From the coasts of Italy to the heart of Manhattan, I’ve tried pizzas around the world. But for my latest mission, I decided to head to Cumming and sample some local pizza. After much traveling and taste-testing, I have finally put together a list of what I think are the best pizzas in Cumming!

I visited twelve different spots – and believe you me, it was tough work searching for the finest pies Cumming has to offer. But I’m up for any challenge when it comes to pizza. So get ready friends – with my humorous and lighthearted take on these pizzas, you’ll soon know where to indulge in your next cheesy slice.

#1 Your Pie Pizza

From my first bite, I was in heaven. The crust was perfectly crisp and flavorful, not too thick but also not so thin it falls apart. The sauce was rich and flavorful, with just the right amount of herbs for a burst of flavor. And the toppings! Oh my goodness – how did they know to combine bacon, pineapple, and jalapenos in the perfect way? It was like they knew exactly what I wanted before I even realized it!

The atmosphere at Your Pie Pizza is great too; the staff are friendly and helpful, always happy to answer questions or make suggestions. And the prices don’t break the bank either – you get excellent quality pizza without spending a fortune.

All in all, if you’re looking for amazing pizza that won’t break your wallet, your search is over – enjoy some of the best pizza in Cumming at Your Pie Pizza!

#2 FastWey Mexican Street Pizza & Tacos

The crust is perfectly crisp and crunchy, yet still light and fluffy. It’s the perfect base for their flavorful toppings. The options are creative and out-of-the-box but still delicious, from the Mexican Street Pizza topped with marinated pork chops, jalapenos, tomatoes, onions and aioli to their supreme taco pizza loaded with seasoned ground beef, pepper jack cheese, salsa verde and guacamole.

Their staff was friendly and accommodating too! They’re always willing to help you find the perfect combination of ingredients or suggest something new if you’re in the mood to try something unique.

FastWey Mexican Street Pizza & Tacos has become my go-to spot for when I’m craving pizza in Cumming – it’s simply the best!

#3 Marie’s Italian Deli

I’ve been to quite a few pizza places in this area, but none can compare to the exquisite Italian taste of Marie’s. From their thin-crust Neapolitan style pizzas to the thick Sicilian slices, every bite was an explosion of flavor.

With a wide range of toppings that cater to both vegetarian and carnivorous diners alike, Marie’s Italian Deli definitely has something for everyone. Plus, they serve alcohol (which I’m sure we all appreciate!), have a kid’s menu, and even some insanely good dessert options!

The only downside is that they don’t offer delivery – but that’s the price you pay for some of the best pizza in Cumming! Overall, I’d definitely recommend Marie’s Italian Deli for pizza night out if you’re ever in town.

#4 Giorgio’s

If you can imagine over-the-top Italian style pies you won’t be disappointed. From their delicious classic margherita to the more creative ‘Bianca con Salsiccia’, Giorgio’s is the place to go for an amazing slice!

Before I visited Giorgio’s, I was a bit skeptical about the quality of pizza in Cumming. But I soon found out that this place had some of the tastiest pies around! The crust was perfectly cooked and had a nice balance of crispiness and chewiness. The topping were fresh, flavorful and generously portioned.

The atmosphere at Giorgio’s was also quite lovely. It wasn’t too loud or busy, but most importantly it smelled like pizza in there, which was definitely the icing on top!

All in all, if you’re looking for the best pizza in Cumming, look no further than Giorgio’s. It has my highest recommendation!!

#5 Good ol’ Days Bar and Grill

The atmosphere is lively and bustling, thanks to the sports games that are always playing on their TVs. They also have alcohol (and hard liquor!) available for patrons of legal drinking age, which adds to the fun.

The pizza itself is simply divine! The crust is thin and crispy, with just the right amount of sauce and cheese melted on top. There are plenty of topping options as well – I especially enjoy their sausage and pepperoni pizzas.

The dessert menu also offers a wide selection of treats, from ice cream sundaes and milkshakes to cookies and chocolate cake.

If there’s one downside to this place it’s that they don’t offer delivery services. However, it’s still worth visiting in person if you want to try some of the best pizza in Cumming!

#6 Vendetti’s Pizza, Pasta & Grill

This restaurant also offers some amazing pasta dishes, as well as grilled entrees that are quite delectable. However, it’s their pizza that sets them apart from other restaurants in the area.

The crust is incredibly thin and chewy, with a perfect blend of textures and flavors. The sauce is sweet and savory, made with fresh tomatoes and herbs. And don’t even get me started on the delicious toppings—they range from classic Italian meats like salami and sausage to more exotic offerings like artichokes and roasted red peppers.

I personally loved the margherita pizza, which was topped with fresh mozzarella cheese, basil, garlic, and tomatoes. But if you’re feeling adventurous, try their chef-inspired creations like Prosciutto Pizza or Veal Parmigiana Pizza. You won’t be disappointed!

In conclusion, I can confidently say that Vendetti’s Pizza has some of the best pizza in Cumming—and in the world! If you’ve yet to visit this great local eatery, I highly recommend it for its excellent food and welcoming atmosphere.

#7 Giovanni’s pizza

Upon walking into the restaurant, I was immediately taken aback by the lively atmosphere and inviting decor. Everything just looked so inviting and I could already smell the delicious aromas of pizza coming from the kitchen.

The staff were extremely friendly, which made me even more excited to try out their pizza! The menu is quite varied and has something for everyone – from classic pies to unique creations. I decided to go with one of their specialties, a ham and pineapple pizza that was absolutely delicious! It was cooked to perfection – the crust was nicely charred on the outside but still soft in the middle.

And as for the toppings? They were equally as delicious! The sauce had a nice zing to it and all of their ingredients tasted fresh. Plus, their house-made mozzarella cheese added an extra richness that really completed the whole dish.

Overall, Giovanni’s is definitely my go-to spot for great pizza in Cumming! Not only do they have amazing food, but they also offer an unbeatable atmosphere that can’t be replicated anywhere else. If you’re looking for some of the best pizza in town, look no further than Giovanni’s!

#8 Five Boroughs Pizza Tavern

My first visit to this establishment was a revelation. They have a wide array of delicious options, from classic New York-style thin crusts to Chicago deep dish favorites. The dough is perfectly cooked and the toppings are fresh and flavorful. I must say that the pepperoni pizza was one of my favorites!

The atmosphere at Five Boroughs Pizza Tavern is also perfect for pizza lovers. They have a cozy little dining area where you can enjoy your meal in peace, or if you’re feeling adventurous, they even have an outdoor patio with seating where you can really take in all the sights and sounds of the Cumming neighborhood.

I’m not sure how they do it, but Five Boroughs Pizza Tavern manages to serve up some of the best pizza around that consistently surpasses expectations. If you’re looking for a great pizza experience, I highly recommend them — you won’t be disappointed!

#9 Mellow Mushroom Cumming

From the moment I stepped inside, it was clear that this place had been built by pizza lovers with an eye for detail. The exposed brick walls, a lively atmosphere and the smell of freshly baked pizza all combined to create a relaxed and cozy atmosphere.

The menu here is like no other. From traditional pizzas topped with classic ingredients like pepperoni, olives, mushrooms, and onions to some of their signature creations like the ‘Holy Shiitake’ and ‘Hippie Dippy’, there’s something for everyone.

My favorite part about Mellow Mushroom Cumming is that their pizzas are made from scratch daily. They use only the freshest ingredients for incredible flavor and texture. Plus, their crust is just perfect – crisp on the outside yet light and chewy in the middle.

No matter what you choose, you can’t go wrong! If you’re ever in Cumming looking for some of the best pizza around, look no further than Mellow Mushroom Cumming!

#10 Alessio’s Restaurant & Pizzeria

When I first walked in, I was immediately taken aback by how homey the restaurant felt. The walls were adorned with pictures of Italy and from the minute I stepped in the door, I felt like I had been transported to a small pizzeria in Rome.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They answered all my questions about their menu with great enthusiasm and knowledge. This made me feel even more at ease and excited to try the food.

Once it arrived, I could tell right away that this pizza was something special. It was cooked just right – nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The flavors of cheese, tomato sauce, and garlic were perfectly balanced to create a taste sensation worthy of being world-famous!

I’d definitely recommend Alessio’s to anyone looking for an unforgettable pizza experience! Regardless of whether you’re a local or just passing through Cumming, you owe it to yourself to give Alessio’s a try – you won’t be disappointed!

#11 Pizzeria Azzurri

Upon walking in, I was immediately taken aback by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly, which set the right tone for my delicious meal.

The menu had a great selection to choose from with something for everyone- even vegan options! I decided to go with a classic margherita pizza, and it definitely didn’t disappoint. The fresh mozzarella cheese melted in my mouth and the crust was perfectly cooked – not too crispy and not too soggy.

I can tell you confidentially that the secret ingredient at Pizzeria Azzurri is love! All of their pizzas are made with care, using only the best ingredients. You can definitely taste it in every bite!

If you find yourself in Cumming looking for an amazing pizza experience, you won’t be disappointed with Pizzeria Azzurri. In my opinion, they have some of the best pizza around – or anywhere else for that matter!

#12 Rosati’s Pizza and Sports Pub

I was instantly impressed by their wide selection of specialty pizzas, and their unique topping combinations. I especially enjoyed the Rock-N-Roll pizza, with its mix of pepperoni, feta cheese, mushrooms and garlic. Let’s just say that Rosati’s knows how to make a delicious pizza!

The atmosphere at Rosati’s is also something special. The combination of sports bar vibes and Italian pizzeria feels just right. Plus, it’s family-friendly too! They have several TVs throughout so you can watch your favorite team while you dine.

Another great thing about Rosati’s is their dedication to fresh ingredients. All of their ingredients are delivered daily to ensure quality each time you visit. They use a special blend of cheeses on all their pizzas that will keep you coming back time and again.

Best Thin Crust Pizza – Johnny’s New York Style Pizza

Upon entering the cozy establishment, I was greeted by the smell of freshly baked dough and a lively atmosphere. The walls were adorned with pictures of iconic New York landmarks, and it felt like I had stepped into a quintessential pizzeria in the heart of the Big Apple, except we were in Cumming!

I started my pizza adventure with a classic Margherita pizza, and let me tell you, it was love at first bite! The thin crust was perfection; crispy, yet tender, and expertly topped with tangy tomato sauce, fresh basil, and gooey mozzarella. As I devoured each slice, I couldn’t help but imagine myself strolling through the streets of New York, a slice in hand, blending in with the locals.

Feeling slightly adventurous, I decided to try the Big Apple pizza. This creation was an ode to everything New York – loaded with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions, peppers, and of course, extra cheese! It was like a taste explosion in my mouth! The crust held up beautifully under the weight of the toppings, and each bite was a delightful symphony of flavors.

The service at Johnny’s was top-notch. The staff treated me like family and had me laughing with their New York charm. Even the chef came out to check on me and make sure I was enjoying my meal. It’s safe to say I’ve found my go-to spot for thin crust pizza in Cumming. So, if you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and head over to Johnny’s New York Style Pizza.
