I decided to go with their special of the day, which featured Italian sausage, kale, caramelized onions, and roasted red peppers – it was amazing!

The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside yet light and fluffy on the inside. The richness of the cheese paired with just the right amount of spice from the sausage created an explosion of flavor that took me back in time to my travels all over Italy.
