First and foremost, they serve alcohol! That’s a big plus in my book. They also have some great vegetarian options. But what really sets them apart is their incredibly tasty desserts. I’m talking insanely good!
On the downside, there is no delivery option, so you’ll have to go in-person if you want to try it out. But that can be a nice touristy thing too, especially because of the beautiful views of the town from the restaurant.

#2 Coned Bros.
- Nice tourist spot
- No delivery
This is one tourist spot I’d highly recommend to anyone visiting the town. The place was clean and inviting, with a cheery atmosphere that made it feel like home.
The pizza itself was delicious–the classic blend of cheese and tomato sauce was just the way I remembered it from my childhood pizzeria. The crust was light and fluffy, without the heavy, greasy feel that often accompanies pizzas.
My favorite part about Coned Bros., though, was the diverse topping options available. There were some creative combinations that you don’t see at other pizza places, like andouille sausage and roasted red peppers or prosciutto and arugula. It really gave me a chance to sample different flavors as I chowed down on slice after slice!
The only downside to Coned Bros. is that they don’t offer delivery services… but other than that this place definitely earns my stamp of approval for having some of the best pizza in Leavenworth!

I mean, where else can you get authentic Bavarian-style pizza? The crust was light and airy; not too thick, not too thin. The sauce was perfect – not too sweet, not too tangy. And the toppings: wow! They have every kind of topping imaginable, from jalapenos to artichokes to smoked Gouda.
The atmosphere at Rudloof’s is also top notch. The decor resembles an old Bavarian tavern, complete with a traditional schatzkammer (treasure chamber) full of trinkets and knick-knacks that transport you right into the heart of Deutschland!
The service at Rudloof’s was friendly and attentive, as well. Our server was knowledgeable about all the different kinds of pizza they offer and even brought out samples for us to try before we made our decision. He also gave us great recommendations on which beers pairs best with certain types of pizzas.
