#1 Agapi Med & Pizza

From the moment I walked in the door, I knew this cozy restaurant was something special. From the delicious aroma of freshly made pizza to the friendly greeting from the staff, everything was perfect.

The menu was expansive featuring both classic and creative options. After much deliberation, I decided on a classic Margherita pizza with added artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes. When it arrived piping hot at my table it looked and smelled like heaven! The crust was perfectly thin and crispy while the cheese had just begun to bubble in all the right places. When I bit into my first slice it literally melted in my mouth; so full of flavor with just enough spice that I found myself wanting more than one slice!

To wash down my meal, I tried their house-made beer which was also delicious.

All-in-all, Agapi Med & Pizza is definitely worth a visit if you find yourself looking for the best pizza in Middletown CT!

I arrived at the restaurant ready to be wowed, and that’s exactly what happened. As soon as we stepped in the door, the delectable aroma of oven-fresh pizza wafted over us. We were greeted by a friendly staff and without hesitation our order was placed.

The pizzas are extraordinary – no skimping on ingredients here! Every pizza is loaded with toppings that are packed with flavor. The crust is light and crispy, just how I like it. The sauce has an excellent balance between sweet and savory and the cheese is top-notch. No other pizza place can compare to Mondo when it comes to quality!

The service was also great – our orders arrived quickly and our server was very attentive throughout our meal. The pricing was also reasonable – we were able to get two large pizzas for a great price.

#3 Illiano’s Ristorante and Pizzeria

My experience started off on a great note with the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. The restaurant was clean and smelled delicious. I ordered the classic pizza margherita, and it didn’t disappoint! The dough was thin and crunchy, the tomatoes were fresh, and the cheese was melted to perfection.

The best part of my meal at Illiano’s was their unique take on some of their pizzas. They have a wide variety of creative toppings that you won’t find anywhere else. I tried their Braciola Pie: an old-school Italian dish that consists of lightly fried eggplant, ricotta cheese, tomato sauce and grated parmesan atop a thin crust pizza. It was absolutely heavenly!

Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately drawn in by its cozy atmosphere. Not only did it look inviting, but the smell of fresh baked pizza made my mouth water.

The menu had lots of options that could accommodate my vegetarian friends as well as more adventurous eaters who aren’t shy to try something new. The toppings were incredibly fresh, and their signature crust was cooked perfectly. They also served some great local beers and hard liquors which really helped round out the experience.

The one downside is that they don’t offer delivery services, so if you’re looking for a hot, delicious pizza delivered right to your door this won’t be the spot for you. But if you want to venture out and get some great pies with friends then krust is definitely worth checkin’ out! To top off dinner there are also some awesome dessert options available making it a great spot for tourists looking for a unique dining experience in Middletown CT.

I was hesitant about coming to Zerio’s because I was worried that their pizza wouldn’t compare to some of the amazing slices I’ve had in Italy and Spain. But boy, was I wrong! Their pizzas are simply delicious. The dough is perfectly thin and crispy while the toppings are flavorful and freshly prepared.

It’s no wonder why Zerio’s has become so popular. Aside from the delicious pizza, they offer a great atmosphere and friendly service. The staff were so helpful when explaining all the different types of pizzas on the menu – from traditional Margherita to unique flavors like a Mediterranean-style pizza topped with feta cheese and olives.

Overall, Zerio’s proves that you don’t need to leave Middletown CT to find some of the best pizza in town. I’d highly recommend stopping by for lunch or dinner if you’re looking for an amazing slice of pie!

At first look, the restaurant is cozy and quaint. The servers were friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. But of course, I had to see if the pizza lived up to its reputation. And it did not disappoint!

The crust was thin and perfectly cooked – not too crunchy, but still just a bit chewy. I loved the tang of the tomato sauce and all the cheese was melted to perfection! The toppings were fresh and flavorful, especially their homemade sausage.

For dessert, I tried their classic tiramisu which was moist, delicious and made with real espresso. It was probably among one of the best desserts I have ever tasted!

I can confidently say that Illiano’s has earned its reputation as being Middletown CT’s best pizzeria. I’m already planning my next trip back for more pizza goodness!

As soon as I walked into the restaurant, I could tell they took great pride in their pizza. The warm and inviting atmosphere put me in the mood for a great meal. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and were more than willing to answer all my questions about their menu.

The pizza was cooked perfectly; a light crispy crust with just the right amount of cheese and toppings. Every bite gave me an explosion of flavor that made me smile from ear to ear! It was definitely one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had – and trust me, I know my pizza!

To top it off, Middletown Pizza Palace also offers some delicious side dishes. Their garlic knots are a must-have for any true pizza lover. My only complaint is that I didn’t have enough room for dessert – next time!

From the moment I stepped in the door, I could tell this was going to be a great experience. The decor was warm and inviting and the smells that filled the air were tantalizing!

I started with their signature appetizer: a garlic bread pizza with ricotta cheese. As soon as it hit my plate, my mouth started to water! The crust had just the right amount of crunchiness and the ricotta melted in my mouth like butter. Yum!

For my entree, I ordered one of their specialty pizzas – the “Tropicana”. This was an experience like no other – a blend of roasted pineapple and bell pepper atop a bed of stretchy mozzarella cheese. The sweet flavors of the fruit blended perfectly with the savory veggies, creating an unforgettable taste sensation that left me wanting more!

The service at Vero Cucina was top notch. My server was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. She went out of her way to make sure all of our needs were met and that we had nothing but positive experiences during our visit.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into Carmela’s – the atmosphere was inviting and relaxing. The owner, Carmela, welcomed me with a smile and her own special brand of hospitality.

The pizza at Carmela’s was truly amazing. The crust was perfectly crisp and had an incredible flavor that made me crave more! Their signature sauce was also delicious – it had a unique blend of herbs and spices that really brought out the flavor of the pizza.

The toppings were all fresh and high quality. From the cheese to the ground beef to the vegetables, each topping tasted delicious on its own and combined for a unique flavor experience.

Carmela’s also offers some unique specialty pizzas like their Reuben Pizza which is topped with house-made corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing as well as their Philly Cheesesteak Pizza which combine steak, mushrooms, onion, peppers, and mozzarella cheese. Both are definitely worth trying!

I was impressed from the moment I stepped in. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a classic Italian vibe – you could almost feel the bubbling pizza dough, garlic, tomatoes and cheese being cooked up by the expert chefs.

And when it comes to toppings – they really know their stuff! Everything is freshly prepared using top-notch ingredients, so you know you’re getting something delicious every time.

Speaking of delicious, let me tell you about the cheese: simply amazing! Rich and creamy mozzarella with just the right amount of zesty oregano – sure to make your taste buds dance for joy!

I’ve sampled pizza from all over the globe, and Cromwell’s still managed to impress. The sauce was rich and flavorful, the cheese was gooey and delicious, and the crust had just the right amount of crunch.

The variety of toppings at Cromwell is also impressive. There are so many options that it made my head spin! From the classic pepperoni to something more exotic like eggplant parmesan, their selection is truly remarkable.

The atmosphere at Cromwell Pizza & Pasta is also great. The staff is always friendly and willing to take special orders. Plus, I really enjoyed their patio seating area which allowed me to enjoy my slice of pizza in a relaxed outdoor setting.
