I’ve tasted some of the best pizza in some of the most renowned cities worldwide, but now I’m here to evaluate the pizza offerings in Daytona Beach. Over the past few weeks I’ve tried 12 different pizza places in this coastal Florida town.

I’m going to provide a hearty review with a humorous and lighthearted tone so you can get the best slice – or two – for your money. Ready? Let’s get started!

#1 Henry’s Pizza

The atmosphere inside the restaurant is great and perfect for a casual night out with friends. I especially enjoyed that they serve alcohol, and even hard liquor, to accompany the pizza. And the fact that there are vegetarian options makes it even better!

The highlight of Henry’s Pizza for me was definitely their delicious selection of pizzas. From classic cheese to creative creations, you can find something for everyone at this place. Plus, if you’re still hungry after your meal, they offer dessert too!

I also found Henry’s Pizza to be a great tourist spot and an ideal place to watch sports and have fun with friends. The only downside is that they don’t offer delivery service. But hey, why not enjoy some great pizza in the comfort of the restaurant?
Overall, Henry’s Pizza gets an A+ from me as the best pizza in Daytona Beach Shores!

#2 Dough Bros Pizza

I visited this joint on a recent trip to the area and I was immediately impressed. The decor is modern and inviting, which set the tone for a great meal.

The menu features a variety of specialty pies, as well as traditional options. Of course, I opted for one of their signature pizzas. The crust was perfectly thin and crisp on the outside but still chewy and tender on the inside. The sauce was flavorful and complimented every topping that I chose.

My favorite topping combination was certainly the classic pepperoni and mushroom with extra cheese but they also had some unique combinations like Thai chicken pizza or bacon jalapeno mac-and-cheese pizza – delicious!

I washed it all down with a craft soda that they had on tap – yum!

Overall, if you’re looking for some of the best pizza in Daytona Beach Shores then look no further than Dough Bros Pizza! Highly recommended!

#3 Blaze Pizza

To start, the atmosphere is amazing. When you first walk in, it’s like stepping into a pizza lover’s paradise. From the bright colors to the funky music, I felt right at home.

The service was friendly and attentive as well. They had no problem recommending their signature pizzas, which are all handmade and cooked in an open kitchen with a wood-fired oven. The pies were delicious! My favorites were the Margherita (with fresh basil) and the Buffalo Chicken (with creamy blue cheese).

But the best part of my experience at Blaze Pizza was definitely the meal deals. For only $10, you can get two classic pizzas plus drinks for one price – that’s a steal! I had enough leftovers to feed me for days. That’s why I’m confident in saying Blaze Pizza is easily one of the best pizza places in Daytona!

#4 Genovese’s Italian Cafe

I had the pleasure of sitting down at Genovese’s for dinner after a long day of traveling, and I was blown away. Their pies were cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of crunch while still being soft and chewy on the inside. The combinations of flavors that they offer are creative and fresh, like their “Italian Stallion” pizza with ricotta, salami, peppers, and a homemade spicy tomato sauce.

Their service was also top notch! Everyone is friendly and smiling while they recommend the best pizza options. The atmosphere makes you feel at home – it even reminded me a bit of my grandmother’s cozy Italian kitchen growing up.

At Genovese’s, you can’t go wrong – no matter what kind of pizza you’re in the mood for, they have it all! I only wish that I could eat there all the time; without a doubt it is currently the best pizza in Daytona Beach Shores.

#5 Corleone’s Famous New York Pizza & Gyros

I was immediately taken aback by the size of their slices – they’re absolutely enormous! Some might say too big for a single person, but I’m not complaining! The crust is cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. And it comes loaded with cheese, so that you’re guaranteed to get a good bite every time.

The flavor of the pizza is just magical. It’s hard to describe how delicious it is, but let me just say that I’d go back in a heartbeat if I were ever in Daytona Beach Shores again.

I also sampled some of their gyros – they weren’t quite as good as the pizza (but what could be?!). That being said, they were still really tasty and perfect for a quick meal or snack.

Overall, I can totally see why Corleone’s Famous New York Pizza & Gyros has become so popular; it’s definitely earned its reputation for having the best pizza in Daytona Beach Shores!

#6 Don Vito’s Italian Restaurant

The restaurant is a great tourist destination, offering an extensive selection of Italian specialties and alcoholic drinks. Plus, they have a kids’ menu so the whole family can enjoy their meal.

But here’s the true selling point: the dessert! Let me tell you, it is insanely good! It’s like something out of a dream – sweet and delicious with just enough crunch to keep you wanting more. I don’t know how they do it but every time it knocks my socks off!

The only downside to Don Vito’s is that they don’t offer delivery. But trust me, this pizza is worth the effort to pick up or dine in – you won’t be disappointed! So if you’re looking for the best pizza in Daytona Beach Shores, your search should start and end at Don Vito’s Italian Restaurant!

#7 Louie’s Pizza House

The restaurant itself has a great atmosphere. When you walk in, you can feel the pizza-baking heat radiating from the back, and your mouth starts to water! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful – they really do go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience.

But let’s get to the most important part: the pizza. I must say, this is some of the best pizza I’ve ever had! The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside and light yet chewy on the inside; it’s perfect for hand-stretching and picking up slices without breaking them apart. Plus, all of the toppings are incredibly fresh, flavorful, and balanced. Every bite is an explosion of flavor!

All in all, Louie’s Pizza House is a great spot for some delicious pizza. If you’re looking for one of the best pizza places in Daytona Beach Shores, look no further than Louie’s Pizza House!

#8 Sorrento’s Jr. Restaurant

The aroma that hits you when you step into the Sorrento’s Jr. Restaurant is enough to make you come back for more. The smell of hot, delicious pizza wafts through the air and fills your senses.

The decor at this restaurant is nothing short of spectacular, with a rustic vibe that really hits the spot. The stone walls and dim lighting give it a cozy atmosphere that is perfect for catching up with friends over some pizza slices and cold beverages.

Now, onto the food! The wood-fired crusts are delightfully crunchy on the outside yet soft in the center. Every slice of pizza comes topped with generous amounts of fresh ingredients like mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, sausage, tomatoes and much more. And let me tell you – every bite was absolutely delicious!

In conclusion: if you’re looking for some of the best pizza in Daytona then Sorrento’s Jr. Restaurant should definitely be your go-to spot! You won’t regret it!

#9 Constantine’s Pizzeria

I’ve visited Constantine’s multiple times on my travels, and each time I’m more impressed than the last. The slices are big and flavorful with just the right amount of crustiness. It’s like having a flavor explosion in your mouth!

The toppings are always plentiful and never skimpy – perfect for picky eaters like me. And if you get it with extra cheese, you won’t be disappointed. The cheese is gooey, stringy, and oh-so delicious!

Of course, the real star of the show here is the sauce. It’s rich with herbs and spices that will make your tastebuds dance! Every bite is an adventure – I’m never sure what I’ll taste next!

To top it all off, Constantine’s Pizzeria has some of the friendliest staff around. They always greet me with a smile and genuinely seem happy to see me return – which only adds to my overall experience there.

All in all, this place is one of the best places to get pizza in Daytona Beach Shores – no doubt about it! If you’re ever in town and looking for a great slice of pie, then Constantine’s Pizzeria should be your go-to spot!

#10 Italy’s Pizza

The staff are friendly and always eager to make sure you get the best possible experience. The restaurant is cozy, with a laid-back atmosphere that allows you to take your time and enjoy the food.

I’m always impressed by the selection at Italy’s Pizza. They have a variety of different toppings and styles to choose from, so you can always find something new to try. And they never skimp on quality ingredients—the cheese is always creamy and flavorful, and the crust is light and crispy.

I had their signature Diavolo pizza on my last visit, and it was out of this world! It was loaded with spicy pepperoni, peppers, olives, mushrooms, and Italian sausage topped off with a rich tomato sauce. The flavor combination was perfect, with just the right amount of spice.

This is definitely my top pick for pizza in Daytona Beach Shores—you won’t be disappointed if you visit Italy’s Pizza!

#11 Pagano’s Pizzeria

Of course, I’d had my expectations set high, but Pagano’s didn’t disappoint. The crust was just the right mix of crispy yet chewy, and it maintained its shape even after picking it up (which is essential for a pizza critic like myself). On top of that crust were generous servings of cheese and topping – all fresh ingredients with a special blend of spices.

The atmosphere at Pagano’s was what really got me though – it was lively, friendly and incredibly inviting. I couldn’t believe how busy it was on a Wednesday evening! Everyone seemed to be having a great time, which made going out for pizza on a weeknight so much more enjoyable.

Another exciting bonus? Pagano’s offers specialty pizzas inspired by different countries around the world! So if you’re feeling adventurous, you can check out their Hawaiian-inspired ‘Lilikoi’ or the Mexican-inspired ‘Fajita’. Delicious!

All in all, I would highly recommend Pagano’s Pizzeria for anyone looking for some of the best pizza in Daytona Beach Shores. Trust me. It won’t disappoint!

#12 Daytona Pizza & Wing Co.

I’ve sampled countless kinds of pizza pie during my voyage, and yet here Daytona Pizza & Wing Co. reigns supreme. From their savory Margherita pies to their tangy pepperoni-and-bacon beauties, I’ve never had a bad slice!

But what really sets them apart is not just the taste – it’s the atmosphere! Daytona Pizza & Wing Co. has a great tourist spot for visitors and also offers a kid’s menu, making it a great place to bring the family. On top of that, they offer some vegetarian options as well as desserts – and they even serve alcohol! You can make your evening even better by catching popular sports games on TV while you chow down.

Unfortunately, Daytona Pizza & Wing Co. does not deliver – but I assure you the experience is worth the trip! Get ready for some seriously tasty Italian-style cuisine at its best pizza in Daytona Beach Shores.
