I was initially drawn to the restaurant due to the fact that they serve alcohol. I found this to be a great way to enjoy my pizza and kick back after a long day of sightseeing.
As for taste, the pizza at Happy Gyro is top-notch. The thin crust is so crispy it practically melts in your mouth! You can choose from several different toppings, like pepperoni, mushrooms, and olives – or create your own unique combination. The sauce is flavorful and the cheese is always fresh and gooey.
But that’s not all – their desserts are insanely good! One of my favorite desserts here is their signature chocolate brownie with raspberry ice cream. It’s like heaven in your mouth!

From the moment I walked in, it became clear that this was no ordinary pizza place. The restaurant itself looks like something straight out of a spy movie, with dimmed lights and a bit of an ‘underground’ vibe.
The pizzas here are from-scratch, made with the freshest ingredients available. The crust has been expertly crafted – thin and crispy on the outside, soft and chewy in the middle – while the toppings are generous and flavorful.
But the real treat is their unique selection of sauces. There’s a delicious garlic oil, smoky chipotle, and even a sweet garlic-parmesan combo that is to die for! I simply had to try each one (and perhaps also some of their signature pies). No regrets there!

As a self-proclaimed pizza connoisseur, I’ve had my fair share of cheesy disasters and doughy disappointments. But when I sunk my teeth into a slice at Pi Pizzeria, my taste buds rejoiced like they were at a pizza party in their honor.
Let’s talk about the crust, shall we? It was thinner than a politician’s excuse for a tax increase. I mean, it was so thin that if you blinked, you might miss it. Walking into Ella’s, I couldn’t help but admire the rustic, wood-fired oven that sat front and center. It reminded me of my old college dorm room, except instead of burning questionable substances, they were creating magical pizzas.
As a self-proclaimed pizza expert, I take my crust very seriously. And let me tell you, Ella’s has it down to a science.
