The atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting, with an open kitchen and plenty of seating. The staff were friendly and eager to help, making sure I had everything I needed during my meal.
The pizza itself was amazing! The crust was crunchy on the outside but still tender on the inside. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, making every bite a delight. They also have different specialty pies like the seafood pizza that is just out of this world good!
But the best part of my experience came when I tried their garlic knots. They were really light and fluffy, and when you dipped them in the garlic butter sauce it was pure bliss!
All in all, Coastal Pizza is definitely worth a visit if you’re ever in Fernandina Beach looking for some of the best pizza around. Trust me – you won’t be disappointed!

The restaurant itself is a nice tourist spot and an inviting atmosphere. I enjoyed the wood-fired oven baking up thin crust pizzas – you can literally smell them from blocks away!
I had a classic Margherita pizza with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, garlic and basil. It was simply delicious! The dough was thin and crispy, and the toppings were just right. I also tried some of their other pizzas like the Napoletana which was loaded with mushrooms, olives and prosciutto.
The only downside to this restaurant is that they don’t offer delivery – you have to come in if you want to experience its deliciousness. So even though it may be a bit inconvenient having to go there, it’s worth it for one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had!
