I first stepped into Bozzelli’s Italian Deli with high expectations. After all, I had heard great things about the place! I visited the Pizzeria for lunch and was immediately impressed by the inviting atmosphere. The walls were lined with rustic Italian posters that set the mood for a great meal. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall great experience.

I couldn’t believe how flavorful the ingredients were!

As a self-proclaimed pizza connoisseur, I’ve had my fair share of cheesy disasters and doughy disappointments. But when I sunk my teeth into a slice at Pi Pizzeria, my taste buds rejoiced like they were at a pizza party in their honor.
Let’s talk about the crust, shall we? It was thinner than a politician’s excuse for a tax increase. I mean, it was so thin that if you blinked, you might miss it. But don’t worry, it was also crispy enough to make potato chips jealous. And the best part? It didn’t suffer from that dreaded soggy middle syndrome. Walking into Ella’s, I couldn’t help but admire the rustic, wood-fired oven that sat front and center. It reminded me of my old college dorm room, except instead of burning questionable substances, they were creating magical pizzas.
As a self-proclaimed pizza expert, I take my crust very seriously. And let me tell you, Ella’s has it down to a science. The crust is thin and crispy, with just the right amount of char from the wood fire. It’s so delicious, I caught myself contemplating sneaking an extra slice into my suitcase for later.
