I’ve sampled pizza from the far corners of the globe, so I can confidently say that I’m familiar with good pizza. The wealth of pizza options in Cranston RI is no different! With that said, I set out to explore the best pizza spots in this Rhode Island town. After a meticulous process of analyzing 12 pizzerias, I am ready to reveal my findings.

#1 Albertino’s Pizza

It wasn’t easy to get here, but the journey was worth it when I stepped inside and saw their open kitchen. The smells coming from it were heavenly!

They have a wide selection of pizzas available with something for everyone. From thin crust to deep dish, there’s sure to be one you’ll love. My favorite was the White Crust Supreme topped with mozzarella, feta, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and artichoke hearts. Delicious!

The best part about Albertino’s Pizza was the atmosphere though. They had lively music playing in the background and friendly staff that made me feel like I was part of the family. It truly felt like I was eating pizza in Italy!

I can honestly say that Albertino’s Pizza has some of the best pizza in Cranston RI. If you’re ever in town, definitely give it a try – you won’t regret it!

#2 Catanzaro’s Pizzeria Cranston

This little pizzeria is tucked away on a quaint street in town and packs quite the punch with its delectable slices. The sauce has just the right amount of flavor, the cheese is always melted perfectly, and the crusts are light and crispy.

I especially enjoy their specialty pies like the garlic-bacon-mushroom or the Hawaiian. They’ve got an amazing variety of toppings, so you’re sure to find something to suit your taste buds.

And as if that wasn’t enough, they also offer great deals on lunch combos and delivery services! I’m yet to find another pizza place in Cranston RI offering better value for money than this one.

#3 Tony’s Pizza Palace

As soon as I walked in, the delicious smell of fresh dough baking in the ovens filled my nostrils. The smell alone was enough to make me want to enter a pizza trance. But I persevered, determined to give the place a fair review.

The friendly staff welcomed me and gave me a few sample slices of their signature pie: a classic New York-style crust with generous amounts of cheese, pepperoni, and zesty Dijon sauce. My taste buds were in heaven! The heavenly flavors melted together creating an unforgettable experience.

The pizzas here at Tony’s Pizza Palace are definitely some of the best pies that I’ve encountered in my life. They offer both classic and unique creations so there’s something for everyone. The crust is cooked perfectly on the outside while remaining soft and airy on the inside.

If you’re ever in Cranston RI and looking for some great pizza, Tony’s Pizza Palace should be your first stop! It’s truly some of the best pizza around!

#4 The Big Cheese & Pub

On my visit, I was greeted by incredibly friendly staff and immediately felt at home. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy – exactly what you’d expect from a pizza joint.

I ordered the classic cheese pizza and it did not disappoint. The crust was perfect – crispy on the outside but light and fluffy in the center. The sauce had the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, while the topping selection was top notch with generous portions of fresh ingredients. Every bite was truly delicious!

I would highly recommend a visit to The Big Cheese & Pub if you’re looking for the best pizza in Cranston RI – or even if you just want to treat yourself to some good ‘ol fashioned comfort food. The moment I walked in the door, the aroma of fresh, cooked pizza filled the air. As I walked up to the counter and met Sako himself, I knew this place was serious about their pizza!

The interior was cozy and inviting, with a wonderful open kitchen where you can actually watch your pizza being made. The menu is not huge but it does include some amazing specialty pizzas. We tried their signature “Sako Special” – a delicious blend of pepperoni, peppers, onions and mushrooms. It was truly sublime! The crust was wonderfully thin and crisp yet still flavorful. Even the most discerning palate would be happy!

I also sampled a few of their daily specials, which are only available at certain times of the day or week. They included unique combinations like sausage and pineapple and spinach and mushroom – both quite yummy!

Overall, I am highly impressed with Sako’s Pizza. From its excellent ingredients to its friendly atmosphere to its incredible pizzas – this place is easily one of the best pizza places in Cranston RI! Next time you’re looking for a great slice, head over to Sako’s Pizza – you won’t be disappointed!

The atmosphere is surprisingly cozy, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The decor is classic Italian, making you feel like you stepped into a romantic trattoria in Rome. I love that they have live music every week, which adds to the overall ambiance of the restaurant.

But what really sets them apart is their pizza. They use only the freshest ingredients, developed with decades of expertise and an eye for perfection. I had two different pizzas on my visit, both of which were absolutely delicious! The Margherita was classic Italian perfection; the crust was thin and crispy with just the right amount of chewy goodness. Their pepperoni pizza was also delightful—it had a wonderful balance of flavors, along with plenty of buttery richness from their homemade tomato sauce.

The decor of the restaurant is classic and cozy, perfect for a pizza date. The staff was friendly and attentive which made my experience even more enjoyable.

When it came to the pizza, I was certainly not disappointed. The crust had a wonderful crunch when you bit into it that combined perfectly with the delicious flavors of the savory toppings. Each bite reminded me of why I love pizza so much!

Even better than the food was the atmosphere: low lights and relaxing music created a nice vibe, making it easy to stay for hours.

#8 Basil’s Pizza

I was hesitant to try Basil’s Pizza, but after sampling the pepperoni pizza I knew I was in for a real treat. The crust was light and crispy, with a perfect balance of cheese and sauce that made every bite delicious. The pepperoni had just the right amount of spice and were cooked to perfection – not too greasy and with just a hint of charring.

The service at Basil’s Pizza was also top-notch – my server couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. She took great care to ensure that all my requests were met, from extra Parmesan cheese to red pepper flakes on the side.

To top it off, the prices at Basil’s Pizza are very reasonable, making it a great spot for anyone who wants good pizza without breaking the bank. I would definitely recommend this place for a casual night out or even an occasional special occasion!

Not only is their pizza delicious, but they offer great sides as well! My favorite is the garlic bread with cheese – it’s a must try! The salads are crisp and flavorful too.

For starters, the atmosphere at Tommy’s Pizza is cozy and inviting. Not only that, the staff were friendly and helpful in explaining their menu to me.

As for the food, wowza! The pizzas I tried ranged from classic margheritas to unique white pies with garlic oil as a base. Every bite had intense flavor and stunning texture. The crust was perfectly thin yet still had a nice crunch to it.

I’m glad I visited Tommy’s Pizza – their pizza is absolutely delicious and definitely some of the best I have ever had! Highly recommended if you’re looking for the best pizza in Cranston RI!

The moment I stepped into Nino’s Pizza, I knew that this place was special. From the smell of wood-fired pizza dough baking in the ovens to the quick and friendly service, I felt like I was home.

I am happy to report that the pizza lived up to my expectations! The sauce was perfectly spiced, the cheese was ooey gooey and oh-so delicious and the crust had that perfect amount of crunch. My favorite part was the toppings – they were fresh and flavorful.

But what really set Nino’s apart from other pizza places is their unique toppings combinations. Their signature pizzas are packed with flavor and you won’t find them anywhere else. From savory sausage to sweet banana peppers – there is something for everyone at Nino’s.

#12 Blaze Pizza

As I walked into the restaurant, I could already smell the sweet aroma of pizza baking in the brick oven. My mouth was watering before I even ordered my pizza! While there, I ordered one of their signature pies—the “Art Lover,” which comes with artichokes, mozzarella, ricotta, garlic, and red onion. The crispy crust was absolutely divine—light and airy with a hint of smokiness from the wood-fired oven.

The toppings were fresh and flavorful—just enough to make it interesting without overwhelming the taste palette. Each bite was like bites from Heaven! My only regret is that I didn’t order more than one pie!

All in all, Blaze Pizza provides some of the best pizza in Cranston RI that I’ve ever tasted. If you’re looking for an unforgettable pizza experience, this is definitely the place to go.
