I’ve been all around the world eating pizza, so I’m confident in my ability to recognize the best. Over the past few weeks, I decided to take a tour of Dover and visit 12 different pizza places. After much deliberation and some debate with myself, I think I’ve found the absolute best pizza joint in town.

#1 Franco’s Pizza & Pasta

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with an Italian-inspired décor that made me feel like I’d stepped off the plane in Rome. The waitstaff was friendly and helpful, making sure I had all the information I needed to make my selection.

The menu at Franco’s Pizza & Pasta is impressive! From classic favorites such as Margherita and pepperoni to more unusual offerings such as shrimp scampi pizza and chicken Alfredo pizza. There’s something for everyone here.

Of course, the star of the show is the pizza itself – and Franco’s doesn’t disappoint! The crust was light but crispy, and the toppings plentiful and fresh. I especially loved their signature garlic butter sauce which gave the pizzas an extra zing of flavor. All in all, this was some of the best pizza I’ve ever tasted.

#2 Vincenzo’s Italian Restaurant & Gelato

I arrived at the restaurant expecting good things, and I was not disappointed! The pizza was cooked to perfection – the crust had the perfect degree of golden-brown crispiness and the toppings were flavorful and fresh.

And oh my! The flavor! It was a combination of classic Italian flavors with a unique twist – it could only come from Vincenzo’s. Each bite just melted in my mouth – it’s almost as if every bite brought a new adventure of flavor that took me away to Italy!

The gelato wasn’t too shabby either; it was smooth and creamy, just like I expect Italian gelato to be. A perfect compliment to the already delicious pizza.

To top it all off, the staff at Vincenzo’s were incredibly friendly and attentive – they made sure that I had an enjoyable experience from the get-go.

All in all, Vincenzo’s is well worth visiting if you’re ever in Dover DE looking for some truly amazing pizza. Who knows? You might just have your own little slice of Italy waiting for you there!

#3 Pizza Delight By Giacomo

The pizza at Pizza Delight is simply outstanding. Everything from their signature crispy, golden-brown crust to the secret blend of sauces and spices they use in their recipes come together to give you a truly unique flavor combination that can’t be found anywhere else. The toppings are always fresh and flavorful, too – I’m a fan of the pepperoni and sausage myself!

The atmosphere at Pizza Delight is just as inviting as the taste of the pizza itself. The decor is stylish and comfortable, with plenty of tables and chairs so everyone can enjoy the delicious meals. Plus, it’s family-friendly, so you can bring your kids along without having to worry about them making too much noise or getting bored.

Overall, I have to say that Pizza Delight By Giacomo certainly deserves its reputation as one of Dover DE’s best pizza restaurants. Every time I visit this place I leave with my appetite fully satisfied!

When I arrived at MOD Pizza, the first thing I noticed was their spacious and inviting atmosphere. As a seasoned pizza connoisseur, my eyes were immediately drawn to the colorful array of artisan-style pizzas in the display case – they just looked so appetizing!

The staff at MOD Pizza were friendly and efficient, making sure that I received my order quickly. When it arrived, I could see that it had been cooked to perfection – the cheese was melted golden-brown on top and the crust was delightfully crunchy on the bottom.

As for what’s inside: each bite was full of flavorful toppings like pepperoni, mushrooms and onions. Even more important than all these details is the fact that MOD Pizza’s price points are very reasonable – you can get an individual pizza for less than 10 bucks!

Overall, I’m thrilled to have found a place like MOD Pizza in Dover DE. The combination of great flavor and outstanding service means that this is an ideal spot for grabbing a delicious pizza any time you’re feeling peckish. Highly recommended!

I have to say, from the moment I walked in, I knew this place was special. The atmosphere was cozy yet inviting, and the staff was polite and helpful.

The pizza itself is out of this world! It’s made with a unique blend of cheeses that create a flavor unlike any other pizza I’ve ever had. The crust is perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Toppings are always fresh and generous.

My only complaint is that they don’t offer slices – only whole pies – so if you’re looking for just one or two slices you’ll have to buy an entire pie! But trust me, it’s worth it!

In all, Simaron Pizza & Steak Shop serves up some of the best pizza in Dover DE and everyone should check it out at least once. You won’t be disappointed!

#6 Veronica’s Pizzeria

The ambiance was amazing, with brick walls and a wood-fired oven in the back. The decor was inviting and cozy, definitely the kind of place that you could spend time at while enjoying your meal.

The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. They even gave me a few samples of the pizza so I could try all their flavors before ordering!

When it came to the pizza itself, it did not disappoint. The dough is fluffy and light, yet thick enough to keep my toppings on top instead of sliding off into my lap! All the ingredients tasted fresh, as if they had been picked straight from the garden for my meal. There were several unique topping combinations available and each one was delicious!

I’d highly recommend Veronica’s Pizzeria to anyone looking for some of the best pizza in Dover DE. Whether you’re looking for a casual dinner or a special treat for yourself, this is definitely one place you should check out – you won’t regret it!

In short – it was pure bliss!

When I arrived at Grotto Pizza, the atmosphere was inviting and cozy. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they quickly fired up my order – a large pepperoni pizza.
