#1 ZA Pizza
- Nice tourist spot

As a food critic specializing in pizza, I was pleasantly surprised by how good the pizza was here. It had all the familiar Italian flavors and textures that have drawn me to pizzas around the world. The crust was perfectly crisp and the toppings were flavorful and plentiful.
One of the best things about ZA Pizza is the atmosphere. It’s a great spot for tourists, groups, couples, or whoever you choose to enjoy your meal with — they even serve alcohol to help make it a more enjoyable experience! It’s also nice that they offer some vegetarian options as well as desserts like tiramisu and cannolis.
The only downside is that ZA Pizza doesn’t offer delivery, which can be a bit of an inconvenience if you don’t want to leave home or your hotel room. But in my opinion, it’s worth making a trip out for such great pizza!

The cozy vibe and warm lighting of the restaurant make it a pleasant place to dine. The atmosphere was inviting, allowing me to take in all the unique decor and chill vibes of the trattoria.
The service was highly professional yet still friendly and accommodating. The wait staff knew their stuff when it came to the menu, which made ordering time fun and informative.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming, with a friendly staff that make you feel right at home. The decor is traditional yet modern, making it a great spot for family gatherings and date nights.
I must admit I was skeptical about this place being “the best pizza in Glenwood Springs,” but my doubts were quickly put to rest as soon as I tasted their delicious hand-tossed pizzas. The crust was thick and chewy while the toppings were generous and flavorful. I got a pepperoni pizza and it was truly some of the best pizza I’ve ever had!
In addition to the amazing pizzas, Mama Maria’s also has a wide selection of deli sandwiches, salads, and other Italian specialties like lasagna and calzone. Everything on their menu is made fresh with top-notch ingredients.

I mean, where else can you find a restaurant with both hard liquor and a kid’s menu? It’s like the best of both worlds! Plus, there are vegetarian options for those who prefer veggies to pepperoni (though nothing beats classic pepperoni pizza).
The best part about The Italian Underground Restaurant was the dessert. It was absolutely insane! From their delicious cannoli to the delectable tiramisu, I don’t think I ever tasted anything better.
Unfortunately, they do not offer delivery, which is definitely a downside. But that’s okay because it gives me an excuse to walk around lovely Glenwood Springs while I wait for my order.
