Having tasted pizza all around the world, I’ve concluded that this area has plenty of tasty pies. In fact, I recently stopped by 12 different pizza places in Cape Cod to give them a try and discover the best of the best.

Although I had to take it seriously, my pizza tasting was no chore – it was actually quite fun! With each slice I tried, I imagined that I could be a judge on one of those cooking shows, critiquing each bite as if the fate of the world depended on it (okay, maybe not that serious).

But enough talk – let’s get started!

#1 R C’s Cape Cod Pizza

The first thing that stands out about R C’s Cape Cod Pizza are the ingredients. Every pizza is made with the freshest, most flavorful ingredients available. The sauce is sweet and savory and their homemade dough is cooked to perfection. And their selection of toppings? Unbelievable.

You can get creative with your order too; they offer a great range of specialty pizzas like the Calamari & Bacon or Grilled Chicken & BBQ Sauce Pie. Trying one of those pies will leave you wondering why you haven’t been ordering them all along!

I also have to say that the atmosphere at R C’s Cape Cod Pizza is incredible. The cozy decor really adds a unique feel to your meal, while the friendly staff make you feel like part of the family every time you walk in.

In short, I highly recommend visiting R C’s Cape Cod Pizza if you’re looking for an amazing pizza experience. Whether you want something traditional or more exotic, they’ve got it all for the best pizza in cape cod!

#2 Crisp

The family-owned restaurant has been a staple in the community for decades, and their commitment to fresh ingredients definitely shows in their delicious pizzas. The crust was light and crisp – exactly as advertised, and the tomato sauce was flavorful with the perfect amount of spice. They offer a variety of classic toppings, but I opted for ham and pineapple – a classic combination that brought back childhood memories.

But what really set Crisp apart from some of the other pizza places I’ve been to is their unique array of craft pies. From loaded veggie to a blend of cheeses topped off with fig preserves – they hit it out of the park with each one. Plus they have plenty of gluten free options so everyone can find something they’ll love.

All in all, I can confidently recommend Crisp as some of the best pizza around Cape Cod – even if you’re an experienced traveler like me!

#3 Wildfire Brick Oven Pizza

From the moment I stepped inside this cozy pizza joint, I could tell I was in for a treat. The inviting aromas of freshly baked pizza and homemade sauces hit me like a wave, making my mouth water with anticipation.

The decor is simple and rustic — perfect for a relaxing dinner with friends or family. On top of that, there’s an outdoor patio so you can enjoy those beautiful Cape Cod evenings while devouring some delicious pies.

Speaking of pies, Wildfire Brick Oven Pizza definitely lives up to its name. Every single one of their pizzas is made with hand-tossed dough and cooked in an authentic brick oven to give them that unmistakable flavor and texture that only comes from slow cooking. Plus, their menu offers countless topping combinations made with high-quality ingredients so you can create the perfect pizza tailored to your tastes!

Last but not least, service here is excellent! The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, going out of their way to make sure we had an unforgettable experience.

In short, if you’re looking for the best pizza in Cape Cod then Wildfire Brick Oven Pizza should be at the top of your list! You’re guaranteed an amazing meal in a warm atmosphere that will leave you planning your next visit before even leaving the restaurant.

#4 Pleasant Lake Pizza Shark

The first time I visited Pleasant Lake Pizza Shark I was blown away. From the moment I walked through the door, I noticed that everything was immaculately clean and well kept. The friendly faces of the staff made me feel incredibly welcome, too!

When it came to the pizza, I could not find any fault. Every single bite was absolutely delicious! The crust was superbly light and crispy with a generous amount of cheese melted on top. They use fresh and flavorful ingredients in all their pizzas, too. My favorite pizza is their classic Supreme- loads of pepperoni, mushrooms, onions and olives with a perfectly seasoned sauce that ties it all together. It’s one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had!

I’m convinced that Pleasant Lake Pizza Shark has some of the best pizza in Cape Cod and I would highly recommend it to everyone! If you’re looking for an amazing pizza experience then this is it.

#5 Sweet Tomatoes Pizza

The atmosphere alone was worth the visit – it’s such a nice tourist spot full of locals and travelers alike. Plus, they serve alcohol which is always welcome after a long day of sightseeing!

I thoroughly enjoyed the selection of vegetarian options available; I’m always happy to find delicious food that doesn’t rely on meat. And the pizza? Incredible! The crust was so thin and crispy, and all of their toppings were fresh and top quality. I tried two pies: one with sausage, peppers, onion and mushrooms, and another with artichoke hearts. Delicious!

My only complaint is that they don’t offer delivery – but if you can make it there in person then Sweet Tomatoes Pizza is sure to please your taste buds. All in all, this restaurant has some of the best pizza in Cape Cod!

#6 Pizza Barbone

The atmosphere at Pizza Barbone is really welcoming. Not only do they have a great kid’s menu and vegetarian options, but they also serve alcohol in case you want to make it a night out (or if you just need an adult beverage for dinner). The restaurant also doubles as a nice tourist spot, so you can take your friends or family there and show them around the area. The waiters are friendly and helpful, making sure that everyone has a good experience with their order.

Now let’s talk about the pizza! It’s definitely up to par with what I’ve tasted from all over the world. The crusts are perfectly crispy, the cheese melted and gooey, and the toppings cooked to perfection. And for those who like dessert after their meal – don’t worry, Pizza Barbone offers some delicious treats as well!

The only downside to this place is that there isn’t any delivery service available – so if you’re not in the area then you’ll have to settle for another great pizza joint (though it will be hard to find one that beats Pizza Barbone!).

All in all, I believe Pizza Barbone really stands out when it comes to finding the best pizza in Cape Cod. If you’re ever in town be sure to try it out; you won’r regret it!

#7 Red Barn Pizza & More

When I first arrived, I noticed the inviting atmosphere and touristy feel of the place. It was cozy and family-friendly, with a children’s menu perfect for my little ones. My vegetarian friends had plenty of options to choose from as well.

For adult diners, Red Barn Pizza & More has a full bar offering cocktails, beer, and wine. What more could one ask for?

As for pizza toppings, there were plenty of delicious options: pepperoni, sausage, veggies galore—I tried them all! The thin crust was airy yet crisp, with just the right amount of cheese to pull it all together. Seriously yum!

The only downside was that they don’t offer delivery service; however, dining in made up for it in spades. And if you’re still not satisfied after finishing your pizza pie (although I can’t imagine why!), there are also delicious desserts to choose from.

The bottom line is this: Red Barn Pizza & More offers some of the best pizza in Cape Cod, making it a must-visit spot when traveling through the area. Bon Appetit!

#8 Mike’s Roast Beef & Pizzeria

I was able to experience firsthand the delightful crust and well-balanced flavor. The fresh ingredients combined with their quality cooking techniques create a pizza that is both delicious and filling.

The atmosphere at Mike’s is friendly and inviting, perfect for dinner out with family or friends. They even offer an extensive kid’s menu, so the youngsters can get in on the experience as well. And their popular desserts are an added bonus for anyone who wants to top off their meal with something sweet.

Speaking of finishing off meals, don’t bother trying to call Mike’s for delivery…they don’t do it! But trust me, it’s worth a visit to this place – you’ll definitely be wanting more after experiencing Mike’s pizza!

#9 George’s Pizza House

I stumbled upon this local gem on my travels and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked through the doors, I could tell that this was an authentic Italian-style pizza place. The traditional red-and-white checkered tablecloths, wood-burning ovens, and rustic decor create an atmosphere that transports you straight to Italy!

The pizza at George’s Pizza House is truly unmatched. The thin crust is crispy and flavorful and the toppings are always fresh. Whether you choose classic Italian options like pepperoni or unique combinations like BBQ chicken and artichokes, every slice is a masterpiece.

The staff at George’s Pizza House goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. They’ll always take the time to make sure your order is perfect before handing it over to you with a smile.

#10 Paul’s Pizza & Seafood

The atmosphere was great, the restaurant was clean, and most importantly the pizza was delicious – it had just the right amount of cheese and was cooked to perfection. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their pizza recipes too.

In terms of added benefits, Paul’s Pizza & Seafood also offers alcoholic beverages (including hard liquor!) so you can really take your pick-me-up after a heavy meal! Plus, they offer a kid’s menu for those with younger family members. Last but not least, it’s a great spot for tourists as there’s plenty of sightseeing nearby – though let’s be honest, many will come for their amazing pizza!

The only downside is that Paul’s Pizza & Seafood doesn’t offer delivery; however, given the quality of their food I’m sure you won’t mind taking a trip down to Cape Cod every now and then.

Overall, I would highly recommend Paul’s Pizza & Seafood as the best pizza spot in Cape Cod – you won’t be disappointed!

#11 Stone L’Oven Pizza Brewster

I was impressed that they serve beer and hard liquor, which makes it a great spot for groups of all ages. The kid’s menu also ensures that everyone can find something they enjoy, while the dessert options make it a great place to stop after a long day of sightseeing.

On the downside, Stone L’Oven Pizza Brewster doesn’t offer delivery, so you’ll have to visit in person to get your hands on this amazing pizza. But if you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth the effort! The experience is like no other – from the welcoming atmosphere to the delicious pizza. I’m sure I’ll be back again soon to satisfy my craving for some of Cape Cod’s best pizza!

#12 Moto Pizza

My experience when I visited this restaurant was unique and hilarious. The moment I walked in, the chef spontaneously burst out singing an Italian tune. All of the employees sang along in harmony and it filled the entire place with a warm atmosphere.

The taste of the pizza was nothing short of incredible. Each slice was perfectly cooked and slathered in so much delicious sauce that my mouth started to drool! The cheese was also very flavorful and melted right away on my tongue. Every bite was heavenly.

Another thing that I liked about Moto Pizza was their friendly staff. Whenever they saw me coming, they all waved and welcomed me with a huge smile! They even asked if I wanted any extra parmesan cheese or red pepper flakes to spice up my pizza – how considerate!

All-in-all, Moto Pizza has earned its title as one of the best pizzerias in Cape Cod. If you’re ever there, make sure you pay them a visit! You won’t be disappointed.
