The experience started off with a pillowy soft and fragrant crust, the base for all great pizzas. From then on, it was a pizza-lover’s dream come true. Toppings were fresh and generously applied – chunky pieces of pepperoni artfully arranged in an even pattern around the circumference of the pie. The cheese was melted just enough to pull away from the slice without being too stringy.

For me, the star of this pizza was the sauce – it was completely delicious! Slightly sweet and herby with flecks of oregano throughout, I found myself constantly redipping my slices into what I now consider one of the best sauces I’ve ever had!

The crust had that unique, slightly charred crispness that tells you you’re eating authentic Italian food that has been properly cooked in an oven, which is always a good sign. The light char also infused every bite with an interesting smokiness, making it spectacularly tasty.

I must admit, I was skeptical at first. After all, the bar is set high when you consider the competition out there. But upon entering Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza Melbourne my doubts were quickly quelled as I took in the inviting atmosphere of the restaurant.

During my visit, their staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had an amazing experience from start to finish. They even gave me a few extra slices despite my insistence! The first thing I noticed when walking into the restaurant was the cheerful and inviting atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, making it easy to order and enjoy a great meal.

When it came to the pizza, I wasn’t disappointed! The crust had just the right amount of crunch, and the sauce was full of flavor. To top it off, the cheese – oh my! Perfectly melted with a hint of sweetness that added to my overall experience. I started off with their classic Margherita pizza that was cooked to perfection. The flavors were delicate and balanced, making it one of the most flavorful pizzas I’ve ever had.

Next up was their signature smokehouse pizza, featuring smoked chicken and bacon alongside fresh herbs and cheese. All of which combined together produced a delectable combination of smoky, sweet, and cheesy flavors – an absolute must-have!

For dessert I went with the s’mores pizza and boy am I glad I did! It has a graham cracker crust topped with marshmallows and melted chocolate – amazing!

To sum it up, Pozzy Bros. Pizza is officially my favorite spot in Brevard County for authentic pizza! Their food is mouthwatering and the staff is friendly – what more could you ask for?

I walked into the restaurant and was immediately greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. There were wonderful New York-style decorations everywhere, from the framed photos of the city to the Statue of Liberty replica in the corner.

When I looked at the menu, I knew I had to try their signature dishes — pizza made with three different sauces and three kinds of cheese! It was a unique combination that definitely caught my attention.

The pizza was truly amazing: full of flavor, gooey cheese, and perfectly cooked dough. The crust was perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. All of this combined for an unforgettable experience. And it wasn’t just me that loved it; my dining companion felt the same way!
