I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. After all the praise I’d heard about this place, I wasn’t sure it could live up to its reputation – but it absolutely did!
When I arrived, my mouth instantly salivated at the smell of freshly baked pizza. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere with comfortable seating and friendly staff.
What really stood out for me was the taste of the pizza. Pino’s unique blend of secret spices combined with their delicious crust made each slice something special. From the classic Margherita to the creative fusion pizzas, you can definitely tell why this place has become so popular in Deer Park!

#2 Miseno Pizza
I was given a tour around the restaurant and I was immediately impressed. From the wood-fired ovens to the huge selection of imported ingredients, Miseno Pizza has definitely gone above and beyond. The owner proudly boasted that their pizza has “a unique flavor that simply can’t be found anywhere else in this part of Texas.”
The pizza itself was tasty beyond belief. It had just the right amount of cheese, crust, and toppings for a delicious combination. I have to say, I’m not sure if I’ve ever had a pizza with such perfect balance before!
The server I spoke to also mentioned that Miseno Pizza is dedicated to providing great customer service as well. Every order is made fresh when it’s ordered and they always ensure that each customer leaves happy. If they don’t like something on the menu, they’ll try their best to accommodate them!
Overall, my experience at Miseno Pizza left me feeling content and eager to come back for more. It’s certainly one of the best pizzerias in Deer Park and I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

From the first bite, I knew I was in for a treat. The hand-tossed crust was light, airy and crispy all at the same time! And the sauce…oh, the sauce. It was so flavorful and fresh – definitely some of the best I’ve ever had.
The toppings were also superb – everything from spicy pepperoni to sweet pineapple. They have a variety of specialty pizzas as well that are out of this world.
My favorite is their BBQ Chicken Pizza with red onion, cheddar cheese, and smoky BBQ sauce – it’s an absolute delight!
The service here is also great – they make sure you get your pizza quickly, which makes me extra happy on busy nights.

When I first stepped into Mangia, the aroma of garlic and tomato sauce hit me like a flying pie crust (in a delightful way). The restaurant itself is cozy, but spacious enough to accommodate larger groups.
I started my meal with their world-famous garlic knots – they were literally so good that I could have ordered another dozen! The sauce that was included on the side added an extra kick of flavor. It was like an explosion of deliciousness in my mouth.
For the main course I opted for a classic pepperoni pizza. Every bite was incredible – it had the perfect amount of cheese and just the right amount of char on the bottom. The sauce had a nice balance of sweetness and acidity; it wasn’t too heavy or too light.
