I’m not even exaggerating when I say that the crust was like a cloud of flavor. It was so thin and crispy, it basically melted in your mouth! The toppings were also really great – everything from pepperoni to mushrooms to eggplant.

In terms of atmosphere, the restaurant is quite modern and clean, without being too stuffy or pretentious. I love how you can see right into the kitchen too – it totally brings me back to my old Italian grandmother’s house!

The service was also excellent; they were always attentive and friendly. Plus, they brought out my pizza with lightning speed, which is always a bonus in a food critic’s book.

I must say, my taste buds were delighted with their amazing selection. From the classic pepperoni to the unique hot honey, there is something for everyone. But what truly made Olisi’s stand out for me was their incredible crust. The texture and flavor of their lightly-charred and bubbly crust is unlike any other I’ve ever had – it was crisp, yet chewy at the same time!

The service was also top-notch – from the moment I stepped in the door I felt welcome and taken care of. My server was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, recommending dishes that suited my tastes perfectly.

The moment I stepped inside the restaurant, I was greeted by a friendly staff member and an inviting atmosphere. The interior of the restaurant was simple yet stylish. The decor was modern and pleasing to the eye.

When it came time to order, I ordered a classic pepperoni pizza. I received my pizza quickly and it tasted amazing! The crust was light and fluffy, the cheese was deliciously melted, and the toppings were flavorful. The crust was so buttery and crisp, the sauce was flavorful and tangy, and the cheese melted perfectly over everything. It was honestly one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had!

The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I also appreciated the wide variety of beer and wine options that they had.

But the pizza is why I came here, and I wasn’t disappointed! The crust was deliciously thin and crispy, just like a real Italian pizza should be. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, and there was definitely enough cheese to satisfy any cheese lover.

I had the Margherita pizza with extra cheese and it was so delicious that I almost ate the whole thing in one sitting – but I managed to save some for later!

I recently visited the restaurant and was immediately impressed with the atmosphere. The place had a modern New York City feel that was both comfortable and inviting.

I was wowed by their innovative menu, which features some really unique toppings. I had the Mushroom & Onion pizza and it was divine – the dough was fluffy and airy yet still delightfully chewy; the mushrooms were sautéed to perfection and the onions were perfectly caramelized.

The atmosphere at My Tomato Pie is equally impressive. They’ve gone all out to create an inviting, cozy space with warm lighting and comfortable seating. They also have a great selection of craft beers on tap to enjoy with your meal!

The service was also top-notch – our waitress was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout our visit.

Overall, I’m happy to recommend My Tomato Pie for anyone looking for the best pizza in Amherst NY! The flavors are vibrant, their atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is spot-on. This place definitely gets two thumbs up from me!

I first heard about Luigi’s Pizza And Catering when I was in Amherst NY and I knew I had to give it a try. Boy am I glad I did! What really sets Luigi’s Pizza And Catering apart from other pizza places though, is their unique sauces which add a wonderful flavor to each bite.

My favorite part of my visit was getting the chance to chat with Luigi himself! He seems to have an encyclopedic knowledge of both pizza making and Italian cuisine in general, which is evident in the quality of his food. All in all, Luigi has truly done Amherst NY proud – this pizza is an absolute must-try for anyone looking for the best pizza around town!
