From the moment I stepped in, I could immediately tell that the place was special. The warm atmosphere, friendly staff, and great music all added to the experience. There was an incredible selection of pizzas on offer, ranging from classic favorites to more adventurous creations.

When the pizza arrived, it wasn’t just hot; it was smoking hot! The flavors were intense and delicious; you could really taste every individual ingredient used. Every bite was heavenly – a little bit of salty, creamy cheese combined with a lightly crispy crust made of melting mozzarella cheese. No wonder this pizza is known as one of Cary’s best!

I was skeptical at first, as I’d never been to Brothers before. But boy, was I in for a treat! The restaurant is small and cozy – perfect for a date night or just hanging out with friends.

I opted for the Italian Sausage and Mushroom Pizza which had an amazing combination of flavors that blended together perfectly. Plus, it wasn’t too greasy like some pizzas can be.

The service at Brothers Of New York Pizza was also wonderful – friendly and attentive without being overbearing. We didn’t have to wait too long for our food either which was great.

The atmosphere was amazing! It had this cool, modern vibe that was perfect for a trendy food critic like me. The staff were all super friendly and kept the energy high.

The pizza itself? Out of this world! I ordered the “Signature Pizza,” which included mozzarella cheese, ricotta, spinach, feta, red onion and garlic. I kid you not when I say it was one of the best pizzas I have ever had in my life. The crust was perfectly baked and the toppings combined together created a flavor explosion!

On top of all this, their prices are very reasonable. And there are plenty of options for those who may be on a budget too.

I recently had the pleasure of tasting their signature one-pepperoni pizza, and I’m happy to report that it didn’t disappoint. The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, while still being light and fluffy when you bit into it – truly a masterful balance.

The pepperoni was sliced thinly and cooked just right, with lots of flavor that danced across my taste buds like an Italian symphony! The sauce was also delicious – thick , zesty and full of authentic Italian herbs.

But what really sets Teresa’s apart from other pizzerias is the amount of cheese they use. It was unbelievably cheesy, easily some of the most generous portions of cheese I’ve ever had on pizza! Every bite felt like a cheesey-paradise melting joyfully in my mouth.
