for great pizza in Fort Worth TX. The quality of their ingredients combined with creative topping options makes this place well worth visiting!

It’s obvious, from the first bite, that Cane Rosso takes pizza seriously. Their dough is crisp, yet light and airy. The sauce is full of flavor and cooked to perfection, and their selection of cheeses is top-notch. The final product is undeniably delicious.

I was particularly impressed with one pizza in particular – their Prosciutto Di Parma. This specialty pie features Italian prosciutto, mozzarella di bufala and olive oil on a crispy crust. It was incredible!

The atmosphere at Cane Rosso was great too – it was charmingly rustic, with wooden chairs and tables and a warm lighting that made me feel right at home. And the service couldn’t have been better – our server was knowledgeable about the menu and incredibly friendly.

I’ve eaten in some pretty fancy places with fancy sauces and toppings, but none of them could compare to Mama’s Pizza. And of course, their crust is perfection – it’s crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside.

The restaurant itself has a comfortable atmosphere, which is perfect for a casual evening out with friends. But don’t let the laid-back atmosphere fool you—Mama’s Pizza is serious about their pizza! The staff was friendly and helpful, and they took time to ensure we had everything we needed to make our experience truly memorable.

The first thing I noticed when I walked into Joe’s was the authentic Italian decor, with beautiful terracotta floors, stucco walls and an imported pizza oven straight from the heart of Naples. I knew right away that this place was going to be serious about its pizza!

I decided to go for a classic Margherita and was not disappointed. The crust was thin, crunchy and perfectly cooked. The sauce was truly delicious, not too sweet but still full of flavor. And the cheese combination of mozzarella and parmigiano-reggiano added just the right amount of tanginess.

The best part? The atmosphere at Joe’s Pizza Pasta & Subs! It felt like a real family Italian restaurant with friendly staff, lively music and a cozy dining room filled with old-fashioned charm.

All in all, I’d highly recommend Joe’s Pizza Pasta & Subs as one of the best places to get pizza in Fort Worth TX! Definitely worth a stop if you’re looking for an authentically Italian experience.

Best Thin Crust Pizza – Cane Rosso

From the moment I walked through the door, I knew I was in for a treat. The aroma of freshly baked pizza dough whisked me away to pizza heaven. I couldn’t help but do a little happy dance right there in the entrance.

Now, let’s talk about the pizza. Oh boy, where do I even begin? The thin crust was so thin, I thought I could use it as a frisbee! But trust me, you wouldn’t want to waste a single crumb of this deliciousness. Every bite was a symphony of flavors dancing on my taste buds.
