I’ve been to Italy, Germany, the U.S., and beyond in search of the best pizza out there – so I can safely say that I know good ‘za when I see it. After all that searching, I’m proud to present my comprehensive review of the ten best pizza places Key Largo has to offer!

#1 Sobrino’s Pizza Cubana

From the moment I stepped into Sobrino’s, I was taken aback by the vibrant atmosphere. The restaurant is decorated with colorful Cuban-themed décor and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The highlight of Sobrino’s was definitely their pizza. Not only was it overflowing with delicious flavors, but it was also presented beautifully too. Every bite of the pizza had a perfect balance of crunchy crust, tangy tomato sauce and melted cheese. However, what really set their pizzas apart for me was the unique toppings that you simply won’t find elsewhere! From Cuban-style chorizo to sweet plantains, Sobrino’s truly works culinary magic with their pizzas.

All in all, I would absolutely recommend Sobrino’s Pizza Cubana to anyone looking for an unforgettable pizza experience. The best pizza in Key Largo can be found here – don’t miss out!

#2 KRUST pizza & pies

The atmosphere is great, with a laid-back atmosphere, rustic decor and soft lighting. Plus their staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. It’s the kind of place where you can really relax and enjoy your meal.

As for the pizza itself, it is delicious! They have an extensive selection of unique and creative toppings that make each slice taste like a little slice of heaven. The crust has the perfect crunch when you bite into it but still maintains a fluffy texture.

My favorite part about KRUST is that they offer vegan options so everyone can enjoy their pizza. And to top it all off, they even offer happy hour specials at certain times of day!

#3 C&C wood fire eats

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a wood fire burning in the corner. I immediately knew I was in for an amazing experience.

I was happy to see that there were some great vegetarian options available too! For my dinner I went with their signature “C&C Special,” which came with Italian sausage, pepperoni, and bell peppers—it was absolutely delicious.

Something else that really impressed me is that C&C also offered dessert options. I indulged in a small tiramisu and it was definitely worth it!

The only downside of the restaurant was that they currently don’t offer delivery, which would come in handy on those days when you don’t feel like leaving the house.

All-in-all, C&C wood fire eats deserves its reputation as one of the best pizza places in Key Largo. Delicious food coupled with an inviting atmosphere make this spot a must-try!

#4 Tower Of Pizza

The restaurant itself looks like an old-fashioned tower, and entering the place was like a scene from an old Italian film! The atmosphere was incredibly inviting and I had high expectations for their pizza.

I started off with the Classic Cheese Pizza, and it exceeded my expectations. The dough was light and fluffy – definitely something that had been made with love and care. The cheese on top was so rich and flavorful; it literally melted in my mouth!

The next pizza I tried was their signature Tower of Pizza, which consisted of a crust topped with multiple layers of delicious toppings including olives, tomatoes, spicy salami, and artichoke hearts. Each layer of topping added another unique flavor to the pizza that all came together perfectly in my mouth.

#5 Upper Crust Pizza

The first thing that struck me when I walked in was the cozy atmosphere. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the music playing added a lively feel to the room.

When it came time to order, I chose their signature speciality pizza with sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, and olives – and boy was it good! The crust was perfectly crisp but not too thick – just what I like. And the combination of toppings made for a delicious flavor explosion in my mouth!

I washed it down with an ice cold beer which paired nicely with the pizza. They also have a great selection of salads, sandwiches, and more on their menu.

#6 Jimmy Johnson’s Big Chill

I have to admit that when I first heard of this place, I wasn’t expecting much. After all, how good could a pizza joint be in a small town? But boy oh boy was I wrong!

When I arrived, the place was buzzing with activity and the smell of freshly made pizza wafting through the air. The staff were friendly and excited to serve me. They even gave me some free samples while I looked over the menu.

The pizza itself was fantastic! It had perfect ratio of sauce, cheese and toppings, so much so that it melted in my mouth. The crust was thin but with just enough chewiness to keep it from being too crunchy or soggy – just perfect.

Overall, my experience at Jimmy Johnson’s Big Chill won me over in an instant – I will definitely be coming back for more! It is without a doubt the best pizza in Key Largo and one of the best pizzas I’ve ever tasted anywhere!

#7 Domino’s Pizza

I arrived at the restaurant with great anticipation, and was not disappointed. The restaurant was warm and inviting, with a friendly staff who were eager to help me find my favorite pizza.

The menu had an extensive selection of pizzas, from classic pepperoni to unique specialty pizzas. I decided to go for the BBQ Chicken pizza, which proved to be a wise choice! The thin crust was perfectly cooked, the toppings were fresh and flavorful, and the sauce complemented each bite perfectly.

My meal also included their famous garlic knots – soft and savory, they’re perfect for any pizza lover on-the-go.

Overall, Domino’s Pizza truly lives up to its reputation as one of the best places in Key Largo for pizza! I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for an unforgettable pizza experience.

The eatery is small, but charming – the walls are covered with photos of satisfied customers from their many years in business. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, not to mention the delicious smells that waft out of the kitchen.

What really sets this place apart though is its service. Everyone here was so friendly and welcoming – they even let me try some samples while I waited for my order. And they were more than happy to answer any questions I had about their ingredients or recipes.

#9 Italian Food Company

The restaurant oozes Italian charm. I walked in and immediately felt like I was no longer in Florida. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with just the right amount of old-world feel.

The menu offers a great selection of pizzas and other Italian favorites such as pasta, calzones, and stromboli. But it’s their pizza that really stole the show! Whether you get a classic like margherita or something more daring like Buffalo chicken, their pizzas are always cooked to perfection.

Another bonus that I appreciated is that they offer an extensive kids’ menu and house-made sodas too. Oh, and did I mention they have an insanely good dessert selection? Plus, they even serve alcohol if you want something to wash all that deliciousness down with!

I only have one slight complaint: they don’t offer delivery (which is common for restaurants this size). However, it’s definitely worth the trip – this place is a great tourist spot!

#10 DiGiorgio’s Cafe Largo

The atmosphere is definitely worth noting – they have a great selection of alcohol including hard liquor, so this is a great spot to visit if you’re looking for a night out. Plus, there’s also a kid’s menu at DiGiorgio’s, so it’s perfect for families. And if you’re vegetarian, no worries – they’ve got some great options for you too!

Now let’s talk about the real star of the show at DiGiorgio’s Cafe Largo – their pizza. It was some of the best I’ve ever had! The crust was perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of crunchy texture. The toppings were fresh and full of flavor. I could easily eat an entire pizza by myself!

But what really blew me away was their insanely good dessert selection. If you like sweet things, then this is definitely the place for you!

The only downside to this restaurant is that they don’t offer delivery – so you have to come in person to enjoy the pizza and other dishes. Still, it’s well worth it because DiGiorgio’s offers so much more than just delicious food: it also makes a great tourist spot too! All in all, I’d rate DiGiorgio’s Cafe Largo as one of the best places for pizza in Key Largo – and one of my favorite restaurants overall!
