The pizza selection at Mateo’s is among the best I’ve seen anywhere. They have traditional pizzas like pepperoni as well as unique specialty creations like the “White Pizza” topped with ricotta, mozzarella and spinach.
The star of the show, however, is definitely the pizza dough. It has just the right amount of chewiness, yet still manages to have a crisp and flaky crust.

Their software combination of ingredients and cooking method produces a truly unique flavor and texture that you won’t find anywhere else.
