#1 212 Pizza Co.
- Has a kid’s menu
- Serves alcohol
- Has some vegetarian options
- Offers dessert
The restaurant is cozy and inviting, decorated with rustic brick walls and checkered tablecloths. The atmosphere is lively and inviting, filled with the smell of fresh pizza.
I had the opportunity to sample several of their specialty pies, including their Margherita Pizza (which they claim is their most famous dish). It was delicious! The tomato sauce was nicely balanced with the creamy mozzarella, and the basil added an extra layer of flavor to each bite. And let me just say – their homemade crust was some of the best I’ve ever tasted! Crispy yet soft at the same time and cooked to perfection.
I also sampled a few other dishes including their Pepperoni Pizza and Cheese Pizza, which were equally delicious. Not only did they deliver on taste but also presentation; each pie looked like a work of art!
Overall, my experience at 212 Pizza Co. was exquisite. I’m confident that this could easily be crowned as Castle Rock’s “best pizza,” if not one of the best pizzas in all of Colorado!

When I entered, I was greeted with the smell of fresh marinara sauce and crusty toppings. Their menu is full of delicious options, but I decided to go with the classic margherita pizza.
The pizza arrived at my table quickly and it really did not disappoint! It had a light and crispy crust that was cooked to perfection. The cheese and tomato topping were fresh, flavorful, and abundant. But what really made me fall in love with this dish were the fragrant herbs scattered throughout the pizza. It was truly amazing!

#5 Angie’s Restaurant Castle Rock
- Has a kid’s menu

- Serves alcohol (and hard liquor!)

The atmosphere was reminiscent of a castle, with beautiful stones walls and a medieval style bar full of hard liquors for adults. I feel like I traveled back in time just by visiting.
What really impressed me was that they had a kid’s menu—I don’t think many restaurants offer this anymore. But don’t let the family-friendly exterior fool you—they serve up some of the hardest liquors I’ve ever tasted!
The pizza itself was insane—tender crust, fresh toppings, and so much flavor. And it didn’t stop there—the dessert at Angie’s is beyond words. Let’s just say you won’t regret indulging after your meal here.
The only downside to Angie’s is that they don’t deliver. But trust me when I say it’s worth the trip out to Castle Rock to try it! All in all, Angie’s Restaurant Castle Rock is definitely one of the best pizzerias around and an absolute must-try spot in Castle Rock!

The pizza selection was impressive. They had everything from classic pepperoni to a deep-dish version with all kinds of toppings. Even more impressively, their slices were incredibly thin and delicious. The crust was perfectly crunchy on the outside, but still soft and chewy on the inside – exactly what you’d expect from a good pizza joint!
To top it off, Pizza Hut can make your pizza however you like it – topped with extra cheese or even vegan-friendly ingredients. No matter your preference, they’ll have something for you to enjoy!
