Over the past couple of weeks, I had the pleasure of tasting 12 different pizzas from some of the best spots in Gilbert AZ. From the moment I walked into the restaurant, I was filled with delight from the aroma of freshly baked crust and melted cheese. The friendly staff immediately offered to give me a sample of some of their pies, so I could decide which one to try first.

The crust was thin and crispy on the outside, yet soft and succulent inside. The toppings were fresh and flavorful—I especially enjoyed their house-made pepperoni! They also had several interesting specialty pizzas that included all sorts of creative ingredients like artichoke hearts, prosciutto, and figs. It was so hard to choose just one!

In the end, though, I settled on the classic Margherita—a favorite choice among food critics—and it definitely lived up to its reputation! Sal’s Gilbert Pizza knows how to make a great pizza—it’s no wonder they are said to be making some of the best pizza in Gilbert AZ.

The first time I visited, my mouth was immediately watering at the sight of the delicious pizza pies. The employees were so friendly that they even gave me a sample of every kind of pizza they had! The pizza range from classic cheese and pepperoni to creative options like spinach and feta or barbecue chicken. No matter what flavor you choose, it’s always cooked to perfection with a crispy crust and gooey cheese. Not to mention, their sauce is some of the best I’ve ever tasted!

Their menu covers both wood-fired and stone oven pizzas that really bring out the flavors – you won’t want to miss out on them. Plus, they offer some vegetarian options so everyone can enjoy!

My favorite part of Fire & Brimstone is how they serve alcohol with their pizza. That’s something I haven’t seen before – and it really takes the experience to the next level.

The downside? You can’t get delivery! But it’s definitely worth visiting in person to enjoy not only great pizza, but also maybe a beer or two. And for dessert, there are always options like ice cream!

I rate Fire & Brimstone five stars – it’s certainly one of if not THE best pizzas in Gilbert AZ!

#4 Venezia’s New York Style Pizzeria

I was very impressed with the authentic New York-style thin crust. The dough was light and crispy and the flavors were amazing. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, and they made every slice of pizza something to savor.

I especially loved their white pizza – it had a thick layer of ricotta cheese topped with garlic, oregano, Parmesan, mozzarella, and olive oil – all combining for an incredible flavor that is sure to be remembered!

From the moment I stepped in, it was obvious this place had something special. The smell of fresh baked pizza wafted through the air and the wood-fired brick oven set a welcoming atmosphere. The menu was full of options ranging from classic Margherita to their signature Soho Square. No matter what type of pizza you’re after, Brooklyn V’s has something for everyone!

When it came time to sample some pies, I must say that I was absolutely impressed. Every slice was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of sauce and cheese. The crust was thin yet held its crunch and had a great flavor. To top it off, each pie came loaded with quality ingredients like prosciutto, arugula, and San Marzano tomatoes.

The sauce was flavorful and fresh, and the combination of fresh mozzarella cheese and fresh basil was absolutely divine.

The pizza is cooked to perfection, with a crispy thin crust. I had the Chicago-style deep dish and it was like heaven in my mouth! The tomato sauce was perfectly seasoned, and much of the cheese was melted with a light browning on top that gave the pizza an amazing flavor.

But what really takes Vero to the next level are their unique toppings. They have some of the most interesting combinations I’ve ever tasted! A combination of bacon and pineapple on one side, and garlic mushrooms and sausage on the other side made for a truly unforgettable pizza experience.

#8 Vito’s Pizza & Italian Ristorante

When I first walked into the restaurant, I was immediately taken back by the inviting atmosphere. The decor was classic Italian, with a modern twist. The staff was friendly and helpful in helping me decide what to order.

I decided to go with the classic pepperoni pizza and it did not disappoint! The crust was perfectly crispy and chewy, leaving each bite as enjoyable as the last. The cheese was light yet flavorful, without being too greasy. And the pepperoni – oh my goodness! It had just the right amount of zing, with a slight spice that made my tongue tingle in delight!

I had heard a lot about MOD Pizza prior to visiting and decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed! I ordered the “Asiago Roast” pizza which was topped with garlic, roasted red peppers, broccoli, red onions, balsamic glaze and asiago crumbles – an absolute delight. The crust was spot on – thin yet crunchy – just the way I like it. It was loaded with gooey cheese and flavorful toppings that weren’t greasy or soggy like some other pizzas can be.

The atmosphere in the restaurant was quite pleasant too – with bright colors, fun music and friendly staff. They even have an extensive selection of craft beers!

The atmosphere was great, with the walls decorated with Italian flags and vibrant colors. The staff were friendly and professional – they definitely earned extra points in my book!

The pizza dough is made fresh daily, and the signature pizzas are all made with natural ingredients that provide a healthy twist on regular Italian pizzas. I tried the Bianca con Ricotta as well as the Colorata con Prosciutto, both were amazing! The Bianca had an exceptionally creamy ricotta cheese that makes it stand out among other creamy white pies – definitely worth trying if you’re looking for something unique. As for the prosciutto pizza, it was like no other – the tangy marinara sauce topped with salty prosciutto and savory mozzarella was a heavenly combination.

All in all, my experience of Picazzo’s Healthy Italian Kitchen Gilbert was fantastic! I highly recommend this place to any pizza lover looking for great flavor combinations in an inviting atmosphere. Not only did I get some of the best pizza in Gilbert AZ here, but their commitment to using natural ingredients really set them apart from other restaurants in town – perfect for those who love eating healthily without sacrificing taste!

My pie featured a crispy yet fluffy crust loaded up with tasty ingredients like Italian sausage, green peppers and onions – enough for two meals! The flavors all blended together perfectly – no one topping overpowered the others. It was truly some of the best pizza in Gilbert AZ and beyond!
