I recently had the opportunity to sample 12 different pizzas from various restaurants in the area. As someone who has eaten pizza all over the world, I can assure you these pies were truly top-notch!

The crust was crunchy and the cheese was perfectly melted. The flavor of the sauce was unique and the toppings were fresh. I especially loved the pepperoni!
I also have to mention the service here. The staff were welcoming and friendly from start to finish and took time to explain all their menu options.
Overall, Pizza King La Crosse has incredibly delicious pizza that is worth trying for anyone who loves pizza. I’d definitely go back if I’m ever in the area again – it’s some of the best pizza in La Crosse WI!

The atmosphere was cozy and inviting – they even have a kid’s menu and offer desserts – plus they also serve alcohol, so you can have yourself a cold one while waiting for your slice.
My order? A classic pepperoni pizza with garlic knots on the side. The pizza was cooked to perfection; the cheese was melted just right, the sauce had a great flavor and the crust had just enough crunch to it. The garlic knots were spot-on too!
Sadly, Uno Venti Pizzeria doesn’t offer delivery services but I’m more than happy to drive over every time I’m craving some of their amazing pizza!

The atmosphere at The Driftless Axe and Arcade was also top-notch. With both traditional arcade games and axe-throwing, it’s perfect for a night out with friends or family. Plus, they have great craft beer on tap that pairs perfectly with their pizza.

I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant recently, and I can confidently say that I have never had better pizza in my life. I can honestly say that Al’s State Road Pizzeria has some of the best pizza in La Crosse WI — it’s truly worth a visit if you’re ever in town!

The first thing that made me appreciate Toppers Pizza so much is the atmosphere. It was a relaxed, fun atmosphere with friendly staff and customers enjoying their time together.
Next, I noticed the incredible selection of pizzas they offered. They had everything from classic pepperoni to creative specialty pizzas like Chicken Bacon Mac & Cheese and Buffalo Chicken Ranch. Every pizza I tried was flavorful and delicious!
I also loved their generous sides like chicken wings, cheesy garlic breadsticks and jalapeno poppers. The quality was top-notch!
But the real show stopper was the pizza itself – thin crust but with just the right amount of crunchiness, fresh veggies, and extremely flavorful toppings like my favorite: bacon bits! The end result was an amazing pizza experience that simply can’t be beaten.

The first thing that struck me as I walked in was the warm, cozy atmosphere. With its welcoming western-themed decor, Pizza Ranch reminded me of an old ranch house. Even better, the smells of pizza baking were enough to make my mouth water!
I sampled a range of pizzas and found them all to be excellent – from classic pepperoni pies to gourmet varieties like BBQ chicken and spinach feta. The crust had just the right amount of crunchiness, and all the toppings were fresh and delicious. To top it off, each slice was served with a generous helping of warm buttery garlic sauce – mmm!
To complete my pizza experience I also sampled some sides like wings and cheesy bread sticks. Every item tasted amazing! Plus, their customer service was impeccable – which is not always easy to come by in small towns.

The crust is crunchy and flavorful, yet light enough that the toppings don’t weigh it down. And speaking of toppings, there’s something for everyone at Papa Murphy’s. From classic combinations like pepperoni and mushrooms to gourmet delights like artichoke hearts, fresh tomatoes, and goat cheese, your taste buds will be dancing a jig no matter which delicious combination you choose.

I stopped by on a Tuesday night to catch the game, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out they serve alcohol (right down to hard liquor!). The atmosphere is great for sports fans – loud, energetic and welcoming.
The pizza itself is delicious – everything you’d expect from your favorite local place but with an added bit of sophistication that only a traveling food critic can detect! Toppings are fresh and tasty, and the crust is cooked to perfection. Plus they offer a variety of options like vegan, gluten free and build-your-own.
My only gripe? No delivery service! But if you’re in La Crosse WI, it’s worth making the drive to Snuffy’s Bar for some truly exceptional pizza.
#12 Domino’s Pizza
I had the pleasure of sampling their Hand-Tossed Pizza and let me tell you, it was to die for. The crust was perfectly crispy yet still doughy, and the generous amount of cheese and toppings made it a hit with everyone at the table.
The pizza was cooked just right — not too many bubbles on the surface or too much char. And best of all, it tasted fresh and flavorful.
My only complaint is that I didn’t get to have more than one slice! The other diners I was with were equally enamored with Domino’s Pizza and they all took their share as well.
